If you held a frozen pillsbury cookie tube, that's how small it is. We ordered a Chicken $5 and a Falafel $5 wrap. My order was everything with garlic sauce and hot sauce. The taste was okay, very happy they has no MSG. But the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, cabbage ingredients very very little in the chicken wrap and I think my Falafel wrap was made wrong - swapped with the other box order. This new store opened in November and integrates the ability to online order but there is no pay function. So on arrival the order was not made until I showed up (which is a 6min drive from my workplace so it would have been nice to have it ready to pick up). The online function is supposed to help make less mistakes with order by providing the location order in advance but I feel like my order would have been better received verbally. :/ It was a two man operation with one guy making and one guy taking payments. The guy taking the payments touched his mask a lot. Washrooms were closed for guest, so for anyone with a weak bladder this location may not be accessible. It saddens me when I arrive to a take out location without washrooms available for handwashing, especially when you're eating finger foods. This location did not have hand sanitizer available for patrons. It's a rough first experience, but my bookkeeper said she liked it. So gotta give this place another try in the future.

Also, when they were cutting the chicken pieces, there wasn't too much oil coming off of the meat, which reassured me of it being healthier than other places. Falafel tasted pleasantly different from other shawarma places and the staff explained to us how the ingredients are different for Egyptian style falafels.

I got a classic chicken shawarma wrap ($6 store opening promo, throughout Feb, also applies to falafel plates) and chicken on the rocks from a coupon the staff gave me after my first visit there. The shop is small, but had enough seating area for 4 small tables. Ordering was a breeze too and my order was done very quickly. Location wise it's in a good spot with not a lot of other shawarma places around yet still very close to other areas like Square One or Heartland. The classic wrap wasnt to my taste, because it had very limited vegetables included in it, and not much sauce, so it ended up being very dry. The chicken on the rocks was far better. The rice and potato were fresh and hot, and what stood out is the more heavily seasoned chicken shawarma. I personally liked it because it packed stronger flavor, whereas my friend found it a tad salty. Other menu items included kebobs, gyro, souvlaki, etc. And there's daily specials to try the menu. I can definitely see myself coming back as it's in a convenient location and the chicken shawarma was solid.

So I called the restaurant, complained that there's no seal on the package, no sticker. How do I know the Uber driver didn't dig into my fries for all I know. Unacceptable. And they said oh they don't have that for their restaurant (the sticker/seals). It is unsanitary! It seemed like my food was partially missing, and the restaurant refused to help me with it, didn't offer a replacement meal/refund/ or anything! I was thrown off by everything I threw out my meal and lost money on my order. Lack of compassion, accountability, and for the basic standards of food safety and handling they do not pass that and zero recognition for customer care. Won't order from here again. (Zero Star) if I could. The guy was rude, dismissive, lack of care for customer service, and he hung up on me at the end.
