Sharetea is my favorite boba place, and now their new location by bunker hill is so convenient for people who live in the Memorial area. I used to go to Chinatown for Sharetea, but now i can drive 5 mins to get boba! (Honestly, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing) I usually get the winter melon tea with boba, but I decided to try the matcha with red bean and it was great! The shop had a nice ambience, and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Sharetea for a good boba place if you're on the west side of Houston. read more

Very rude staff. It's my first time trying bubble tea and it took me a while to decide since I am not familiarize with the flavor or how these topping works and taste. Staff was not patient even when I am the only customer there. Not a thank you when drinks is delivered. Felt really REALLY unwelcome. Their demeanor was "here is your drink, now get out" To all business owners and staff during this pandemic... business are slow everywhere and if customers come to support by having an attitude towards the customers who werent problematic will worsen your business. If you are not happy dealing with people maybe this job isnt for you. read more

Such a lovely little place. I've frequented the Katy and Bellaire locations for over a year. I'm so so happy to have one much closer to home. It's super clean and nicely decorated. I went there for the first time this morning with one of my best friends. We absolutely adored the natural light beaming through and the cute little trinkets displayed on the walls. The employees were all very nice and comfortable, which makes everything 1000x better for the customer. Classic coffee was wonderful, as usual. Hope this store does well around this part of town. I had a honey lemonade with aloe Vera here for the first time. It was a good one I'm sure it will be a nice stuff during the hot summer time in Houston TX. You can't go wrong with ShareTea! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this location opened up in the Memorial/Spring Branch area, which is conveniently 10 minutes away from me... hehe! My favourite drink (and righteous to-go order) here is the Mango Green Milk Tea with Mini Pearls; I usually try to opt for the 80% sugar level since it's very sweet if you leave it as is. I happened to visit during their soft opening and they gave me a discount and then when I came back for their grand opening, it was BOGO half off. Sweetza dealz! It's conveniently located next to a TON of shops and almost frustratingly in front of the HEB SuperMarket, which I love... but hate coming to since you have to almost always deal with the influx of cars and trying to find a decent parking spot. At least I can rest easy knowing that after I do a round of grocery shopping at HEB or clothes shopping at Nordstrom Rack, I can look forward to having my milk tea fix. read more

So glad there's a Sharetea in the Memorial area. The last few times I've gone to this location though, they've been pretty inconsistent with my request for "less ice." First time here on christmas day and it was open. Big salute to these employees for that! We got a coffee milk tea which tasted more like tea than coffee. It was good but we would have liked a stronger coffee flavor to it! Also got a blended coffee with ice cream and it was delicious in my opinion. Very, very strong fresh coffee flavor. Each drink was about $5 which is not THAT bad for the size. All in all, good flavors and very beautiful and clean lobby area. Out of all the Tapioca places I have been to, I've got to say...this one by far has average drinks and a mix of horrible customer service. I came in today at around 8 and received my drinks with a side of attitude. This was my first time and I was excited to try this place but it's the customer service that ruined this place for me...for average tasting smoothies/slushies/teas etc. I'd rather stick to my usuals. read more

Great service and fluent English, as always. The Asian man politely explained that their Hokkaido milk tea requires 50% sugar minimum because that's where the flavor comes from, so if you're planning on getting 30% sugar, pick another drink. The Hokkaido milk tea had a somewhat strong milk/cream flavor as expected. Also, I believe they raised their prices, but at least Sharetea only comes in one size, large, so it'd be equivalent to a large elsewhere. At least they texted me a reward for the next time I came in only after my first time there, and other customers also were using rewards. The bathroom was also nice, and there was hardly a line immediately after work on a weekday. read more

My husband loves the honey green tea and he's a pro at these kinds of drinks. What's nice is that they use real honey and not sugar so it tastes much better. Boba is pretty good here too. I've been waiting forever for this Sharetea to open! Unlike the Kung Fu Tea in Ranch 99 which took half a year to get up to the same quality as a normal KFT, I went to this Sharetea on their soft opening and it tasted pretty much as good as the Bellaire location (and I'd say better than the Katy location which still has hard tapioca). SO HAPPY. Please don't ever go away. read more

With a known brand I hold this store to high standards. Ordered hokkaido milk tea which was really good, caramel flavored milk tea. Tapioca was a bit under cooked and too chewy.
