Customer service was great. Place was very clean and neat which is a plus also got greeted with a big smile which is great as well. To begin with everything went well on my first appointment even though I just went for a nose waxing. First time I went to inquire cost , they gave me a price I scheduled for then when I got there receptionist said a higher price and walked outside to call the manager twice so I not hear!! Outside of the wax center is a small table with a bottle of hand sanitizer on it. Don't be misled by their "window dressing" for COVID precautions. It all ends at the door before you enter the salon. I had my mask OFF and was in a small airless room with Janie who told me that she didn't get the COVID vaccine because it came out "too fast" (like SHE is some kind of a medical expert on the length of time needed to develop a vaccine) and that some nurse told her that it wasn't effective. Sorry, but this type of information should be made available to clients when they make an appointment. Had I known this in advance I would never gotten in a small windowless and airless room with an unvaccinated person! To me, this is critical information that a client deserves to know. So my recommendation to one and all, is to ASK if your waxer has been vaccinated, if it is important to you. I find this very irresponsible corporate behavior especially since a waxing salon is a very intimate setting. Being in a restaurant is one thing with an unvaccinated person but in a small enclosed setting- NO- it is just not acceptable. read more

Amazing service! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian done and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in and your first time wax is 50% off. Since I went in during pink tax month, I didn't have to pay taxes, which is in April. The receptionist was very friendly and I was helped right away, no one is allowed to go in with you obviously but when I went in Delia was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cold, because the wax has to harden so you're shivering the whole time but it's not that bad. Right when she would remove the wax she would put pressure on the skin to make sure It didn't burn or sting. I will always recommend her. Amazing experience for a first timer. Don't go here. wax made me break out. Then the girls force you to buy products that aren't even good. The exfoliate is like liquid there is nothing to exfoliate with. Not worth getting. Non of their products. Manager Joyce is so rude and is looks like she's in a bad mood and talks in a bad mood all the time. My mother and aunt broke out from wax as well. They say is 100% bees wax. That's a lie. Casey a waxer was so rude making faces throughout my service. My mother said Alyssa was rude as well. Broke a wax stick on her legs and my mother bruised.
