I needed new rails. I was quoted $900 from another pool table place. At Sharks, Danny quoted $700. I took the rails to him and he ordered felt and within 10 days they were done. I'm pleased as punch! I picked them up today, Danny explained how to put them back on and I'm doing that now. If I ever need anything more for my table, I will go to Sharks. Thanks, Danny Nancy read more

I have a beautiful table that was sorely in need of new skin and bumpers. Danny of Sharks told me about upgrading from felt to cloth, which I did, and he gave me a good price. Dave and his helper just finished the job an hour ago and my husband and I just played two quick games. My table is gorgeous and with new bumpers and cloth it plays like a dream! In fact, it plays so well we have to really tighten up our game! I highly recommend Danny and his team! I'm so happy!! Thanks, guys! read more

Super smooth process working with Sharks Pool Tables. Danny, the owner, was able to schedule promptly, and the team, David and his helper, showed up on time, got it done quickly, and with a high degree of accuracy. They measured the room, measured the placement of the table, and asked me exactly where I wanted it. The felt looked beautiful when it was installed and built out, so I'm super happy with the building and set up of the new pool table and will definitely be using them for future services, and moving the table in the future. Thank you very much. read more

One week later he has it dropped shipped directly to my home. This relationship has fueled my man cave aspiration's but oh so sweet! Thank you sharks pool tables! read more

Beyond professional! And price was good too! I had ordered a pool table through Wayfair (big regrets about ordering it through Wayfair) and asked Shark to install it for me. When they came and opened the box, it turns out Wayfair had shipped a damaged product. They immediately told me to call Wayfair and was so kind to stay on customer service with Wayfair on the phone to explain what the damage was and to ask Wayfair to send specific replacement parts. After Wayfair sent the replacement parts, they came out a second time to complete the job. They were methodical and careful with their approach, making sure the installation was perfect. I am so grateful they did my pool table installation. It is perfect. read more

Danny is such an awesome person. His customer service was top notch. Buying a pool table is definitely an investment. I was on the fence with my purchase and he provided honest advice with no pressure. The Memorial Day prices were such a great deal. He also came through with delivering it by my specific date. David and Gilberto set-up my pool table and they did an amazing job. From measuring and finding the perfect position to set it up to cleaning up after when they were all done. I was ecstatic that everything went as planned. I can't say it enough, if you're looking for a pool table, see Danny! It started with a simple phone call and me going into his store to see the quality of the pool tables. He is patient and informative and it made me comfortable to make my final decision. Sharks Pool Tables not only did a GREAT JOB, they also exceeded my expectations. Danny handled my phone calls and took care as to schedule my resurface job. With Covid 19, these men both wore masks the entire time they were in my home. This was comforting to me. I would highly recommend this company, Great Job guys! Ginger Sotelo read more

Sharks was awesome from the moment they picked up the phone. I called them on Wednesday to see how much it would cost to pickup a table in Pacifica and set it up in South San Jose. The table was found by my wife on Craigslist, fully dissembled already. We bought it site unseen and Sharks did a great job about making us feel comfortable with the purchase by checking that all the pieces were there upon pickup. The initial window for pickup was between 8-10am Friday, two days after first contact, and they showed up right at 8am. They arrived at our house in San Jose by 9am and immediately began setting things up, giving us recommendations along the way. They were at our place until around 11:30am and everything went perfect. Highly recommended local business that is punctual, professional, and honest. Pricing was very reasonable given the distance and time for setup. We will absolutely use them again in the future if we need to. Thank you! read more

We were looking for the perfect set up to complete our entertainment space, and Sharks nailed it with our new Legacy table and accessories. Danny was knowledgeable and patient as he walked us thorough options and recommendations. He knew exactly what to recommend and explained the biggest differences and trade offs between options. He made the transactional side of the sales process super easy and quick. Best part was he was transparent with realistic delivery timelines, was able to book a window within it and then actually move us earlier when an opening came up... we got it almost a full week earlier than anticipated. The installation team led by David was punctual, professional, and personable. They set the table up perfectly, walked us through the various set ups and maintenance tips, and left not a trace of packaging. Super friendly and a pleasure to chat with. If you're in the market for a new table I highly recommend you give these guys a call or stop in for a walk about. read more

Danny worked with me to arrange a pickup/move on very short notice (scheduled time that same week) and because of this I was able to secure a table from someone online - without his efforts I wouldn't have been able to even make the purchase. The two men I met who moved the table were fantastic (I'm hoping to update this post with their names as well) - they were very friendly, careful, helped answer all my questions (as I'm new to owning a table I asked a lot of general/basic questions they were happy to answer), and honestly put me in a fantastic mood going in to the weekend. I'm hoping the table won't need to be moved again for a few years, but when the time comes (or for anything I need before then) Sharks Pool Tables will be my first and only call. You guys are the best, Thank You! read more

Stopped by on a Monday morning and had an idea of the style pool table I was looking for. Danny helped me and my wife find the right one and found out it was on sale. He worked with us to get a good deal for dining topper and matching benches plus the accessory kit. He set up a quick delivery on Saturday of the same week. The guys were right on time and called ahead to let me know they were arriving. Install time took about 2 hours with triple checked measurements of the room and table. Just waiting for the back ordered benches to be delivered to complete the set. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and the service. Was trying to find a pool table online and I finally found Sharks. Danny helped me select an 8 foot table and was very helpful. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the product. We were able to schedule delivery and they were very flexible. We haven't gotten our table so we are very excited to see how it looks at home. I'll update the review when the table gets here. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would! We moved into our first home during the Shelter in Place (poor timing) and were going back and forth on what to do for a dining table. We had the great idea of finding a pool table/dining top combo to get the most use out of our family room space. We did some research and came across Shark's Pool Tables. We spoke with Danny originally and he was so helpful when it came to helping us make a decision on the right pool table for our skill level, design to match our house, upgrades and pricing. He sent us multiple photos so we could ensure the color would match since we couldn't go to the showroom due to the COVID restrictions. We decided on the 8ft Presidential Carmel table and we couldn't be happier. The table is BEAUTIFUL and has a rustic yet elegant look to it. We upgraded the felt per Danny's recommendation and picked a beautiful olive green color. The table arrived way sooner than we expected which was a huge plus and has been giving us something fun to do during quarantine! I also want to give a HUGE shout out to David who not only did our installation, made sure the table was centered perfectly in our room with the floor boards, wall and under our dining room light fixture, but who also came back 2 additional times because my OCD nature couldn't get past a few small blemishes that came on the table top. He automatically requested a replacement the first time and when the second one came and was a little darker than my table he no questions, no complaints ordered another replacement for me. He always showed up with a smile on his face and was so kind and helpful. If you are second guessing whether or not you should use this company, second guess no more! The table is worth the investment! read more

Let me start by saying how hard it is to find a good, priced pool table. My fiancé wanted one for his 30th birthday so we set out on a mission to find the perfect table for our home. Daniel was our sales rep. Our entire transaction was made on the phone, and we had lots of questions. He made sure to answer all the questions and directed us to the examples on their website. Another concern of ours was our location. Daniel assured us they would still give us free delivery and set up in our home. He was extremely easy to work with. Installation day was smooth as well. David and Gilberto showed up exactly on time for the two-hour window given. They even called 15 mins in advance to let us know they were on time. They carried all the parts to the pool table upstairs with ease. They worked quickly and made sure to clean their entire workspace. Upon completion of the table, they made sure to ask if we had any questions. They even provided a number incase we needed any help. The service was amazing. I would recommend Sharks pool tables to anyone!! read more
