Food is great. Always go for the chicken family platter and they make sure it is loaded up.

Also make sure you sub out the regular white rice for the Kabuli rice, it makes the meal 10 times better. I left very satisfied. The owner was very nice and service was as expected. They were under some renovations at the time so the ambiance might not be the same now. The location is in a plaza so lots of parking is available. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and I would probably come back more often if it was more affordable.

The restaurant itself was quite small, with only a handful of tables and a few booths. It felt quaint, with cultural decor on the walls and music playing on the speakers. I had settled on the pork kebab with rice, salad, and naan. My husband had decided on the mixed grill, which included chicken and beef, along with salad, rice, and naan. We only had to wait about ten minutes before our meals were brought to our table by the kind server that had taken our orders earlier. The food was absolutely amazing! The pork was very tender, and the salad had a nice flavour to it, especially when mixed with the rice. The naan was a great addition, as I ate it with the dipping sauces that were given on the side. The food was abundant; I didn't even finish my dish as it was too much. My husband agreed that his meal was also delicious, and well-worth the price. Would definitely return and will recommend to others!

Champion Doner - Midway through my mixed (chicken and beef) döner sandwich, and what must've been 2 pounds of french fries!

Might just be my favourite place right now…read more I was really craving middle eastern food and decided to get it. Normally I'm a bit hesitant about paying $20 for a meal, just because it always feel like there's too little food for the money. However not here. It's delicious, the portion size is super generous and I really have no complaints. It might have tasted better because on the way there, someone near miss hit us on the road, but to be honest I think all the flavour came from the meat tornados. It's a delicious and filling meal, 10/10 Mix Doner

I was looking for something different for the evening, but I could take back to my hotel room and…read moresaw that the shop was nearby. I'm a bit ignorant of the options though I have had döner sandwiches in Germany. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and guided me through my decisions. I purchased a mild döner sandwich for dinner, which was a mixture of chicken and beef and fresh vegetables and sauce on a soft, yet firm and chewy flatbread. I was asked how I liked it prepared and I said I had no idea and for them to make it the way they would enjoy it. After a brief discussion in a language, I didn't understand, the only question they asked after that was "Do you like spicy". I do, but I know that spicy and one culture is different than spicy and another so I said yes, but not too spicy. So far I've only had the sandwich as I've saved the wrap for breakfast, but I would say that that fear was totally unfounded. If I could make two changes, it would be to tell them to be generous with the spicy sauce, and I should've chosen either chicken or beef, but not mixed. I tried each of them independently of the other, and they both would've been a great choice, but together, neither of them stood out from the other. If you drop by, feel free to let them know that you're there to experiment and give it a go. Much of the menu looks familiar, including pizza and french fries. Oh yeah, speaking of french fries, I got a side of fries, which turned out to be about 2 pounds of potatoes! Be sure to bring a friend if you order the fries!
