Every staff member was genuinely personable, kind and honest with me. I felt comfortable asking questions and they gave me honest answers and advice. The prices were more than fair and my pup is well on his way to recovery. They said I called irate and that they were going to stop prescribing my dogs medicine because I didn't want to have blood work done. She is 18 and I don't want to put56 her thru the stress of the car ride. I thought what does it really matter about having blood work done. She is 18 now so its just about keeping her comfortable now. She is my bf and I would do whatever she needed. The receptionist wrote all sorts of things. Wish they paid more to my dog than me. The receptionist is also curt, passive aggressive making comments under her breath. I'm deeply disappointed in the behavior they exhibit as well as the care. I liked the vet he was informative. A place like that is replaceable. Many vets around that are good without the problems. It is a competitive market now with 15 vets or so in each town. We have choices not to pay an reasonable amount and have great healthcare for our animals. I am now going back to our old vet, they don't have to tell me twice. Unreasonable receptionist who thinks she is the vet herself.

Each time we boarded Patton in the past, he was segregated (due to breed/size) and always contracted ear infections. With Sue, he wasn't confined to a cage and had tons of playtime, socialization, and snuggles. I was blown away when Sue cleaned the rabbit enclosure and hedgehog cage, because that was not an ask. They can rattle off whichever of the stories they want or create a new one. They never charged us for the stay and they/their insurance ended up paying that costly bill. They knew they were negligent and worsened the situation. Please never send your dogs here. Do better than we did. Look at the horrible things that have happened to families in the 1 star reviews. We mistakingly followed some recommendations rather than looking into that better. Do better than we did for the sake of your pups.

Dr. Weill was quickly able to diagnose Annie with pancreatitis and tell us everything we needed to know to get Annie back to shape when she was nearly on her death bed. When I first took Annie into the urgent care, her initial veterinarian wanted Annie to potentially stay in their care throughout the week. I thought I was going to be financially crippled (her first visit to urgent care was already over a thousand dollars). After talking with Dr. Weill he ensured me that I could take Annie home (which I did) follow his regimen and she would be back to tip top shape. That's exactly what I did, and I am so thankful that I did because Annie is all back to her normal self.
