Needed a custom size magnet for a food cart (30x46) and no one could get it done for me. Fortunately, I found Sharp Printing. They assured me they could print that size, did it at an affordable price, and in 2 days! I needed to add color to the background of my PNG image and Frank was nice enough to do it at no cost. Sara was also very attentive and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She even gave me a courtesy call two hours before they closed on a Friday to make sure I didn't forget to pick it up. Went to this store to print a few pages for work from a USB. I walked in and could see 5 employees working on their computers. Each of them looked at me but it was 4-5 mins before anyone got up to come to the reception desk. I asked for 3 copies of the document on my USB and was quoted a price of $5. Seriously $5 for 3 copies and lazy service. I went to Stapes instead and got my copies for $.33 and nice, friendly, and speedy service. read more

Beware the old lady who doesn't understand technology or basic math! I just wanted 6 black and white copies of my 3 pages long document. There was a woman at the front desk who handed my flash drive to a guy who quickly printed all my copies out. She went over to pick them up, but then without me knowing she also made 6 copies of my 6 copies, 36 in total. When I tried to explain what was happening, she got aggressive and started shouting about how there was a minimum charge anyway so I just needed to pay her. she listened 0% to anything I said. The original guy who made my copies kind of heard what was happening, but didn't seem to want to budge out of his office chair. I ended up paying what she wanted because it was only 5 bucks, but overall it was very frustrating. It did seem generally nice and the guy seemed competent, just don't talk to the old lady! read more

This is the WORST printing place I have ever been to. The owner is a nightmare and verbally assaulted me and my team today. He screamed at me for asking him what the price would be (a reasonable question for a customer) He refuses to do his job and has absolutely no manners. It's overpriced and not worth the time or energy spent on this place. As a bride on a mission to cut as many costs as possible from the wedding, I decided to make my own invitations. After buying the template from a vendor and countless hours slaving away at making sure each detail was perfect, I went out and bought the thickest paper I could find from Paper Source. After months on this project I assumed everything was easy sailing now as I dropped off the file at FedEx. Now just the waiting game... Unfortunately, when I received ALL printed copies, I realized that the front and back covers were not only NOT aligned, they were flimsy! Sucks but I guess I have no one else to blame but myself. (Note to self, always check the back alignment to see if it needs adjustments. Don't assume ever.) however it would have been nice for someone to go over and above and mentioned that there may be a problem... If they check on print jobs. Long story short, I was in a horrible situation especially when there is no many other things to do. In comes Frank and Sharp Printing. Upon entering and explaining my situation, Frank immediately went to the back and returned with perfectly thick paper in a variety of colors. Rather than just taking a document and printing, he has a program that makes sure front and back documents are aligned. For you brides out there, DEFINITELY HAVE THEM CUT IT. A day later, I returned and was handed a box with my invitations and RSVP cards perfectly cut and organized. If only I had come here first! Words that describe Frank: a perfectionist, precise, reliable, and quick. His prices are fair and his quality is fantastic. I appreciate that he took the time to understand my project, gave me feedback to make it better, and made sure to execute it from start to finish. Service to begin with was great , then the ran into a issue with a machine which meant my order was pushed back . They kindly supplied me with some business cards in the mean time at their expense which was great except the approved design and what was on the replacement cards was different which was disappointing . In order to pick up my original order I had to ring 3 or 4 times , finally I went and picked what was supposed to be 1000 cards instead it was roughly 800 . Understandable to a degree as they already printed the 1000 as a replacement because I needed then ASAP , however I was promised 2000 in total because of the machine malfunction . Numerous stuff ups left my overall disappointed . read more
