The business had such great reviews that I contacted him to ask about his process. He detailed his process, reassuring me with the quality of materials and his practice and training. He also helped me find the easiest way to get the knives to him and returned. I sent them by Uber and when he was finished, he let me know a great window of time to have the knives picked up. He vetted the pick up to make sure the Uber drivers were legit and sent them back to me. So the process was easy and the knives and scissors are perfect!

Each knife was eight dollars to sharpen and we paid by credit card. I came with six knives that can use a good sharpening before the holidays. I have a sharpening stone & carbon tool yet my knives still aren't sharp. Bill complemented my Henkel's knives. He showed me how the blades were a little shiny because they needed a good sharpening. He worked very quickly in his huge machine with water, I never saw anything like it. My knives were restored to new so quickly. There was free parking out front and seats inside where I sat and watched him. Bill answered all of my questions, he can clean up serrated knives, but doesn't have the tool to restore them.

She told me the cost and estimated time of completion (the guy who does that work is only there at certain times).
