Picture this:…read more FRIDAY evening, straight chilling with the family. Eating late dinner and a knock from the downstairs neighbor asking if everything is okay. Yes, my husband replied. He begins to tell us that water is coming down from his ceiling. WHAT?!! We open our bathroom and it's flooded!!! HELLA FLOODED!! First time homeowner (condominium here). No idea what to do but definitely did not want mold. We did what is most common: google and yelped. Jack Ruiz (el mero mero) was our answered prayer ( I know I know sounds dramatic BUT hear me out) by the time we reached out to them it was after 11pm. THEIR AMAZING TEAM to the rescue. Came in with dehumidifiers and checked the moisture levels. Very polite and friendly individuals and refreshing energy to be dealing with us at after midnight. Over the next couple of days with our dehumidifier they kept communicating and removed them once there was no moisture readings. IT DOESNT END THERE. Two weeks later OUR NEIGHBORS COME AGAIN!
