He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and does great work. After letting me know that my blower was still under warranty, which I was totally surprised by, he fixed our system and it's been working ever since. He also installed a NEST Thermostat (that I'd purchased quite a while ago but had never installed). I ended up signing up for their fall and spring tune-ups to keep our system in working order and I think it's very reasonably priced for the peace of mind it provides that our system is being kept in tip-top shape. Without my AC unit working - I needed a prompt repair (NOT an emergency repair) for tenants renting my condo. I didn't expect a charge of almost $600.00 on a name brand 4 year old unit. However - based on trusted information from another out of town HVAC repair person who was in my condo the week prior to my AC going down, it seems clear to me that I was overcharged and taken advantage of! I was never told payment would need to be made remotely while I was in California. I told the repair guy I would mail a check upon an emailed receipt when I returned home. The problem was a bad capacitor. I was overcharged for the part,... then charged an additional $280.00 to add refrigerant that the technician "questionably" claimed I needed. I have since mailed the a check for full payment, along with their business card that I not need in the future.

Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back.
