Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The two clerks greeted me with a warm hello upon entering and inquired if I wanted a complimentary coffee with fresh illy classic blended beans. I smiled and self poured a hot cup of coffee into the paper cup with the Williams Sonoma name. Noticed next to the coffee machine two bottles of Williams Sonoma olive oil and the words Tester written at the top. Took a quick shot of the oil for alleged health benefits. Browsed the store with my great smelling coffee and found myself in the pots and pans aisle. She was so friendly and educated on the kitchen ware that I actually learned a lot from her in ten minutes. They had lovely copper pans that heat up much faster than steel but were not recommended. The prices vary and some pans were very expensive but last decades. This store was easy to find only a quick walk from the main entrance to the mall.
