Was looking to purchase the complete Echo PAS system and wanted to purchase all my needs at once; approximately $800-900 worth of equipment. Called the store and provided the model # for what I needed. Person on the phone appeared to have no idea what I was speaking of for most items; kept placing me on hold to ask someone else. At the end he simply gave up and took down my contact info which I can appreciate. However no call back from anyone at All Dade Lawn Mowers. I then called back later in the day to follow up and again I was told someone would call me back. Again, no follow thru. Any and all questions I had regarding estimated shipping time, order status, etc. were handled quickly and professionally. When the saw came in they called to verify my address just to be sure. The person I spoke with was friendly and personable on the phone, Can't say enough good things about the people I dealt with during the wait for the saw. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. They deserve every single one. I came here because my lawnmower was not starting and the engine place send me a list of service locations. There was an older gentleman at the service desk that knew exactly what the problem was. While I was writing the service ticket with one of the service advisors the older gentleman checked the gas and the oil. He told me it had no oil and that the gasoline was no good. The service advisor thought that the carburetor needed to be replace but the older gentleman put oil, dumped the gas and added new oil and my machine started with no problem. The fact that they were very honest makes me trust them 100%. I feel they could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and they didn't. Instead they recommended a particular type of gas, so that I would not have the same problem again. Thank you guys. read more

As a residential repair customer, I was treated from the start as a non-priority. I was told 2 weeks for a minor cable change, and carb clean. 3 weeks later no call. Being a disabled vet I took my lawn tractor to All Dade Lawnmowers on May 9,2020 because I can't afford a lawn service. I had to borrow a trailer to take it. I dropped it off and the staff was very courteous and helpful. called 5/13/20 to check on the status and they haddn't looked at it but said they would withinn the next 2 days. I called 3 days later and again they hadn't looked at it. Called again and they hadn't looked at it. Called at about 9;00 am 5/21/20 and they advised they had still not looked at it. So I told them I was coming to pick it up. I had to borrow a trailer again and on my wayto pick it up I received a call and they stated that it was now in the Shop. Ive spent thousands here for my Landscaping company and I'm never going to spend another dollar here. I was given the wrong blades (by the owner himself)for my lawn mower (that I purchased here as well). After noticing that something was off I realized I had been given the wrong blades. When I went in to correct the issue and after wasting my time going back and forth I was told by the owner that mistakes happen and all he can do for me is give me a discount on the ones I should have gotten in the first place. It wasn't the amount but more the feeling of being un appreciated as a Customer. I asked him if for something that was clearly his mistake he would be willing to lose a customer. He replied with " I've got plenty other customers and have done alright so far and that losing me would not make any difference to him" . Claiming that I was being difficult. Only thing difficult is finding small businesses that value customers. I'd rather close my business than spend another dollar at this place!!!! I'll take my business online or elsewhere. Awful service, prices a lot higher than Home Depot. Owner and his son are very rude.

I dropped off a pressure washer because the pump went bad, it was only 5 months old and covered under warranty. After two months of myself having to call and mediate the warranty claim with Generac because the folks there at All Dade couldn't get it done, I received the unit back with significant physical damage. They also leave all their repaired units out in the South Florida sun all day, every day, unless they are actively working on it. They are brought inside at night. As a result, the finish had completely faded and hose fittings had melted, resulting in water leakage around the engine and handle. When I spoke to the service manager, he replied that he hadn't even been paid for the repair yet. The general manager/owner deflected all responsibility onto the service manager and did not seem to care. When I told him I was going to leave this review he told me to do whatever I need to do. read more
