It's more like mainstream trendy coffee shop style rather especially cozy or comforting. There are two outdoor tables. The inside is pretty large which is nice, not too crowded either. Their food case could also use some attention (things like the biscuits being displayed cold make them look almost like pretend food and an empty case can be a little off-putting visually.) That being said, the service and the quality of their espresso and matcha drinks make up for it.

And not until the older lady who by the way was the only one working the last time we visited came out of back and asked our order which was 2 med puccini's (nothing else nothing special, no foam, no reduced milk, no extra shot) and then the younger lady just walked over to start making our coffee. Now you have to realize that we come into town to visit about 3 times a year this is not like we frequently visit and this just was a one off thing this happens every time! Yet because of the location and my husband's apparent inability to remember the past we must endure the total lack of customer service for hot bean water. As a customer who has worked/ managed in food service I am probably more patient than others as knowing sometimes things are out of their control but to be consistently poor in service is on the managers.

"As a Thai tea lover, I had to stop by ShareTea, and I'm so glad I did! I went about 20 minutes before closing, but the young college staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They even shared some cool info about the different ShareTea locations, which I thought was pretty awesome. Anyways for Easter she asked everyone what they liked my brother specifically told her cars , and she got him Psoriasis shampoo as a GIFT ?????? while others got art set , makeup , etc. told him she got him the shampoo to take off for 2 weeks until he gets his condition under control. Mind you he sees a doctor on his own as he gets treated for this . She claims she got him this because it was a "health hazard" rather than asking him to get a hairnet or at least providing it for them. It wasn't a health hazard when she first hired him so why after 2 months of him working she decides to tell my brother to take off. She also proceeded to tell another employee "it was a health hazard and it could be getting into toppings and drinks so she told him to go home till it gets fixed if she sees improvement he can comeback if not, she have to keep trying???? with him. she said she swept it up and showed my brother, and she called his condition "snowflakes". Psoriasis is not contagious and poses no direct health hazard to coworkers in a workplace. On top of that disgusting idea of a gift she asked another employee in front of my brother if he was slow. Was also told the other employees are allowed to take small breaks when the room is empty meanwhile she always gives my brother more tasks than others. She also sends them home for small stupid reasons one of them being her messing up a drink and blaming it on them and when told to look back at the cameras she throws a tantrum and sends them home mid shift. She also texted him i'm a vicitm in this situation apology which I will have attatched. This is cross posted everywhere and will reach many people as I can reach.
