Selena. Thank you for putting up with me while giving me a Brazilian. I hate pain and she made me feel comfortable about how scary I felt getting a Brazilian was. I did purchase an after care scrub from the front lobby area. I recommend Selena read more

I have been getting brazillian bikini waxes for years and I found Europenan Wax Center and decided to make an appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this wax salon - It was one of the best brazilian waxes i have ever had! Clean, professional and super comfortable. I recommend getting your wax with Mari - she is amazing! If you are in need for a waxing service please try this salon! I will be returning to see Mari from now on!! read more

Customer service was great. Place was very clean and neat which is a plus also got greeted with a big smile which is great as well. To begin with everything went well on my first appointment even though I just went for a nose waxing. Most of the time where I go do my waxing it hurts, but here it didn't hurt as much which was amazing. I wish I could remember the lady's name she was great. Moreover y'all the first wax on this place is free. Furthermore I recommend this place they will treat you like a queen/king. read more

This review is for the horrible service I experienced from the start at the front desk! First time I went to inquire cost , they gave me a price I scheduled for then when I got there receptionist said a higher price and walked outside to call the manager twice so I not hear!! That's Rude as Hell! No business does this!!! Unprofessional service!! Waste my time and energy! Not my money $$ that I work so hard for a place that's not worth spending! Management is never present!! read more

Outside of the wax center is a small table with a bottle of hand sanitizer on it. Don't be misled by their "window dressing" for COVID precautions. It all ends at the door before you enter the salon. I had my mask OFF and was in a small airless room with Janie who told me that she didn't get the COVID vaccine because it came out "too fast" (like SHE is some kind of a medical expert on the length of time needed to develop a vaccine) and that some nurse told her that it wasn't effective. Sorry, but this type of information should be made available to clients when they make an appointment. Had I known this in advance I would never gotten in a small windowless and airless room with an unvaccinated person! To me, this is critical information that a client deserves to know. So my recommendation to one and all, is to ASK if your waxer has been vaccinated, if it is important to you. I find this very irresponsible corporate behavior especially since a waxing salon is a very intimate setting. Being in a restaurant is one thing with an unvaccinated person but in a small enclosed setting- NO- it is just not acceptable. read more

This whole company is really great! From the wax passes to the wax itself and the staff who help you it's always 5/5! Jaime was so kind and perfect Im so thankful I got set up with her read more

Horrible. I just stopped by to try to schedule an appointment and the door was locked during open hours and some ladies that were there never opened nor answered the phone even though they would see me at the door. read more

The receptionist is beyond rude and her treatment is the sole reason as a 10-year customer of EWC that I will not ever visit this location while traveling as a doctor read more

Amazing service! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian done and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in and your first time wax is 50% off. Since I went in during pink tax month, I didn't have to pay taxes, which is in April. The receptionist was very friendly and I was helped right away, no one is allowed to go in with you obviously but when I went in Delia was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cold, because the wax has to harden so you're shivering the whole time but it's not that bad. Right when she would remove the wax she would put pressure on the skin to make sure It didn't burn or sting. I will always recommend her. Amazing experience for a first timer. Highly recommend. read more

I absolutely loved the customer service. My wax specialist, Monica, made my first time very easy and pain free. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. Definitely would recommend to a friend and will be going back! read more

First time coming in and wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but I'm glad I came. I mean it's still awkward at first but Cass did made it feel very welcoming and wasn't mean or w a bad attitude. She's also very knowledgeable w the products in the store. Would most definitely recommend everyone to come and give it a try at least once! read more

I love coming to EWC to get waxed everyone is so friendly and Ms. cass is wonderful at what she does. She's amazing!!!

Don't go here. wax made me break out. Then the girls force you to buy products that aren't even good. The exfoliate is like liquid there is nothing to exfoliate with. Not worth getting. Non of their products. Manager Joyce is so rude and is looks like she's in a bad mood and talks in a bad mood all the time. My mother and aunt broke out from wax as well. They say is 100% bees wax. That's a lie. Casey a waxer was so rude making faces throughout my service. My mother said Alyssa was rude as well. Broke a wax stick on her legs and my mother bruised. Such an over priced service. where u can go out and buy your own wax kit for way cheaper than throwing your money at European wax in Pharr. read more

Very nice place, the girls are helpful and make you comfortable. So glad there's a legit/professional wax place like this in the valley!!
