She was so friendly and made great recommendations. We ended up ordering the chicken skewer platter, and now it's our go-to every time we visit -- it's that good! The food here is amazing. We had a group of 6 and everyone in our group was happy with their food. Had I not had an issue with my food, they would have gotten 5 full stars. We ordered two items for dine in. Prior to my order, they received a large order so I was prepared for my food to take a few minutes. When our food came, only 1/2 the order came and it was in a to go bowl. Cashier came by and asked me what I ordered, I reminded her and she said it would be completed shortly. When it came out, it was incorrect (rice instead of fries). This is the only part of the service that I didn't appreciate - I was told I gave a different order and I didn't. I was calm about the time to serve my food because I understood they were busy, but I didn't give them the incorrect order. So by the time my food was correctly delivered, it was almost an hour later and my group was done eating. I didn't get a discount or anything for the wait and now I get to eat my food cold at home. Outside of the mistake, the food was amazing and our group had a variety of items. Even with this mistake, I do recommend them. My family and I came in to dine in at this place for the first time on a Sunday night at 7:30pm. I had to wait for the waitress/cashier to finish her phone call before I placed our orders at the cashier counter. After finishing my order and since we were dinning in, I left a 20% tip for the staff in advance. We waited for exactly 45 mins for the food to arrive at our table . The same gal that took my order brought out all the food. While waiting, I was looking for a fork. When I brought this to her attention, she snapped back at me and said they were out of forks. She then proceeded to tell us: "if you want utensils, you should go next door instead". This was said in a rude and condescending manner and was highly unexpected, something we never experienced before at a restaurant in a customer service-focused industry. After telling us this, she walked away. We simply asked for some utensils to eat our food with. The restaurant was slowing down with minimal foot traffic. There was no rhyme nor reason to treat any customer this way. We confronted her about this and told her that her childish behavior was not ok. We decided to take our food to go and will definitely never come back. Highly disappointing behavior from the cashier/waitress and totally unacceptable. This is the second time I've gotten a DoorDash order from them and it's missing an item. Wait 40 minutes for food after work and then it shows up with my missing plate. They even close their bags and seal them which I appreciate. But I don't get how hard it can be to put a receipt on the bag and as you put the items in the bag you cross it off ensuring everything isn't IN the bag. Tried this new place for lunch. Ordered a chicken shawarma plate. No drink as their drink machine was down. Plate was full of chicken, rice, hummus and salad. The chicken was the star of the plate, thinly sliced and bountiful. Rice and hummus also excellent. Salad was large chucks of mostly tomato. Only ate about half my food as the serving size was huge. It was soooo good! Before walking in I saw they have a ramadan menu and food is certified halal, both markings that it's going to be good quality Mediterranean food. It was our first time, we were close to this place and ended up eating at this place We added the veggie platter, falafel sandwich and a wrap, the veggie platter had a cheese samosa which had the smell of having fried in an old oil or a multiple times / days kind of used oil smell. The hummus was decent, baba Ghanoush could have been better, they forgot the sandwich and had to ask for it and then get it, but that was not an issue there, the kids in the kitchen added too much balsamic vinegar or some kind of dressing that was black in color to the salad and it was so overwhelming with the raw tomatoes and the unbelievable amount of the salad dressing being poured, so that we couldn't eat as well, on top of all this a veggie platter was $17, the food is expensive for the quality of ingredients that they serve/ use. Food ain't delicious, and it's not fresh, the tables and floor looked like they haven't cleaned it up in days. I had to clean up my table before sitting there, the whole floor underneath my table and the other tables as well was full of food crumbles, for a few falafels and 5 to 6 tbsp of hummus I ended up paying $40 to have the food in an unclean environment, never coming back. read more

I love Mediterranean food and this was so disappointing. Walking up to the counter, the person at the register appeared to be uncomfortable. I asked if there were any wheat/gluten ingredients in the meat marinade or seasoning, as I have a gluten intolerance, and they looked at me like I said something crazy. After telling me that the wraps have wheat in them (yes, I am aware), they finally asked another person in the back and they confirmed no. Luckily I had checked this yelp page and the menu prior to going, so I knew to ask for no pita bread or the fried pita chips that they put on the salad when ordering the Mixed Shawarma platter. While waiting, I noticed at least two other parties of people that had issues with their food, one party returning their food for a refund and leaving. Approximately 35 minutes later our food was ready. As my husband went up to the counter they were plating the food and he had to stop them from putting the pita bread on my plate. Upon inspection there were fried pita chips in my salad. Of course. They were busy and I was honestly a bit over it at that point, so I just removed the salad from the plate and didn't eat it. The food overall was not good. The chicken and the beef were both very dry and had a ton of seasoning, yet zero salt in that seasoning. It was odd. Obviously they are not tasting the food that they are serving. The rice was ok, but a bit bland as well. The hummus tasted fine. I ate a few bites of the chicken, rice and hummus, but eventually threw it all away. My husband had the Chicken Shawarma wrap and said it was ok. He didn't like that it should have had lettuce, but cabbage was used instead. This restaurant could be much better. Ordered a gyro, told it would take 25 min. 30 min later they started making my gyro. 3 people, doing next to nothing waited until i asked about my order to start on it then they all rushed to get a gyro done. Took them 5 more minutes. But hey, they gave me french fries to say "sorry". The gyro was not great by any means, but it wasn't terrible. No real reason to want to come back for this sandwich at all.
