No frills diner breakfast food is exactly what we wanted and this place delivers! We came at about 9:20am and there was no wait. There are stairs at the entryway so be wary of that, but the service was great as we were attended to several times for coffee refills and our complicated order (sorry)! The interior is also very homey and there's outdoor seating if you prefer! Very glad to have found a new breakfast spot in Ocean City! read more

This was right across the street from our hotel. It's a small place with few outdoor seating. The people there are extremely friendly and food was amazing. We came twice for breakfast and each time their food has been consistent and delicious! The two times we've been there, we ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, and their breakfast potatoes and everything was just delicious. Bacon were thick and crispy, eggs and pancakes were extremely fluffy, and their toast was just the right amount of crunchiness. If you're staying around the area, I definitely recommend checking out as this never got too crowded. read more

Went there for a soft shell crab sandwich and the place didn't disappoint. The crab didn't have any seafood smell which means it's pretty fresh. The crab is nice and crunchy. I like that they didn't add a tonne or crap that would have taken away from the crab. Just lettuce and tomato on a hamburger bun. They offered ketchup for the fries but we didn't want it. Oh and the fries. They were perfect. Freshly made. Crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. My friend asked chips as a substitute but got fries instead. But the staff was so nice, he didn't want to send it back. Plus the fries turned out great anyway. If you ever want to take a slight diversion from the boardwalk but don't want to go too far, want fresh food, pleasant service and some ceiling fans(haha) on a hot day, this is the place to go. read more

We went here for lunch. We ordered a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, meatball sub, and a cheeseburger club. Food was decent. The downfall was the service. Our waitress was slow and she took our order and never returned after serving us our food. We asked for a box and a bag to take home leftovers for our dogs. We had to ask three times for the bag. So the best thing of the whole lunch were the fries. Don't think we will go back. read more

WARNING! Their website menu prices are waaaay off. The price for a steak omelet shows $12.99 on the online menu. When I got their, they told me it costs $19.00. My omelet was super thin with barely any filling or steak. The steak was dry and chewy. The home fries were soggy with a weird after-taste. Not cool guys! Quaint little family run diner. About 9 tables (2 & 4 top) inside with maybe 5 stools at an old fashioned diner bar. It's tight quarters. There's another half dozen tables on the deck for outside dining overlooking the street. I went when it was slow so service was very fast. I might hesitate to take a large party there. A friend and I stopped here for lunch because it was right next to where we stayed. The food is a pretty generic selection of American-style breakfast and lunch foods and is not too bad taste-wise; I ordered a burger and onion rings. My friend found the plain omelette a little too greasy to finish. The guy taking care of our take-out order seemed to be moving super slowly even though the restaurant was slammed. We also saw him touching my friend's bread to put it on the plate right after he handled paper money, which is kind of nasty. The overall experience left us a little puzzled and more dissatisfied than not. read more

Went here for lunch. My husband and son loved the burgers. I ordered the club burger sandwich which was delicious, definitely didn't expect to enjoy it. The fries had a perfect crunch with a soft inside. We were the only customers there and still didn't get a refill on our drinks, which is the reason for 4 stars. But food was very good. read more

This is a wonderful little spot within walking distance of our condo. We had a dinner of Reuben sandwich, wonderful battered fries, hot roast beef and swiss wrap loaded with roast beef and a large Greek salad with a delicious dressing. John was the server/owner and was welcoming and funny. The food was great and plentiful. We will definitely be back for breakfast while we are here! You get great food at great prices. read more

This little nook off of the boardwalk was a hidden gem. The service staff is very welcoming. Stopped in for breakfast on 9/11 and although the place wasn't crowded (probably due to the hurricane and off season), it should have been! We got the sausage gravy over biscuits with a side of French toast and home-fries (hash browns) and it was delicious! Definitely one of the less mainstream and better places to eat for breakfast. read more

We had breakfast here the other day , was pretty good . I had a bacon omelet , and my wife had eggs over easy and pancakes . The pancakes were very good !!! They have about 10 or so tables , enough for a weekday probably, weekend you may have to eat out in the tables outside, although covered with umbrellas. Service was great ! I had the patty melt and it was great. The hamburger meat was of high quality and very tasty and it was the best patty melt that I have every had. Had a nice chat with the owner. He is a very special man. His entire family works there with him. My husband had a cold cut sub and it was loaded. He had enough lettuce and tomato on it to make into a small salad afterwards. Stopped in at Sharkey's for breakfast after seeing good reviews on Yelp. We were a group of four and we ordered - pancakes, bacon, cream chipped beef, french toast, ham, banana pancakes. Food was good all around and was a solid choice nearby for breakfast. Service was good (not overly friendly just efficient)although a little slow to get the check when it got a bit busy towards the end of the meal. Location was very convenient to our hotel - just a block away. Nice seating on the deck outside under umbrellas and some seating on the inside. They stay open late so we will try their lunch menu as well. read more
