K-crazy daughter brought me here to try the food, since I have fallen for K-pop and K-dramas, which…read morefeature food in every episode. Now, I've fallen in love with K-food, too! In a somewhat run down looking strip mall, the small restaurant was simple, but showing K-music videos on a TV. Unfortunately I couldn't see it from my seat, but I'll change that next visit! Our server was polite, helpful, and attentive. We ordered a ridiculous amount of food since we drove 45m to try it, so had a Kimchi Pajeon, Kimbap, Soon Tofu, and Veggie Fried Rice. The pancake was DELICIOUS-super flavorful and chock full of veggies. I did not care for the Kimbap, only because it had less flavor and was a little more dry than the other items, but it tasted very fresh. The Soon Tofu was spicy and full of flavor. It came with a huge heaping of rice in a cute covered dish to keep it hot - I'm ordering these things for home! The veggie fried rice, for which we opted no egg, was also fantastic, but we ended up taking ,ost of it and the pancake home for leftovers. We were also served Ban Chan - side dishes, of small tastes of seasoned veggies such as bean sprouts, eggplant, cucumbers, broccoli, radish, and more. It was all amazing. Sadly, we had no room for anything else, but I will definitely be back as soon as possible. SO worth the drive and expense!

They were also out of the crab egg roll, out of sweet tea, and out of lettuce in which we like to wrap the bulgogi. We ordered mandu, it was good but a little bit doughy because of the wrap they use, not as crispy as we would expect. I ordered the dolsot bibimbop. Mine came out first and was sizzling hot. No complaints, the egg had a runny yolk which means it was not overcooked like many I have had in the past. The bibimbop sauce is delicious with just the right amount of kick. Waitress brought out banchans, there were six different types, pickled eggplant, nori, broccoli, kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumbers. Son ordered pork bulgogi. The plate was heaping with pork, and the sauce was nice and thick and stuck to the pork. Spouse ordered beef bulgogi and it took about 10 minutes for his to come out after our son and I had our meals. The plate was heaping, but spouse said the beef was a little bland, but some of the bibimbop sauce took care that. Son and spouse took leftovers with them. We were kind of disappointed in the items they did not have, but the lady waiting on us was nice and we realize they are a small business and when things are busy, it is easy to run out. The interior was a little dark, did not go to the restroom so cannot comment on the cleanliness but what we did see looked clean.

Perfectly seasoned, creamy, and incredibly fresh. We also shared a platter that came with a whole chicken and lamb over a bed of rice. Both the chicken and lamb were cooked to perfection, extremely flavorful, and well seasoned. Nothing was dry or bland. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service was fast and friendly, and the portion sizes were very generous. The entire platter with all of this food was only $60, which is an amazing value for the quality and amount of food you get. Freshness really stood out the most. You can truly taste the quality in every dish. We'll definitely be back. Great food, great service, and very affordable for the quality. Highly recommend.

It doesn't look like much esthetically but there are a couple really cool traditional seating areas. We were directed to booths initially and then asked to be moved to the floor seating areas, which are generally for large parties, but since it was a weekday and they weren't busy, we were seated for 3. Service was extremely quick and our server made recommendations. We ordered the fancy romance for 3 and what a presentation! We ordered the option for both lamb and chicken. I will be honest and say the lamb was a bit dry but the chicken was great! And the rice was truly the best rice I've ever eaten in my life the 3 of us were fighting over the leftovers. This is definitely a place you wanna experience. Try weekdays tho because weekends are usually packed.

Between the lamb, rice, and grilled vegetables it was a feast The other two entrées that were ordered was a filet mignon and a chicken kebab. They were both enjoyed tremendously Not a lot of wine and beer options, but it was perfect for what we ordered. The exterior of the building was nothing to brag about, but the interior was neat, well laid out, and clean. The owners of the restaurant were up front to greet dinners. The waitress was prompt and attentive. Mirage features a lunch buffet, so I was able to sample small portions of a lot of offerrings. My first plate was filled with selections from the cold salad station (hummas, pita, Persan picket, baba ganosh, etc.). The entree station had four different rice (balas) preparations. There was Basmati rice, a savory rice and two of the balas were sweetened with fruit and spices. All were tasty. The proteins were primarily chicken selections, but there was a beef koobideh that was also delicious. There were a broad selection of lentil and vegetable stews, so I made multiple trips to the station eating them as a side dish to a protein, over basmati rice and savory rice preparations. It may have been a cultural fax paux, but I treated the falafel like a cornbread muffin as I enjoyed the stewed vegetables and lentils. It was a good meal polished off with a serving of baklava.
