Honest admission: I suffer from the most basic Asian girl addiction to tapioca drinks. Went years without touching tapioca until Sharetea was presumptuous enough to open up literally 3 minutes away from my house. I hate it. But I have come to embrace my addiction as a part of my person. Accepting your flaws is the first step towards self-improvement. I'm not even joking though, I probably come here 4/7 days a week and at this point I'm 99% certain that every employee in this establishment recognizes me. In my defense, I can be considered a loyal patron who always advocates for Sharetea when the suggestion for a tapioca run comes up. A few favorites of mine: -Hawaii Fruit Tea with lychee jelly -Passionfruit, Orange and Grapefruit Tea w/lychee jelly -Mango Green Tea -Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea (I recently developed a fondness for this after the Taiwanese brown sugar milk tea trend swept in) -Wintermelon tea with grass jelly And others that I've tried that are eh-not bad: -QQ Happy Family -Matcha with red bean In my defense, I always order my drinks with 0% sugar unless sugar levels can't be adjusted, as with the Okinawa, and the addiction isn't even with tapioca pearls, as is evident from my favorites. read more

Writing a bad review because I felt so sick after having their coffee milk tea. I had the same exact experience TWICE. First time, the drink was amazing and all was good until I got home and I felt like puking. Gave them a second chance and the drink was mediocre and I felt like dying again after. One of the best places to get bubble tea in Sugar Land! Service is very friendly, tapioca tastes great and is always made perfectly, and the storefront is clean, trendy and cozy. I love how they have so many options to customize your drink. You can choose from many different sinkers in your drink and you can even choose the amount of sweetness in your drink. I normally find bubble tea places to put too much sugar in their drinks, but Sharetea's drinks are the perfect sweetness for me. Definitely a great place to go when you are thirsty and need something refreshing without being overly heavy or sweet. read more

Sheretea always been my favorite place, I stopped by this afternoon 12/23/2017 to get a couple drinks which are GREENTEA CREAMA w/ mini boba and MATCHA GREENTEA CREAMA w/ boba. After brought the drink we went to watch movie and when I almost finished the other 1/3 of the drink I felt some something in my mouth and took out it look like a piece of aluminium foil but a little harder. The hype is not at all worth it. For one their Coffee Crema drink is not what it sounds like. I ordered it thinking it would be a neutral coffee drink, instead it was a STRONG salted caramel drink. I couldn't even finish it. Also one of my friends ordered a milk tea, which literally tasted like plain milk. Within my group of 7, only 1 person enjoyed their drink. I called in a Togo order of 7 drinks. My ticket number was #80 but when I got there they haven't even started making my drinks and they were already on ticket #92. What's the point of a call in order then???? Also over the phone I clearly said to mark the drinks because I ordered different milk teas that look the same. They also didn't mark any of it. I suggest they should get some sticker labels for their drinks. Also got the Hawaii fruit tea 30% sweet and I'm pretty sure whoever made my drink did not read that it was 30% sweet because it felt like 100%...I couldn't even drink it after like 2 sips. The milk tea and crema teas are really good. They bring out your drinks pretty fast and it's nice that you can adjust the sweetness because I like my drinks to be very lightly sweetened. The only downside that I can think of is that it's pricier compared to other places. Also they have these promotions they sent you texts for and I think those are hardly promotional so they should either make it to where it's actually a deal or just give up on the idea altogether. read more

Sharetea has given me and my family good quality tea since the opening. It wasn't until recently that I have had a problem with listening to the order correctly. After a visit around 2 weeks ago, i found the cup to have 30% of it filled with ice AFTER I finished the drink, after i specifically stated minimal ice, the catch was the drink was made and there was around 15% left, and the worker just decided to add a lot of ice to fill up the remainder. The next week, i decided to order no ice, and to my surprise, i saw both cups filled with ice. I hope drinks can be made better without the need to send them back. read more

Opening day was suuuuuper busy, but the staff handled everything very well. People were definitely abusing the BOGO Free, but Sharetea was very kind and patient with everyone. After a few weeks away from this place, I decided to try some more drinks from this place. I got a Hokkaido pearl milk tea (caramel toffee) and a Okinawa pearl milk tea (roasted brown sugar). The Okinawa was totally underwhelming and tasted practically like sweet milk, hardly any tea in it. The Hokkaido was a little better at first when I tried it, however as I kept drinking it slowly deteriorated in flavor and for some strange reason had the same taste as my Okinawa -both before and after the tea started tasting like sweet milk. Did they just throw the caramel toffee on top to disguise? Like other reviews and multiple visits, I can agree that the milk tea here just tastes totally underwhelming and watered down unlike their Chinatown location, this was just disappointing. The fact that the rewards system here and the one in Chinatown are different makes it worse. I think it's time for me to ditch this place and move on back to the Teahouse, the hype is over for me. This place seems to be popular and crowded during late afternoons-early evenings. Still a good place to work on things on your laptop though and the service is still decent enough but I have other, quieter places where I can do that aside from the library so don't expect me to come back anytime soon. read more

