I had a small crack before I "demolished" my screen, and I wouldn't have been able to trade it in with that small crack. I have never in my life been through a worse experience with a company. Having to deal with them is part of the reason I moved out of this building. This company is a mess. It was impossible to get someone to come fix issues with the cable or internet in a timely fassion. They are only open until 4pm every day, and closed Saturday and Sunday. So when I have an issue with my internet or cable on a Friday morning, and I don't get home from work until 5pm, I'm screwed for the entire weekend. I would leave voicemails and never receive a call back, they would try and bill me for every little thing even if it was their fault, just an all-around mess of a company. I moved out of this building 6 months ago, and I still receive a bill every single month from them for the internet service, which I canceled a month prior to moving out. Nobody there has a clue. I highly recommend Orchid House going in a different direction when this contract is up.

Then I remembered that a friend and past Robertson customer had mentioned Robertson to me many years ago, so I contacted Robertson and they were able to send Dave to my home the very next day. Dave arrived exactly at the promised time and was friendly, knowledgable and efficient in promptly resolving my wi-fi connectivity and also updated my router's firmware. As of this writing, Robertson charges an hourly rate of $150, which in my case was money well spent. I highly recommend them for anyone needing rapid and responsive service.
