I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. I was shocked. But everyone was so friendly and let me sit in a chair and soak my feet in hot water while I waited for a nail tech. That was so helpful, I got a little massage and a soak. I didn't realize until way later that they had drinks, I wasn't offered one so I'm not sure if it's something you order, but I'll definitely ask for it next time. I LOVED all of the pedicure options, I forget exactly which package I chose but it was so relaxing. The nail painting is the only complaint I have, I think I got a very young and less educated tech. She ended up doing my nails then my hot wax treatment, it ended up messing up the polish and she had to do it again. In total she re did my nails 3 times and unfortunately I chose red polish so the skin on my toes were red by the time I left. It was laughable but the foot and leg treatment was what I really went for anyway. I will definitely be back and I will bring my mom next time!
