Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly
    Sarah C.

I quite liked the kiwi fruit tea w aiyu jelly 0% sugar bc the kiwi & aiyu jelly were sweet so it balanced it out

New set up due to covid-19 social distancing. Order and pick up is at the entrance door.

I'm a believer when it comes to giving second chances, or even third chances. I will say this place definitely redeemed themselves. I waited a bit to write this review as I wanted to ensure my experiences were not just based off one visit, as I think consistency is what will set a place apart, especially in an area that is heavily concentrated with other boba spots. I've ordered my usual QQ Happy Family tea drink here with my specific modifications and they have made the drink on point. The service has been fine, nothing too notable since the pandemic hit so the interaction is very minimal especially if you order via kiosk or food delivery apps. Whenever I'm in the area, I do make the effort to get a drink from here!

located directly across from the movie theater entrance...self-order kiosk at the entrance...only issues being that substitutions are not an option on the kiosk or ordering online...taking the taro blend and substituting the pudding with pearls instead at the counter...50% sweet requested...roughly $8 even for the drink...number provided and waiting...drink ready and grabbing...cold blended taro drink with plenty of taro inside...daughter loving the drink...

Perfection in a cup! What a fun DoorDash order for a sleepy afternoon. Order was perfectly executed and quick. Fresh ingredients even with a large menu. If you haven't tried it, do so.

Left: Classic Pearl Milk Tea with ice cream Right: Coffee Ice Blended with Ice Cream

Ordered on kiosk, service was very quick. Drinks were made perfectly. It was aesthetic and quiet on a weekday, good place to go if you need to get some work done.

I've been to multiple locations and have never had a bad experience! I usually just get a milk tea but I tried the taro ice blended with 30% sweetness and it was pretty good. Would come back!

So happy Sharetea is open on the weekdays again! During the shelter-in-place (SIP) order, Sharetea was closed for a period of time and then resumed business only on the weekend! Personally, I like their milk tea more than other places because there is more of a tea taste and not super milky or watered down like other boba shops. My usual order is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea but didn't get it today because I recently ate a lot of Asian desserts so I only settled for the Classic Boba Milk Tea. Still should've stuck with my usual order because the Classic Boba Milk Tea Red Oolong lacked some tea taste (or maybe they just didn't make it as good because they were rushing the order). A bit off with the tea flavor this time but overall, they usually do not disappoint!

OVERALL: Fun boba place with a large menu and good service. Drinks can be too sweet though. DRINKS: They have a lot of different drink options. I prefer fruit teas and they have a lot of those particularly. They have a few different toppings too - Boba, cream, jellies, etc. I've had the passion Fruit mango and the tropical teas. The tropical was my favorite of the two. The downside is that their drinks are SUPER sweet. Even at 0% sweetness, there is still a lot of sugar. They are good but I need to be more in the mood for a dessert than a drink. SPACE: Right now you can't sit inside but they have a pretty cool space to hangout in and have your drink. It's pretty big for a boba place. With COVID, you have to walk up and order at their kiosk and they'll bring your drink up to the table and call your name. SERVICE: Using the kiosk was easy. Staff were friendly and wearing masks. Drink came out fast.

I used to like this place mostly for their QQ family. But when I ordered that today there was something I pulled out of drink it was disgusting and frankly scary because I didn't know what it was at first. When I pulled it out, it was a long string. It almost look like floss or some plastic string, so not safe. Never coming back here again period.

I came here after lunch today. Share tea is located upstairs in the food court at Hillsdale Mall. No one was in line and my husband and I ordered our drinks. I really liked mine because it was not so sweet, had oolong tea, grass jelly, boba and lychee jelly. My husband's drink was some sort of plum tea. The boba was soft and chewy just right. All the other ingredients were fresh and delicious! I would recommend you come visit this place if you are in the San Mateo area and want some good boba!

We were in the area for a minute and glad we stumbled upon Sharetea to grab some boba tea. What a great set-up they have during these uncertain times. We tried #21 Coffee Milk Tea for the first time and it was delicious. I looooove coffee, so this made it even better! If you haven't tried it yet, I definitely recommend it.

I'm sorry, I know the world is changing but who the hell drinks peanut butter? Anyway...all of these smoothies are way too slimy. It's obviously a stirred together concoction. Far from a blended smoothie. There is no ice flakes in them. I'll tell you that . Their cups are the cheapest cups too. I mean you sneeze, and your cup caves in. You can imagine how this went with my nine-year-old having one. Sticky gelatinous, slime all over my car. It's super sticky too. Here's another thing. I heard no blenders. I'm damn sure that these guys simply stir together a slime solution that's premixed. There is no freshness going on there. This is slime. It's really bad slime. These are not normal smoothies. They are not good smoothies. They've got a giant poster of some guy stoned out of his mind throwing a sideways peace sign as the poster child for this thing that they've created. It is a really gross place. You would need to be stoned out of your mind to enjoy one of these slime cups. Gross. I want my money back.

"Excuse me, are you done yet?"…read more It's a fine coffee spot. Just not a place to get work done, relax, read, catch up with friends, or have something with your specialty coffee. Lest you be assaulted by the stares of the envious folks in line waiting to do the same thing. Just do yourself a favor and get the coffee to-go. As suggestion to the business: If the space could be renovated, then I'd recommend a long bar top along the wall at counter height. At least then you can fit more people in the space and their line of sight would be facing the wall or watching the coffee be made. Vs staring at the queue awkwardly.

He acted very welcoming and made you feel like you are a regular VIP even though it's your first time trying the place out. I gave him a $1.00 tip just for being so nice since you rarely see anyone like that anymore. Granted we came on Mother's day weekend for lunch, but the place was packed when we arrived. It's tucked in a little corner next to Osaka Marketplace by the water. We were lucky that a table outside was clearing out right when we were ordering. There was almost a few people waiting for a table at all times. The restaurant was kind of small, with only 5-8 tables inside (mainly for groups of 4 or less people). Outside there was several larger tables and the weather in the area is typically nice enough to dine outside. The staff seemed very stressed and under pressure. They were constantly running out orders and so they weren't very attentive to people coming in or waiting at the counter. Nonetheless we ordered a variety of things to share through the self-order kiosk. Between four people, we shared two appetizers and four entrees with some left over food. The siu mai and fish balls were as expected, nothing mind-blowing but the satay sauce was delicious and definitely necessary. Fried chicken wings were very crunchy exterior and moist inside, but the seasoning itself was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. Again, the included dipping sauce made the dish much more enjoyable. Lemongrass pork neck was flavorful and had that jowl texture that makes pork so succulent. The sweet chili sauce paired well for this simple dish. The fried egg addition is always nice. The bbq Iberian black pork was a little disappointing as the broth was a bit plain and the meat itself not as tender as we hoped. Noodles were decent. Cheesy corn pasta was an interesting fusion. The corn added sweetness while still retaining a savory taste from the sauce they used. A little creamy for my preference but I can see the appeal. HK style toast was unexpectedly good, but maybe because I had low expectations from the other items. There was a crisp exterior to the bread with fluffy interior, stuffed with peanut butter. The condensed milk is essential for this! Overall, neat idea that resembles many cafes in HK but average execution. We were hoping for more variety of dishes but it's alright for what they do have. It's nice diversification to the area.
