Ok, so this review can only speak for my buying experience, but here's how that went…read more.. I was in a bad accident that totalled my beloved little Prius, and I needed to get into something quick to make sure that I could keep doing all the things most of us have to do...drive to work, drive the kids to school, soccer, running through the woods with my dog, and the occasional work that I do for the Deep State that I'm not really allowed to talk about openly. Anyway, I knew what I wanted, misread the Harr website as that vehicle being available, and called them up. Nana answered the phone, told me that I may have misread the website, but also told me that if I wanted to come in he could show me some cars that were a close match, and he could do some digging to see if there was anything hiding on the lot. He wasn't pushy on the phone, and I decided to head over. When I got there it was pretty gross outside, that and the fact that it was Sunday may have kept some people home, so things were pretty quiet. Nana met me right after I walked in and checked in with the front desk, and right off the bat he had the presence of a salesperson who wants to help a customer get what they need, not just get another car sold, although we did chat about the fact that he really likes selling cars, and he's good at what he does, which shows when you talk to him. We went over what my car needs to be in terms of driving, safety, and all that jazz, and we talked about what makes a car a no go. Nana determined that there were a few used options, and they were fine, but I wasn't loving them, and he showed me some new options, one of which I ended up purchasing, a shiny new 2026 Corolla Cross LE, and my first ever new vehicle in 47 years of existence. We took it for a ride, and sure it was a bit different than my loyal and widely missed little Prius, but it's still a Toyota, so everything feels pretty familiar, just a bit more space age. Through this whole process, Nana didn't try to upsell me on silly doodads, he didn't try to push any cars that cost more but weren't for me, and he made the process stress free to a level that's close to unbelievable. Even after the sale, while I was waiting for the whole thing to conclude, and go get my new spaceship, I called him up to see if there was any way we could expedite things so I could get back to everything I hadn't been able to do without my poor, poor, little Prius around anymore, and he made so more magic happen and had me in my car and off the lot after making a few adjustments with his team at Harr, my insurance people, the Registry, and maybe some deities... I dunno, but whatever he did worked, and it made my week start off a bit more smoothly. The moral of the story is, I had a great experience as a buyer at Harr, and Nana takes that credit. The rest of the team definitely did great too, I just didn't have lots of interaction with them. Shout out to the front desk, the finance guy, and the nice lady who who went over the thousand signatures with me. Top tier. Do Recommend.

I came here on a Saturday morning and went straight to the car that I've been wanting. Rudy approached me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and offered me a no pressure type of service. When I found out what the price is for the car, I had to get it. We went inside and filled out some paperwork and applied for a loan. I was surprised how quick (45 mins) it took a bank to offer me a loan. After accepting the loan, Rudy went lower on the car price with out me asking him to go lower. I purchased the car on Saturday and was able to pick it up on Monday evening. If my insurance was open on Saturday, I could of drove the car home on the same day. I loathe looking for vehicles and put it off for as many years as I could. After looking at several vehicles from several used dealers I landed at Andoni's. I found an XTerra online that was here and so I went to look around (when they were closed). I found the overall quality of the vehicles on Genty's lot to be of very good quality (I took that as a good sign). So I went to see him the next day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and on the level. A super easy person to work with. I can't say I got the "deal of the century" & I didn't expect to. What I did get was a very fair price for an amazingly well maintained older vehicle. In an industry with such miscreants abounding I was very relieved to run across Genty. Thank you, sir.

This truck was priced as a Trd Pro trim, so it is about $10,000 over priced. Here we are 30 days later and they still have this truck listed as a Trd Pro trim. I would strongly recommend avoiding Lundgren for service…read more I had my car towed here after something appeared to fall off while I was driving on the highway. I pulled over and noticed the compressor belt moving abnormally. When I dropped the car off, I was extremely specific: I told them there was an issue with the belt, that it sounded like something had fallen off, and that the problem could be reproduced by turning on the AC. I paid Lundgren for a diagnostic. They came back with a list of recommended repairs -- none of which involved the belt. Because that made absolutely no sense given why the car was there in the first place, I called and specifically asked about it. I was initially told the belt was fine. I then asked whether they had actually turned on the AC, since I had explicitly told them that was how to reproduce the issue. A technician later got back to me and told me that yes, he had turned on the AC and there were no problems with the belt. I came to pick up the car, started it in their parking lot with the AC on, and within THREE MINUTES the belt was visibly acting up again. I took a video and immediately went back inside. Kenny at the service desk apologized, told me his manager was gone, and asked me to email him so he could handle it. I emailed him. No response. In the meantime, I brought the car to another mechanic. They found that the tensioner had FALLEN OFF the compressor belt and told me they were surprised the belt was even still on. The second mechanic also told me my front brakes were rotted and needed new pads and rotors -- another significant problem that somehow did not appear anywhere on Lundgren's paid "diagnostic." So I paid Lundgren to diagnose a car after specifically explaining the problem, where it was, and exactly how to reproduce it. They assured me a technician had tested the exact condition I described and found nothing wrong. I reproduced the problem myself in their parking lot within three minutes, and another mechanic subsequently found that an actual COMPONENT WAS MISSING from the belt system. Then came the customer service. I called after getting no response to my email. Kenny said he would speak to his manager and get back to me. No response. I called again. I was eventually told that, from their perspective, they had "done everything by the book and what we could for you." Apparently "by the book" means charging someone for a diagnostic, missing the specific mechanical problem they brought the car in for, missing another major repair, assuring the customer the problem was checked and did not exist, and then repeatedly failing to return calls after being shown that the diagnosis was wrong. I told them I was prepared to leave a negative review because of how poorly this had been handled. I was again told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. Days later, I called again and nobody even answered. I called back hours later and finally reached someone. I told them that if nobody contacted me, I would dispute the diagnostic charge with my credit card company and leave this review. Still nobody called me back. Mistakes happen. What makes this experience unacceptable is not simply that they missed something. It is that I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM what the problem was, WHERE it was, and HOW TO REPRODUCE IT. They then specifically told me they had performed that test and that the belt was fine. I demonstrated otherwise in their own parking lot almost immediately after paying them. And when given multiple opportunities to address it, they simply stopped responding. I have very little confidence in either the quality of the diagnostic work I paid for or the way Lundgren handles a problem when a customer points out that their diagnosis was clearly incorrect. I would not bring my vehicle here again.
