Sharetea itself is pretty decent, I've had better milk tea and boba in my life but it's good for Louisiana. I am leaving 2 stars due to poor service I received today. It was a busy day being that it was Labor Day but whoever that was cashiering this day really made my experience horrible. She appeared to hate her job and took my order like a robot and giving attitude when I asked questions. She did not seem to want to be bothered and gave me the sharpest eye. It was super busy as it opened recently but service was good and fast. I got the QQ Happy Family (milk tea with boba, mini boba, lychee jelly, red bean, and grass jelly). Honestly i feel like it was an amazing deal because I got so many toppings for a normal price??? And it was delicious, although I didn't finish it because it was so filling. My partner got the wintermelon fresh milk and it tasted really similar to a wintermelon milk tea, just more creamy and light. He loved it. We will definitely be back to Sharetea!! read more

Clean and cool atmosphere. Been here multiple times, even maybe two or three times a week. The staff is very nice and accommodating of your needs. They have fun games while you wait or if you intend to stay to enjoy your drink. Even during Covid-19, they do their best to maintain proper social distancing and implement preventative measures. Better to order ahead in these times either over the phone or online through the revelup link on their Instagram. When it comes to boba Sharetea still remains as my top pick. I've been to several other Sharetea locations in Texas and I'm happy one has finally come to the New Orleans area. Quantity and quality is superb. I love Sharetea standards when it comes to boba because they know how to do it and they do it very well. My biggest thing is that you don't just taste milk but along with it the tea flavor is well pronounced. Not drowned in just milk and sugar. Balance is key. On top of that if you frequent here they also have a points/reward system which is a bonus. Everything you'd expect from a boba joint but here it's just somehow better. Milk teas, fruit teas and slushes everything just works and tastes really well. One visit and you'll become a fan for sure. Coming from Los Angeles, I've definitely tried my share of boba places. I've even been to a handful of sharetea's as well. This one recently opened in New Orleans and they're doing a lot of things right already. The staff was attentive and the order came quick despite it being busy and them having a line. I got to try one of the the mango fruit teas and the winter melon cheese tea and it was some of the best I've had. Definitely the best you can get in New Orleans. Highly recommended! read more

I'm kind of addicted to boba so of course had to try the only shop in the area. I had heard the wait was up to 2 hours when Sharetea first opened so I was hopeful the excitement had worn off by the time I stopped in 2-3 weeks later. I've been here twice so far and ordered the classic milk tea because I think it's the best indicator if a boba shop is good. Their milk tea is fine but the wait times are still pretty long even when there aren't many people in line. I'm not sure if they're still working out the kinks but 15-20 minutes for your drink is a little too long for my taste. read more

This is an ok place to get milk/bubble tea. I like that they have a loyalty program, buy 10 get one free. I also like that you can adjust ice level sweetness and add ingredients (at a charge). The staff are polite but rather robotic. This is not authentic from Asia, but if you crave a bubble tea it will satisfy enough. I went there for my love of boba. I got the mango with ice cream and pearls. I was going to get the blended Thai tea, but they were out of black tea. Honestly I was expecting the mango to be more creamy and was disappointed when the ice cream was plopped on top and not blended. Overall it was good, but not what I was expecting. Highly approve of this place. Boba has always been the perfect chewy consistency. Definitely try their recommended drinks, especially the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. It's milk tea with a blend of all the toppings, proportioned perfectly! Also please try the strawberry blended with lychee jelly and ice cream!! Whoever came up with that should get a raise. It's the soft opening and it's very busy. But that did not affect the quality of the teas at all. This is my first time ever trying a tea from here so I can only talk about those two. The mango passion green tea was good, but I would recommend going with less sugar as I found it a tad sweet. My favorite between the two was the strawberry black tea. It was the perfect amount of sweet. Overall, I'm very impressed and am excited to go back to try more of the menu! read more

The drinks are really good but the reason I'm giving 3 stars is bc the employee working was really rude and ruined our overall first time experience. Our order was called, we got 3 drinks in total. I went up to grab it. The girl did not look like she wanted to be there. So our drinks were already in a tray and she TOOK IT OUT OF THE TRAY to give to me! I'm one person with two hands and it was hard for me to carry the drinks but she did not offer me the tray to make it easier on my end. This is my first time so I asked her how can I identify which drink was which? She did not say a word, just looked at me and turned the cup around so I can see the label. Which I though was very rude. I mean she could of said nicely that there's a label with the drinks on it. Thank goodness for places that can adjust the sugar level and boba level. I mean I was getting a sugar rush from other places. This place is fairly new. I think it has been a month maybe since it first opened. I decided to wait to get it just to see if all the kinks have been straighten out. Ordered the Taro Pearl Milk Tea which was good. I will say that I have no idea that I could adjust my boba level (which I will) because i finished my drink before I finished my boba which is rare. read more

Did not like the fresh milk at all (the cashier recommendedit) but the QQ made up for it the next day. The line was unbelievably long after a few days of opening. He was talking over me and charged me more for the small boba when the manager had told me they already came with the drink. It's always a must visit while in Houston, so I was ecstatic when it was coming to nola! First visit, the wait was a little over 2 hours (soft opening, I get it...but 2 hours for a drink?!). Second visit was a little better, an hour & 15 minutes...but I did not get my correct drinks, not my BOGO. Staff was pretty friendly to accommodate, but to my horror when I found hair in my drink. Also, head up...Parking is a nightmare! I will give it a few months before my next visit. read more

I would give them no star, if i could. I have never written any bad review about a store before, but this was so ridiculous that i have to double pay for my drinks. I was ordering 4 drinks total and waiting for at least 30 mins until they were done. They put all of my drinks to the cup holder which was supper fragile. When I walked out the door, one drink fall out after the other. I had to going back to the store and told them about that. The girl was asking the manager if she could re-make my drinks. However, when he came out, all he did was looking for the spill and asking someone to clean it up. Then, he went back to the kitchen. This was unacceptable customer service. I have to repay for my drinks again. I have been come and bought at least 1 or 2 drinks every other day since they opened, but this would be the last time I come there. They should have better customer service, otherwise they will run out of business. Don't go there if you think you deserve better. read more
