Great, my first time here. The guy very pleasant and helpful, patient and assisted with great input. He explains the menu and I ended up getting 4 drinks because he made them sound so good. Clean and easy parking. I must have got there at a good time on a Sunday because no waiting. I placed the order, yes with a lot of questions (still learning boba) and then I was asked to wait. I went outside to wait and then they have a number caller to let you know your order is ready. Again the guy said thank you and very sweet. The girl working with him I know was busy but when she left the drinks to pick up she just left them there. Left no room for if I had questions. This place is close to my house, and I still can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I don't come here that often despite it being close though, just every once in a while. Yesterday when I walked in, I got a classic milk tea via ordering on the kiosk (you usually have to here).. They don't do cash, btw. Even though it wasn't that busy when I came in, there were only like 2 employees working and the drinks seemed to take slightly longer than usual and I noticed yesterday that they now have this tray thing which customers can't reach and they put a few drinks on it instead of the counter where customers can reach it. I get that it's easier for the workers so they can keep track of drinks made, but I had kind of a weird interaction with a worker. She might have been new, but asked what's the name on the order? Order number on kiosk? Did you get the text? I told her I didn't get the text and didn't remember exactly the kiosk order number since it doesn't save after you order. I don't think this really should have mattered when I confirmed twice what drink I ordered and it surprised me when I told her my name and she didn't give me my drink right away. In the past, this wasn't really an issue since they would just either call out your name or put it directly on the counter for you to grab. Some other cons is that most of the drinks usually come in one size which is a bit frustrating esp when you just want something smaller. Some of the drinks aren't fully customizable for less sugar. The service is good, although ordering on the kiosk fors make it a little but slower. The workers are fast making the drinks, along with saying the names so you can actually hear them. The boba is good, but there should be a little bit more of varity conpared to other shops. The inisde area is really nice, with lots of lights, seating areas, and decorations throughout the year such as singers and bands, movies, and just season stuff like winter or summer theme stands. Sharetea is my favorite boba place and the workers in this location are really friendly. This review is for the professionalism of the ladies working there when dealing with a guy who was really rudely demanding to them when I was there waiting for my drink. I came in to this location today at around 4.30pm. When I finished ordering at one of the two self-order stations, I was waiting for my drink when the guy in front of me asked the workers there if he could have a specific ice-blended drink WITH NO ICE. He said that he had tried to use the self-order station but it wouldn't let him customize the ice level to no ice...well of course it wouldn't since he was asking for an ICE-BLENDED DRINK WITH NO ICE! Let me let that sink in your common sense for a second... When the three ladies working there calmly told him that they could only customize the drink with less ice since again, it's an ice-blended drink, he insisted to have it with no ice because he claimed to be sick. (Side note: if he was sick, why was he out and about, especially with his little kid?!?!). When the ladies again calmly told him that they couldn't make him an ICE-BLENDED DRINK WITH NO ICE, he rudely asked "who can I speak to to get this done?!" When they told him their manager was out, he asked to call her (their manager)! They gave him her number and texted her to give her a heads up. I applaud these ladies for keeping their cool and professionalism when dealing with this unreasonable and very rude customer even though they had every right to refuse him service. They do not deserve this kind of treatment (no one does!). To the store manager, if you are reading this, please give the three ladies who were working here at 4.30pm today some recognition for their professionalism and patience! I've always been pretty apathetic about sharetea. I never thought it was horrible but I never felt like it tasted amazing. In March though when we were on lockdown, sharetea was like the only boba place I knew was open and given my boba addiction, I needed some way to supply it. That's when I realized Sharetea was a lot better than I remembered. Maybe they stepped up their game but their tea was creamy, boba was well cooked, and prices were reasonable. Now, it's become on of my go-tos when I'm craving a topping overload drink like their QQ Family Milk Tea which comes with lychee jelly, big and small pearls, pudding, grass jelly, and red bean (which I ask them not to put b/c I can stand it ) all in a satisfying black milk tea. I did wonder if maybe I was just deprived of good milk tea and that's why it tasted good, but since things have opened up, my feelings haven't changed. Sharetea did. read more

Good place for drinks. I like there herb jelly as it has a nice touch of sweetness to it. When it comes to teas, I'm more of a basic person. My favorite drinks are the mango green tea, honey green tea, and winter melon tea. If a drink comes with a topping already in it, you can ask to switch it out for another topping. Sometimes, I order the winter melon lemonade with aloe vera, but since I don't like aloe vera, I ask to switch it for herb jelly. read more

I live in the area and this place is my go-to. I've sampled most of the drinks; I liked some, didn't like others. The quality of the tea itself is good; after that, if you didn't like your beverage, just pick something else next time. I pop in here almost once a day with the pandemic going on for a semblance of normalcy. I order my drink on GrubHub, after I get the alert that it's ready I swing in, they recognize me, hand it off, and I'm out the door. Minimal contact, minimal fuss. I think they do the best they can under the circumstances, but just dropping in and ordering is a bad call right now. They get massive online orders that will result in the works getting horribly gummed up (think 12+ beverages an order). Drinks are always pretty good, but the service is consistently...small. I don't have a better word for it. I have kids and I wanted to split a drink into 2 cups. I was willing to buy the extra cup but that turned into a 10 minute discussion. My SO and I have two go-to drinks: QQ Happy Family Milk Tea with added aloe vera and Fresh Milk Family with added mini pearl. Both 30% sweet and no ice We have ordered the same order at least 20 times from this location and never had a bad order. I've been to Sharetea quite a few times, and my experience has always been quite decent. It's your typical boba place, and the drinks are pretty good. Why did I give it 2 stars then? On my last visit to Sharetea, I ordered my usual Okinawa milk tea, and it tasted like it normally did. But after drinking some of it, I noticed that there was something in my drink that I didn't order...a fly!! It was a rather large fly, and I was really disgusted by it. Good boba! I ordered a taro milk tea with boba and this was a great choice. It's a simple drink, one that I order often and is my favorite. You really taste the taro flavor and I really like to make sure my milk teas are not overly sweet so I can appreciate the flavor in each drink. I asked for 20% sweetness on this drink and it delivered. It was not overly sugary or overpowering which made it easy to finish the whole drink. I also really liked that it was a slightly thicker, creamier consistency compared to other milk teas. Some milk tea's are very watery and diluted and I feel like the flavor is diluted with water, this was not the case here. One of the things that surprised me the most was the amount of boba that they gave you. About a third of the bottom of the cup was covered in Boba, that's amazing and so much! I'm the kind of person that loves Boba so the more the merrier and I really appreciate that they didn't skimp out on this detail. read more

This is my favorite ShareTea by far. The one in Union City is consistently more crowded. Here, as long as you avoid the right-after-school teenager rush, there's not too many people, so the staff are able to explain their specialties. They almost always have seasonal or specialty items. For ex: recently I visited and they had a "Fancy boba" which is ambiguous in meaning. I asked what was in it, and they said butterfly tea. When I still seemed confused, they offered me a sample of it (+1 for initiative). They also had a BOGO sale going on, so my friend and I scored 2 drinks for ~ $5.
