Even called ahead of time and asked rep to hold in front as we were driving from Sacramento. The entire time my husband was walking/trying the shoes on we had a bunch of what appeared to be loss prevention folks near us and following us all the way to the paying line. Didn't they feel dumb that we were NEVER going to steal anything and were in fact paying for the shoes. Truly unacceptable, unnecessary, and even felt racist. No further comment.

I was next door at Outdoor Supply Hardware and saw this place. Being an owner of 2 Treks, a 520…read moreroad bike and an older street bike I decided to take a look. Well they no longer have any bikes I was familiar with anymore. I guess trending towards the masses. Electric bikes, commuter bikes, gravel etc. I think Trek still makes a hard core road bike I just didn't see one on the floor. Lets face it with a longer wheel base they aren't the best for around town. I thought there would be more accessories not that I was looking for anything in particular but just seemed a little anemic in that catagory. They did have a full blown shoe and pedal area though. Full on repair assembly area looked ready for anything. I talked to a sales dude and he was very knowledgable and a tech guy who totally knew his stuff. So, half way impressed when peeps in a position to know their shit actually do more than me. If I were in the market for another bike or get an older one whipped into shape I would definitely give these folks a hard look.

The $250 bike fit was not worth it. Here are my critiques:…read more A. The diagram of results I received was confusing and incorrect. First, the labeling of saddle height was incorrect. It showed a purely Y coordinate on the diagram. Second, (this is a less obvious but still important issue) the measurement from tip of saddle to shifter trough is error-prone. By this I mean: maybe I do it one way, maybe you do it another. I looked around my hoods and there was nothing obvious to pinpoint, given the curvature of the area. A photo and specific written instruction might help. I couldn't find any online usage of the term to clarify. Here's my suggestion: to optimize for customer experience, it would be much better to use the same shift levers as the customer (Ultegra levers are super common) and give a clearer label, such as: "distance from saddle tip to closest part of the shifter hood" B. I was disappointed that the results were not printed out right away as I walked out of the shop. Worse, there was a 3 day delay before I received the write-up. C. I expected a more thorough fit. For example: - Andres didn't measure my feet or look at my cleats until I asked. - He didn't measure leg length. - He didn't measure my arms or shoulders. D. I think some aspects of the fit were dubious. For example, Andres told me that a higher speed/cadence in a particular position is a valid way to claim that one position is better than another. Here's how I understand it: when using a bike ergometer set to a particular wattage, power is power. A higher or lower cadence (say 75 versus 80) is not a valid way to say one position is better than another. (To put it another way, rotational power equals torque times revolutions per minute. When using a constant-power setting on an ergometer, if I'm spinning 5% faster, I'm also applying 5% less torque.) Overall, this has not been a satisfying experience given the $250 price and delays. While I generally appreciate Andres' expertise, time, and effort, this was not a $250 bike fit. It was worth about half of that, at most. I shared this feedback with Andres in August 2019, but he has not yet responded. So I'm posting here in the hopes that other potential customers can either (a) get a better fit elsewhere or (b) Andres can improve the value of his bike fit.

I can't say enough great things about JNA Cycling. This was hands down one of the best investments…read moreI've made for my riding. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they really know their stuff and genuinely care about helping you ride better and more comfortably. The bike fit was incredibly thorough and personalized. They took the time to understand my goals, riding style, and any discomfort I'd been dealing with. Every adjustment was explained clearly, and nothing felt rushed. By the end of the session, my bike felt like it was built for me. The results were immediate. Less pain, noticeably reduced fatigue, and a huge improvement in overall efficiency and performance on the bike. Rides used to leave me with a sore lower back and an aching left knee due to a previous motorcycle accident. This was just what I needed! Pain be gone! If you're dealing with aches, numbness, or just want to get more out of your riding, JNA Cycling is the place to go. Professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

This is the first preassembled E bike I have purchased so when I got it home, I wanted to check and make sure everything was correct and tight, it wasn't. The people that work there seem nice enough, but you could tell they just throw these bikes together in a rush, I found multiple bolts and fasteners loose, including the clamps for the front wheel and the front brake caliper was not routed correctly and the hydraulic line was rubbing on the rim. If I didn't inspect this I could've had a major incident with this bike . I'm happy with a bike just not the assembly job. If you want to purchase a bike here they have multiple brands and a good selection, but make sure if it's preassembled you check everything before you take it out on a long ride.
