I came here hoping for something nude and simple, and just a quick mani/ pedi. The color I initially picked which was a nude pink, but the stylist (who wasn't even the one doing my nails) said it wasn't pretty and insisted I use a different color... weird, but ok I trusted her word. The stylist started with the pedi, I had gotten the deluxe option, which includes all the works. However, there's​ a part in the whole process where you can choose which foot mask you want. I personally wanted to try the milk and honey, but the guy literally chose for me and went with green tea... again, weird, but I blew it off because it wasn't such a huge deal. It wasn't until I got to the mani that just sent me over on disappointment. Unfortunately, I've always had a bad habit of biting my cuticles. This obviously has left me with very sensitive cuticles. When the stylist was working on my nails, one of my fingers bled out, and rather than 1) apologizing and 2) being attentive to the fact that it was already irritated, he looked at me, ROLLED HIS EYES, dropped his equipment, and in the ugliest tone, sent me to wash off. Not only was I embarrassed, but in the moment I felt it was my fault when in all honesty, I did nothing wrong. I didn't move around​ or cause anything for it to happen. By the end of it, two and a half hours had passed. Worst of all, when I left the salon and was in broad daylight, I realized the color they gave me was NEON ORANGE. If you can go somewhere else to get work done, do so- but if this is your only option and you have all day, then suit yourself. read more

The owner & staff is very nice & they have sodas & waters for their guests. They also have a rewards program that gives you coupons when you spend so much & who doesn't love a good deal. This place was okay. My pedicure just wasn't as well done as I was expecting with my nails looking a little uneven and the polish not being cleaned up as well. The staff was attentive when we came in and was friendly, but it's just the actual service that was performed that I wasn't particularly satisfied/impressed with. My friend got a mani-pedi and while her pedicure ended up better than mine, she was not very satisfied with the gel manicure, with it ending up stained from the nail polish the technician was wearing herself. The staff was quick and attentive, but I just wish they would have been more careful with the actual performance of the service I was paying for. The location is so convenient and the staff easygoing, I wish the service would have lived up to that! read more

This place was horrible, first and last time I attend. I asked for coffin nails, she only did 1 coffin and the rest square but charged me the $5 extra. I tried to tell her but she pretended like she didn't hear me. The picture I showed her looked nothing like that I got. I asked her to repaint my nails and did it so ugly and my nails got ruined. I usually don't write reviews on nail salons, but I felt like I needed to after my experience here. I came here from out of town and was hoping to have a quick and clean mani and pedi based on the reviews. While the owner and the nail tech were very nice, that was about the only positive part of my experience. One of the other workers kept coming up to my tech and shoving her so that she would intentionally mess up my nails. Although that may have been a funny joke to her, I didn't really appreciate her screwing up my nails forcing the tech to redo them. Also, I ordered a regular pedi and gel mani and it took over two hours. So much for a quick visit. Finally, the price. $65?! I found cheaper prices in South Florida. I hate to leave a poor review, but hopefully this was just a rare experience. Hoping future customers have better luck! read more

Walked in with out an appointment and they took care of me right away. I usually get manicure with DIP,because it last longer and my nails don't get damage. The only reason I am given 4 starts was because they didn't have that many colors. But other then that the service was great. read more

The man who answered the phone denied ever speaking to us. I showed him my phone to be sure we called the right place. I have come here a few times, but they recently changed their staff and the last few times I just haven't been happy; the nail polish on my manicure has been really goopy and uneven. I let them dry for 20 minutes and the nail polish was rippling. I get a shellac pedicure and the only complaint is that I feel they cut my toe nails very uneven. Oh well time to find a new place. Also if you want to get a pedi and mani at the same time apparently they only do that after 7:30. read more

Love coming here to get my pedi and nails done. I even always bring my husband here for his pedicures. The staff is always very nice to us. They also offer a rewards card so you can get bonus rewards as you continue your service. In the 6 years coming to Chez Nails I have always enjoyed Viviana's work. Lee is another great nail and pedi specialist. Highly recommend. They also always give you a receipt with your service when many nail salons in the valley unfortunately do not. I went in for a pedicure and full set and I honestly had a horrible experience. This was my second time going in, My nail tech was so impatient, he was just trying to finish my pedicure as fast as he could and, he told me the pedicure was $35 and pedicure with shellac was $40 so I decided to have the $40 pedicure since it was just a $5 difference just to find out the pedicures start at $25 a day later. While I was getting my full set he was again, very impatient, he was hurting me with the small drill, he not only cut up my cuticles but burned the end of my fingertip with the drill about five times through out this whole experience. He also got so frustrated that I tend to lean my hand a certain way (which he hadn't pointed out to me) that he literally twisted my whole hand, I promise I'm not exaggerating, he twisted my whole arm, noticed I got mad and smiled and tried to laugh it off. He also was VERY inappropriate, I am 9 months pregnant and he kept offending me about my weight and later he told me that he finds pregnant women very sexy .... will NEVER go to this place again. And to top it all off, my nails are completely uneven, I paid $86 for a horrible experience. read more

Sanitary, clean, friendly, great music, great selection of colors etc. I love Cara's sweet demeanor and attention to detail.
