Amazing food!!! We came all the way from the other side of town an hour drive. It's worth the drive we tried the chicken shawarma wrap platter it came with coleslaw, which was incredible, and the humus omg unbelievable and the beef shawarma. The baba ghanoug was amazing. oh, and let me tell you about the falafel, I felt I was back home the same exact taste. The service was incredible. Wedad greated us with a big smile and helped us pick what to eat. It's hard these days to see this customer service big smile and all positive energy you feel you don't want to leave. Stopped in here the other night and ordered a Chicken Shwarma wrap and a chicken Kebob wrap. They both tasted very similar to one another, not sure what the difference was in the chicken, but they were both tasty. Fries were also very tasty and so was the watermelon juice drink. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Workers seemed a bit scattered and unorganized and the wraps do not come with any tzatziki sauce, but was provided after asking for some. read more

This was our first time here and was immediately greeted the minute we walked in the door. The employees keep the place clean. Bella went above and beyond!!! She let us try the stuffed grape leaves and they were amazing. I loved them. We also ordered the gyro platter and the SHAWARMAATI PLATTER. So I decided to give it a try upon entering I was warmly greeted by the cashier who was very kind and helpful with assisting me in making my selection . She recommended a cultural appetizer called Kibbe and also I ordered the Mixed Shawarma platter with their saffron rice. The food was fresh , flavorful and delicious, huge portions had to take the rest to go . But I grabbed the Dubai pistachio cake which was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. My friend ordered food for us today and we were highly disappointed. We were looking forward to trying this place and waiting for it to open. The tzatziki was just sour cream. We have never had it as sour cream it's always been Greek yogurt. The rice was hard. The beef was over cooked and bluish gray. The chicken was almost over cooked and not edible. The hummus had no flavor and the salad had no dressing. We asked for extra pita and never received it and it basically tasted like cardboard. We called to talk to the manager and was told he was in a meeting and I provided my information. Called back over an hour later and was told he was too busy to come to the phone. The girl on the phone makes it seem as if they do not care. Which is very disheartening to treat customers this way. Oh wow! I've been looking hard for some authentic Mediterranean food ever since I moved to the States and I think Shawarmaati definitely ranks high among the better Mediterranean establishments I've eaten at. The marinade and seasoning on the chicken shawarma was authentic, which I deeply appreciated. As for the wrap's bread I would much prefer regular Arabic pita bread, but that's just my own personal preference. What really stood out to me were the items that are cooked on the open char just like in the homeland. I'm talking about the kafta and the lamb kabobs that I tried. Personally I would've preferred a bit more parsley in the kafta, but Lord have mercy it was juicy and packed with flavor. Dip that and some crispy fries in their real-deal hummus and mmmm. The lamb kabobs were quite delicious too! Definitely an item to gorge on with fries and hummus. I'd love to try their beef shawarma sandwich and charcoal-grilled chicken next. The wrap had FOUR tiny pieces of chicken, the hummus tasted store bought. The chicken tenders were fried to a crisp, you'd easily break a tooth on it and the fries tasted old. No one wore gloves when preparing your food. I know it was towards the end of the day but that is not my problem when I paid full price for a chicken wrap that had no chicken. Maybe don't turn off all your rotisseries three hours before you close and skimp on your customers orders. read more

This place is simply not good and they are really struggling to not be a mess when it comes to fixing the orders. The food is mediocre to just plain bad. I've never had stuffed grape leaves I didn't like until this place. They were mushy and slimy. They messed up my order. My meat in my wrap had huge chunks of grisly fat, and there wasn't much meat in the first place. The price is quite high for what you get. The fries and humus were good and the people were nice. I can think of multiple similar restaurants around here that I would go to over this one even through this one is closest to my house. I don't think this place lasts. read more
