I told the driver that my mother does not use CATO oil. He checked the address and said that the address was correct and that GRIFFITH oil had purchased CATO, so I said "no problem". He pumped oil in the tank and left. my mother is on a budget plan with Griffith oil. However, one week later, she gets a bill from Cato oil for the oil they delivered. Long story short is the delivery man, driver #71 and Truck #626, misrepresented himself as if he came from Griffith oil and he did not and now they are charging interest on the bill. So she is paying the budget plan and their bill also. That doesn't seem right.

This job was quite a challenge as it is a very old beach cottage. They gave honest advice and proposed a Fujitsu system with 5 units inside the house. They had challenges in getting this system installed, including going under a wet house to run the coolant lines to the opposite side of the house from the main outside unit. They did this job with great care (because of the old exterior), knowledge of the system, and professionalism of the installation.
