I ate at this food truck for the first time because my church had a mini food truck lunch rally. I ordered the Chicken Shewarma, which is like a pita or gyro. It was very tasty and a good amount of food. The only thing I would change about my experience would be for the fries to be advertised as a side so that we'd know how much they cost, since the price wasn't listed on the menu. When I grabbed some ketchup packets for my fries, the packets had dirt on them which was a bit weird. Maybe I got the bottom of the batch or something. Up until recently, I've actually had a huge aversion to food trucks, but that has certainly changed. It may have been the fact that at my first job out of high school, folks called the truck that swung by the "roach coach." Conversely, it may be my binge watching of food network and their Food Truck Rally that has changed my mind. Either way, I'm very pleased with the fact that I've begun exploring these great little mobile sources of food pleasure. This food truck swung by work recently, and I have to admit I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to Middle East cuisine. The young woman taking the order was very patient and explained all the different plates, the variations available, and what came on each. Her top recommendation came for the beef shawarma and I told her I'd take it. One thing that folks have to realize is that these are mobile kitchens with very limited space. In today's age of fast food that seems to be sitting under a food warmer and being prepared long before you order, there is an unrealistic expectation that a food truck will spit your order out in a minute or two. I played on my phone for a while and was delighted when my name was called. The meat was perfectly seasoned and there was no skimping on the portions. The liberal amount of sauce on top added to the tastiness (and most definitely the messiness) of this dish. I'm hoping this food truck comes back soon. Not only for a chance to try some other of their tasty dishes, but also because of the friendliness of the woman at the window, and for how (relatively) quickly my food was served. read more

There was a food truck rally in Lithia on Saturday. After making two walks around the 15 trucks to see what everyone had, I decided on Kebablicious. I just moved here from Ft. Lauderdale about 18 months ago and hadn't found a Mid Eastern restaurant that I was impressed with yet. That was until I found Kebabicious. I ordered the beef shawarma and my friend the chicken kebabs. Both of us were oohing and aahing the whole time we were eating. My friend is from Thailand and used to own her own Thai restaurants. Both of us were so impressed with the layers of flavors. Everything was fresh and OH SO delicious. I am hoping their food truck will be in the area again soon because I am already craving their food. read more

The Kebablicious "Feast from the East" Food truck stopped by our offices today. I had their Shewarma Lebanese Beef Gyro and my buddy had the Lebanese Sampler which comes with artichoke salad, pita, falafel, humus, and padtae. The Shewarma Lebanese beef gyro came with well marinated shredded beef, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, tzaziki sauce, and with optional hot sauces. The beef Shewarma was very tasty and definitely had a different flavor from a traditional Greek gyro. Normally, Kebablicious also serves kabobs but they were too busy to bring them for today. They also have a chicken and beef Philly cheese steak sandwiches and Chicken Shewarma Lebanese Gyros. The Lebanese gyros differ from the traditional Greek lamb gyros in the seasonings and marination used. The chef is from Morocco. The food was made to order and was not ready right away. Well worth the 10 minute wait time. I look forward to having Kebablicious again when they visit the offices next time! :) read more

I heard about Kebablicious while I scoping out the lunch menu that was going to be provided @ SPC' "All College Day" in Clearwater. I saw that they were serving "Chicken Shewarma". Now the first time I ever heard the word "shewarma" was on the 'Avengers' movie. So I decided to Google Kebablicious Chicken Shewarma. Once I saw the pics I was like "..oh these are like gyro types.." So I decided to put that on my list for lunch. Basically, at All College Day, everyone is provided with two tickets for the food truck of your choice. I decided to go with Kebablicious, of course, and another food truck. I was deciding on which one to eat for lunch and which one to eat for dinner, yes, I know you're thinking....anyway, so once a co-worker, and I both got the Chicken Shewarma from Kebablicious, we then went to stand in line at the other food truck. My co-worker devoured the Chicken Shewarma, while I was trying my best to discipline myself not to eat it because by then I decided that I was going to save it for dinner later. I eat a couple of the fires and OH MY GOODNESS SO FRESH! So I got food from the other truck and it was not all that as I expected. It was more like "..eh.." So by the time I got home, of course the food was cold, but do you know that the fries were still good, and the Shewarma, yes..good! So moral of story is, I should've used BOTH of my tickets to get TWO Chicken Shewarmas. That should let you know how good they are. read more

Great service and food! The Mediterranean platter was fantastic (the falafel was a little over done, but still tasty and the tzatziki was a little "ranchy," but also still good). The olive and blue cheese "pate" was strong and the tabouleh was some of the best I've ever had.
