I am 77 years old and have had my nails done all my life. This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I ended up walking out on the middle of my manicureand ended up walking out. First time in my life I have done this. No friendly greeting or smile. Had a nail tech that must have been weaned on sour lemons. She was rude, did a horrible job, constantly looked at her cell phone, and threw my hand down did like it was stinky fish when she "finished" one hand. Don't waste time on this place. Went to get a pedi for my daughter and I, although I loved my pedicure service and the lady was very nice took her time to cut my nails and cuticles, but the man who did my daughters pedicure didn't bother to properly clean her toes or cut her nails evenly and only took like 15 minutes or less. When I noticed her uneven toe nails, dirty toes and him not even painting her full nail I went back in and let them know the situation he said I did cut her nails and I said yes uneven and they kept pressuring me to have her sit down and fix it when I told them I had somewhere to be and my daughter didn't even want to wait anymore, they told me to come back when I could that they'd remember my face instead of just giving me my money back or charging me basically only painting her toes and putting lotion on her legs which I didn't appreciate them trying to act like I was exaggerating. Not happy. Went in at 6pm. There were four people ahead of me. They didn't know who got there first so someone who came later went before me. Everything felt rushed. I finally was sat down an hour and a half later. She rushed. I was told I couldn't have the shape that I wanted and had to do square. Which are really sharp. I already cut myself. The paint was still wet when she applied the butterfly. And when I was sat to dry my nails at the bar I'm almost 99% sure it wasn't a ubv lamp but just a regular light. We did not have an appointment and we're told to wait for 20 mins. The staff rudely yelled at us to pick a color and have a seat. After we sat down to look at colors I was yelled at to take a seat and soak. I sat with my feet soaking for almost an hour before being pulled out of chair. They threw a towel at me to dry my feet and have me walk over to the mani desk. The sheer pressure of being treated like cattle when trying to have a relaxing experience and have my nails done was HORRIBLE. The woman who did my mani cut my cuticle/finger so badly I bled onto the rag on the table. She did not apologize and proceeded to stab my cut with cotton balls and alcohol. It continued to bleed throughout the mani which she ended up cutting me again! The woman who did my toes was at least more gentle but also rushed. This entire experience was actually terrible and makes me never want to get a service like this again. It was 2 hours of my life I can't get back and I'm still suffering from. 80$ for a regular shellac mani/pedi I tipped for the pedi at least for being gentle with me. read more

I hate their attitude I had the same woman for the second time. While she was doing my pedicure she sliced my left big toe with the Emory board. She apologized but the nicked my right big toe. She did my fill on my nails and when I went to check out, I had to ask for a bandage as my toe was still bleeding. The man there told me it was $80 for pedicure and fill. I told him NO. He says "She gave you a $5.00 discount because of the accident ". I told him it was unacceptable and I was not happy. He told me again it was an accident. I was getting angry and told him to run my damn card so I could get out before I caused a scene. He once again told me it was an accident. I replied it wasn't going to be an accident when I leave this review on Yelp. In all the years I've been getting pedicures, I've NEVER had anyone cut me to the point I bleed. I left there walking with a limp because it hurt. Truly not happy and I'll make sure everyone I know in the area to avoid going there. Also, both times I attempted to have a conversation with the woman who was working on me. She understood very little English and I understand no Vietnamese. It was truly sad as the employees appear to not speak English but talk quite a bit amongst themselves in their native language. read more

Lisa is one of the best nail techs around. Her husband, Kevin, is pretty good, but not as much pride in his work at Lisa or Coco. You must be ready to wait. Depending on how busy it gets, pedicure and nails can be 4 hours. I have had nails, pedicure, and waxing done there and all are excellent. My only complaints is that there is no free WiFi for customers (unless you are a Spectrum customer) and it's the same Spanish station always on the televisions. read more

Spent two hours here and left dropping $75 and was disappointed. The nail lady on 1st chair offered to fix the gaps on my nails and the shellac on my toes. She was with a client and I was already frustrated because I was not advised of the price changes from what I originally asked for. The mistakes on my toes were a surprise. My nails should look fresh right after leaving. "Picture worthy!" However I didn't feel I could do that. They already looked, "grown out." I didn't want to be picky... but after I was checking out I was shocked! Normally you know with the extras you get what money your going to spend. I received basic service and didn't get special lotion, didn't ask for wax to soften skin, nor any special lotions. The way my nails were worked on was as if he was new. The practicing tech should not be able to charge full price. Needless to say if your traveling this place is located right off the interstate. SAVE your TIME & MONEY!!!!! I went with a friend and we were seated fairly quickly. But once le seated we waited for 30 min. While waiting a health inspector came in and started to do an inspection. All the nail techs started freaking out and started calling, I'm assuming the owner, on the phone talking to them frantically. The health inspector looked at all the stations and said that it was nasty and took out a camera and started taking pictures! He went to the back where they keep the supplies and machines to disinfect things. He started saying out loud how the disinfectant machines wasn't even on or working!! He then noticed that not everyone even had a license. He then stood in the middle of the salon and said that they needed to stop working on people immediately and that they shouldn't be operating because the place was not to code and was filthy. Me and a lot of other women all had to get up and leave. I couldn't believe I had witnessed it. Never going back. read more

Awesome place! Henry and Lisa are the best! Been coming here for 9 years and they take care of me every time.

In summary, just don't come to this place. I guess people in the Valley don't Yelp much because it was hard to find a place with reviews; so let me do y'all a favor! First of all, I had to tell 3 different people about the water temperature; it was too cold. I waited a good 20 minutes with my feet in cold water until someone finally got to me and I must say that a simple "we'll get to you soon" or a heads up on waiting time would've been nice. When the older lady that finally got to me came over she was very serious, not even a "hi there!" Then from what I noticed, they don't use new tools OR AT LEAST keep them in solution to disinfect between customers. I also noticed that the feet scrub thing she used for the bottom of my feet look really, really old, yellowish and even had a long brunette hair on it (the older lady had short black hair). I don't get grossed out easily and I'm very passive so I didn't say anything but in that moment I knew I will never be back and I should write a Yelp review so here it was. PS. Everybody kept coughing and not covering their mouth. And my squared nails with round corners look like anything but that. read more

The first time I went for a face wax it was ok to say the least the place is somehow clean but the staff really doesn't have good manners the second time I enter and someone yelled : what do yo want ! And I was like sorry? What do you want ?! Around six people in the place and not of them manage to get close to me and ask me polite me , it was really uncomfortable and they start talking in other language in front of me but not with me for me that's just so rude and just was standing there without clue of what was happening I was like okay I'm sorry I come back later bottom line I will never come back to that place read more

i really love this place. although they dont have many nails to show, all my friends that go always get nails with awesome designs. i like how they do my nails here they last a LONG time and they give you a card that they stamp everytime you go and after 5 stamps you get $5 off or a color change or wax or design.. awesome read more

This place is ok. I don't know if I came at a bad time or what, although it didn't seem packed. I came to get a pedicure and they shoved me to the back to sit down in a massage chair. Started the water and I sat down. 50 min later someone finally came to say they where there to do my nails. Honestly if I wasn't in a chair with my feet already in water, I would have walked out. And several people getting manicures did. As for the actual nails, they did a good job. Nothing to be wowed over. Nail color selection was that great either.
