I called before arriving to ensure they performed the service I wanted- Gel-X with cat eye polish. The woman who answered the phone confirmed they did and scheduled my appointment. When I arrived the technician started right away questioning my choice- why did I want gel.x?? Didn't I mean I wanted acrylics?? No, not at all and I said so multiple times. He kept at it "the price is the same but it's a higher end acrylic I know that's what you want right!?!" Still no, after multiple nos, I finally told him I was allergic and had bad rashes in responding to the powder. I had good success with Gel.x and wanted them again. He wasn't satisfied! Like I was just parroting something I heard but there was no way I could know my own mind? "Gel x is like a press on nail you don't want that" - Yes actually I did. And again, this wasn't my first set ever, I knew the glue lasts for 2-4 weeks so I was really baffled why he was pushing this so hard- additionally with acrylics he was going to be quite literally gluing on a nail to mine to build from- and low on the nail bed despite my chronic thin nails and this placements prone to creating rips and painful breaks. The tech was insistent, a poor listener and the highlight of why I rarely go into these shops anymore- a full set with the wrong shape and 1 coat of see through color. It was a complete wash and waste of $100. It also seems I'm not the only one who doesn't enjoy or appreciate these encounters- every time I think it can be different and enter a shop it is a GHOST town. Stay away.

Lisa (lady from Boston) fully and accurately accessed the condition of my nails and recommended the type of manicure that I should have. The stylist started with the pedi, I had gotten the deluxe option, which includes all the works. However, there's​ a part in the whole process where you can choose which foot mask you want. I personally wanted to try the milk and honey, but the guy literally chose for me and went with green tea... again, weird, but I blew it off because it wasn't such a huge deal. It wasn't until I got to the mani that just sent me over on disappointment. Unfortunately, I've always had a bad habit of biting my cuticles. This obviously has left me with very sensitive cuticles. When the stylist was working on my nails, one of my fingers bled out, and rather than 1) apologizing and 2) being attentive to the fact that it was already irritated, he looked at me, ROLLED HIS EYES, dropped his equipment, and in the ugliest tone, sent me to wash off. Not only was I embarrassed, but in the moment I felt it was my fault when in all honesty, I did nothing wrong. I didn't move around​ or cause anything for it to happen. By the end of it, two and a half hours had passed. Worst of all, when I left the salon and was in broad daylight, I realized the color they gave me was NEON ORANGE. If you can go somewhere else to get work done, do so- but if this is your only option and you have all day, then suit yourself.

I asked a girl to do her nails while she texted outside the entrence because I heard she did really good nails. We also went at 6 because we knew they closed at 8. 2. She left after placing the fake nail tip before the acrylics. She should have told me she couldn't do it instead of leaving it half way. 3. Another girl finished them, but when we got home and realized they weren't well done, we returned the next day. 5.When the girl did them, the day before, she placed colored acrylic nails! They were supposed to place regular acrylics. 6. They were also horribly done. Nobody believed us until Luz vouched for us that we were there the day before. 7. While Luz tried to fix them, a girl named Ana was so rude and disrespectful, not only to me, but to my kid! She was a bully. While Luz tried to concentrate on her work. Poor girl! 8. Plus, we still got charged for going back to get them fixed. All because they used acrylic colored by mistake. We wouldn't had to change the color if they hadn't made the mistake. The day before, I called to ask how much it would cost. They gave me a different price as well. 9. I really hope the managers look at their recorded footage daily. Update: It's been 2 weeks and look at her nails. They already fell off.

That did make things a little different in terms of communication so I was a little disappointed with that. I ordered the second to most expensive pedicure and it was a total bummer. I wasn't offered anything to drink like a glass of wine and I didn't even get a massage. The pedicure lasted less than 40 minutes and my tech was on her phone throughout the massage. I felt rushed and unappreciated and I would not go back.

I ended up walking out on the middle of my manicureand ended up walking out. First time in my life I have done this. No friendly greeting or smile. Had a nail tech that must have been weaned on sour lemons. She was rude, did a horrible job, constantly looked at her cell phone, and threw my hand down did like it was stinky fish when she "finished" one hand. Don't waste time on this place. When I noticed her uneven toe nails, dirty toes and him not even painting her full nail I went back in and let them know the situation he said I did cut her nails and I said yes uneven and they kept pressuring me to have her sit down and fix it when I told them I had somewhere to be and my daughter didn't even want to wait anymore, they told me to come back when I could that they'd remember my face instead of just giving me my money back or charging me basically only painting her toes and putting lotion on her legs which I didn't appreciate them trying to act like I was exaggerating.