Fast service and good teas. I ordered the milk tea with grass jelly half sweet and a mango green tea with lychee jelly half sweet. Both were exceptionally good (although more pricey than other boba places). I was also very pleased with the fast service, my order was ready in less than 3 minutes. I have tried a lot of different drinks here and the only one I like is the Okinawa Milk Tea. The other drinks taste a little watered down in my opinion. I do like that you can customize the sweetness, ice, and water in your drink. But you can't do that for the Okinawa Milk Tea (ironicly for the one drink I like). It is a nice place to study and even though their menu is not much compared to other boba places you can always adjust to your liking and the taste is excellent! Sometimes I drive all the way out to Chinatown to get sharetea. Now I don't have to do that all the time. The reason I still go to Chinatown unfortunately is because of the hours in the Sugar Land have them closing earlier than when I get off of work. Only real tiny complaint from this place, is there always out of a bunch of items that I always want to try. The introduction of this new location is a huge plus for those living in the Sugarland/Missouri City area. If you ever been to the Sharetea in Chinatown, you'll immediately feel right at home. You'll find that the drink menu is exactly the same. And best of all, the drinks taste just as amazing! I ordered a mango green milk tea and a kiwi fruit tea and both tasted just like what they're supposed to. If its your first time here, I highly recommend that you try the Mango green milk tea cuz its honestly the bomb! As part of their family and friends promotion, all drinks were only $3 which only made my visit even better! Best tapioca In Sugar Land. Never have I wrote a review on YELP before but felt the need to. Aside from the drinks being really good, the service is impeccable. The manager is awesome!! I ordered an Icy honey milk tea blend and it came out as just a regular milk tea. Though it was my fault for not reading my order correctly on the iPad, he insisted on re-creating the drink for me and was the absolute sweetest. This is my favorite bubble tea shop. I really enjoyed the mango smoothie. They do use real fruits that makes it the plus for fresh flavor. SometimesI like the mix of pineapple & mango. Better yet, I occasionally ordered Honey green tea which were very good. As for my hubby, he consistently ordered their original milk tea every time we visited and when being asked what he wanted-/always answers someone to pick up a milk tea from Shared Tea for him.. in general, it's great! read more

I have never tasted tapioca as salty as this. I ordered the mango green tea creamo with tapioca pearls and the drink tasted as salty as ocean water. First issue ,it was a total of $5.15. Second issue, after the first long sip I gagged and told my friends how salty it was. Seeing as they all agreed I can conclude that it was not some weird taste bud issue. When I confronted them about it they told me it was supposed to be extremely salty. I'm not sure if you guys have ordered anything creamo before but I'm 100% sure that it should not be that salty. For a better description, pour a teaspoon of salt down your throat to experience my drink. Fortunately they refunded my drink but it was a hassle since they threw away the copy of my receipt 2 minutes after I left. Only good thing I can say is that the place looks and feel comfortable since it is brand new. Overall if you want sharetea, go to Chinatown. It's a million times better. read more

i ordered a two teas and at first they messed one of the teas up by not putting any boba in it. i then explained that both teas were supposed to have boba. then they redid it and put boba AND lychee in the one they redid. i never asked for lychee so idk why they did that but i wasn't about to ask them to redo it again. also it wasn't busy at all. there were four employees and me and one other customer. the tea is good but they need to work on their service. read more

Compared to the location in Bellaire, this place gets an A+. The place is clean, the staff is organized and friendly, and the drinks are actually good! I tried the location in Bellaire two times and both times it was disappointing so when I saw this location pop up in Sugar Land, I was a little hesitant to try it but it was a good decision to stop in the first time a little more than a week ago. That experience was really nice. Yesterday, they ran out of regular tapioca and only had mini tapioca for a maximum of 3 cups so we decided to wait a total of 30 minutes for our drinks so we can get the regular tapioca. It was a bit disappointing that they weren't prepared for the crowd but it was worth the wait. Not sure if I would appreciate it happening again though so I'm not knocking any stars off at the moment but we'll see how it goes. The drinks were great and definitely better than Tea Bar down the way and their location in Bellaire. I'm coming back, definitely, as long as nothing changes in regards to service and quality. read more
