The other shops either had no idea what I was talking about or had some outrageous offers like doing a transmission maintenance without changing the filter. Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. Will I drive 200 miles round trip again for work on my Audi RS7? You're damn right.

brought truck in for wheel alignment, 30 mins later they call and say its done. "which a good…read morealignment should take about an hour to do" i get in truck and start driving and the steering wheel is not even straight, an if you tried to straighten it while you were driving it would make the truck pull all the way to the left that you would crash, so they definitely did not test drive after the service. i bring it rite back tell them what's up, they bring it back in on machine, then i hear them saying tell him its this part an tell him its that part, mean while whole front end has all brand new parts. just wanted a simple alignment. the so called tech comes to me and says lets take a ride and see if its any better, he starts telling me that the alignment machine has been having issues and that hes never worked on this model alignment machine hes only works on the ones mavis has. so i say why are you guys doing this work if the machine in not acting rite, he goes i got a kid and i need to work. Ive got a family too and if my trucks not working Propper and has been half- assed that puts them at risk. so at the end of the day problem was not fixed and the manager didnt offer any type of help or even refund my money since they could not perform the service. then 2 days later they have some guy call me and hit me with all the nice guy BS and offer to have another Midas do they work, when i call him to set up a time and what location to go to he just ignores my calls. so im done with midas i will never ever return for service there or anywhere that has the name Midas on it.
