Dimark Garage Doors

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working, as if it was jammed. We use the garage door quite a…read morebit in my house, so I wanted to take care of it right away. I hired Dimark, and was not disappointed! They responded to my request and gave a range to quote. If I would have been available, they would've taken care of it same day. We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Price was within the range as well. Excellent service, and very fast. I highly recommend.

He checked everything over and I was relieved to hear that I didn't need a new garage door opener, just a tune up and maintenance. He replaced all the wheels on the rails, and tightened up all the parts, and the garage door was quiet and working beautifully when he'd finished. I really appreciated the fact that Marlon was honest and didn't try to upsell me a new opener. He and his Dad were very professional and friendly, and his fees were reasonable. This company is a keeper for sure.

My evolution of hell dealing with this company. They came recommended from a coworker who had a…read morenew pool build. Yusniel promised me a backyard paradise in December 2024. $90k contract signed in March 2025 for a pool remodel with 2300 sq foot of deck. Work began in April 2025 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I never received a rendering despite multiple requests for one. They didn't pull permits (they said permits weren't necessary for a simple remodel). They didn't secure the work site and my 14 yo deaf American bulldog fell in the deep end, broke her hip, and devastatingly had to be euthanized. Their response "oh we could have put a safety fence up." They NEVER put up a safety fence. Ariel wanted to put a fence up after he quit. They lied to me and hoped I was dumb enough to not notice. The pool wasn't the shape or size we agreed upon, they tried to give me different pool equipment than originally agreed upon, different pool plaster, their workmanship was sloppy and subpar. The jacuzzi tiles were thick and uneven. They said it'll look better when filled with water. They destroyed my screened in patio and side gate. Yusniel continued to do whatever he wanted and didn't care what we discussed or what I wanted for my backyard. I couldn't work with Yusniel anymore. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Ariel took over the project in September 2025. He didn't know what he was doing either and kept trying to bandaid their huge mistakes. Ultimately the entire pool had to be demolished on November 13,2 025 as he wasn't giving me my money back and he said he knew he could give me the yard I was promised. I had no choice but to agree and allow him to start new but as long as everything was done properly. NOPE. He didn't want to give me a rendering or pull permits and wanted me to let me let his pool guy "do his thing." I felt stuck but I refused to let him continue without at least a rendering so we're all on the same page. Finally, November 21st Ariel said his engineer may have a rendering that day or by the next week. I then inquired about an overflow spa (since everything was already demolished). This was the only change I requested for the entire project. He told me it would be 8k more... despite everything I've endured and on top of the maybe 10k or 5k additional he said it could cost me due to them having to demolish everything. Before this, I had agreed to pay for materials for the new screened in patio they destroyed. So another $8000 on top of everything they put me through was crazy. I felt like that was something they should give me for everything I've endured and I told Ariel as much. Ariel said he's "giving me a new pool, not doing patchwork which is definitely doing a whole lot to rectify the situation." Basically, I should be grateful for him. I was beyond fed up and I let him know. Ariel then quit the job! Told me he "isn't comfortable working with me because I am holding on to the past which is behind us and not moving towards the future." He lied to me about purchasing my pavers. Initially claimed they were in an air conditioned warehouse pending delivery. All lies, he never even purchased them. I paid them 54k and they used my money to fund other projects. Continually blamed everyone and everything else for delays but they had no money for my project. They still owe their plumber $5000 out of a $7000 job and tried to get him to give them a $25,000 inflated invoice to not give me any money back. Ariel hired an attorney who tried to "work on me" to allow them come back and finish the job. Finish a simple pool remodel they messed up on, demolished, and then quit. Stated litigation is lengthy and costly and even if I prevail I won't get anything from them. Called me and sent me several emails to pressure me into letting them "finish the job." They claim to have spent 68k so far on my project but their breakdown contains work never performed. I called the news stations and Channel 10 is aware of my story. Their lawyer threatened the plumber if he speaks to the news they'll drag him through litigation. Hopefully they run the story and no one has to ever go through what I am going through with Cricket pavers, Ariel Grillo, or Yusneil Pedraza. They are a dishonest company with absolutely no integrity. I do not recommend them at all!!! Beware of @_cricketpavers_ for any of your outdoor living needs. @cricketpaversllc @cricketdriveways
