This nail salon is the prettiest I've seen! It's really nice and relaxing. There are a lot of colors to choose from. Dip powder on your natural nail is the way to go these days and this place does a fabulous job!!!

First time customer. Super friendly staff that make you feel welcome. Called and came in for a mani pedi last minute. Never felt rushed :)

Not Great... came here before Covid on a regular basis. Had amazing service and my nails were always fabulous. Returned 2 weeks ago since my usual shop had been sold and I needed a new place. Well, it's now under a new owner and absolutely not the same. I sat for a good 30 minutes without anyone helping me out and had to ask several times where my technician was and when she'd be coming. I finally had my service and while my nails were satisfactory for a week, they went on to lift and crack in under 2 weeks. She also tore up my cuticles with her drill that took 10 days to heal. This is unprofessional and definitely unacceptable work. Now, if you look at their social media they look great and accommodating to the clients. This is not the case. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Such a shame. It used to be the best place in town. read more

I've come here several times for pedicures over the past year and I've always had a great experience! It doesn't matter which nail tech I have, it doesn't affect the quality of my pedicure. Diamond Spa is clean, quiet and offers quality service! I highly recommend them! read more

Will definitely be back! We went in as walk in today and they were so great to accommodate us. The ladies there are so nice and it's the most serene nail salon I've ever been too. If you want a relaxing place w great customer service this is the place! Our nails looks amazing! read more

More than anything, I wanted to see how nail salons were changing and adapting due to Covid-19. I was happy to receive a confirmation text that explained the precautions they were taking and what I was to expect during my visit as a client; this put me quite se ease. They told me to have a mask on and wait in my car until they texted me to let me know my technician was ready. I'm glad I remembered my mask! I noticed that clients weren't allowed to touch nail polishes, you would point to bottle and technician would take bottles and place them at your service station. The no touching anything made me very happy. That means they are being extra cautious. My technician was also wearing gloves, a mask, and shield during the whole service. It seemed uncomfortable but definitely necessary. I was very happy with my service overall. Brenda, my nail technician was very attentive and thorough. There was a mis communication, I had booked time for a mani/pedi and told them I'd need extra time because of the condition of my nails but I was only scheduled for pedi. As soon as Brenda made them aware of the situation they did re-arrange the schedule and gave me extra time. I paid 80.00 dollars for my service and I was very pleased. Good service takes time, care, and extra attention. These ladies know how to take care of you. La Posada Spa offers CND products which I learned from my regular nail expert Michelle at Pewter Nails in Reno are the best. Thank you Brenda and thank you La Posada Spa. I will see you all again when I'm back in the area.

Also, I'm not much of a talker because of social anxiety haha (unless needed) and she totally fit the vibe and did her thing.

If you're looking for a salon where you don't have to wait 30min to an hour to get seen and you get your nail technician's full attention, this is the place to go. Not to mention your nails come out looking amazing! They are so attentive to what you need. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they have soo many colors to choose from dip, gel and regular polish. They have top of the line products and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back! Everything they use is disposable. Love the fact that I don't have to be worried about catching anything, this place is spotless. They do go by appointment though and get pretty busy so don't forget to book yours. read more
