When they came and opened the box, it turns out Wayfair had shipped a damaged product. They immediately told me to call Wayfair and was so kind to stay on customer service with Wayfair on the phone to explain what the damage was and to ask Wayfair to send specific replacement parts. Sharks was awesome from the moment they picked up the phone. I called them on Wednesday to see how much it would cost to pickup a table in Pacifica and set it up in South San Jose. The table was found by my wife on Craigslist, fully dissembled already. We bought it site unseen and Sharks did a great job about making us feel comfortable with the purchase by checking that all the pieces were there upon pickup. The initial window for pickup was between 8-10am Friday, two days after first contact, and they showed up right at 8am. They arrived at our house in San Jose by 9am and immediately began setting things up, giving us recommendations along the way. They were at our place until around 11:30am and everything went perfect. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would! We moved into our first home during the Shelter in Place (poor timing) and were going back and forth on what to do for a dining table. We had the great idea of finding a pool table/dining top combo to get the most use out of our family room space. We did some research and came across Shark's Pool Tables. We spoke with Danny originally and he was so helpful when it came to helping us make a decision on the right pool table for our skill level, design to match our house, upgrades and pricing. He sent us multiple photos so we could ensure the color would match since we couldn't go to the showroom due to the COVID restrictions. We decided on the 8ft Presidential Carmel table and we couldn't be happier. The table is BEAUTIFUL and has a rustic yet elegant look to it. We upgraded the felt per Danny's recommendation and picked a beautiful olive green color. The table arrived way sooner than we expected which was a huge plus and has been giving us something fun to do during quarantine! I also want to give a HUGE shout out to David who not only did our installation, made sure the table was centered perfectly in our room with the floor boards, wall and under our dining room light fixture, but who also came back 2 additional times because my OCD nature couldn't get past a few small blemishes that came on the table top. He automatically requested a replacement the first time and when the second one came and was a little darker than my table he no questions, no complaints ordered another replacement for me.
