I was asked to leave and go outside even though I have a medical exemption to not wear a mask. The rest of my party was okay to stay in but I had to leave and wait til they were done to order which made absolutely no sense since we came together and were the only Customers inside. There is no longer any cdc or mask mandate, even at the federal level, so I'm not sure why sharetea is being so strict, especially when you legally have to make a logical accommodation for someone with a medical exemption. Only place I go to get boba in this area. For the amount you get for the price... worth it. Other places charge the same for less the amount. My tea is always on point. No complaints. Beware: "Sugar free" means "Full sugar". The menu has teas. I asked the cashier if the wintermelon tea has sugar. She says "we can do it sugar free without sugar". Great. I'll have that. Get my drink and first sip is full on sweet. I ask if there is sugar in this tea. They say " oh, that's just the sugar in the syrup. But we didn't add any EXTRA sugar." When I said I was pretty clear I didn't want sugar in my tea they were very confused. So, at this place, sugar free means 100% of the normal amount of sugar and half sweet means 150% of the normal sugar and full sweet means TWICE AS MUCH SUGAR! My daughter (who brought me here) now says "Oh! Is this why I keep ordering less and less sweet but it's still super sweet?!?" It's like you order a sugar free Dr Pepper and to them it means a regular Dr Pepper, they just don't add extra sweetener. Crazy. 2 stars because they did refund my money after about five minutes of arguing about it. read more

I used to always come here to get boba especially since it's super close to home but since I've been trying to cut it out, I haven't visited Sharetea as much as I used to. I recently decided to start coming here again and I'm not sure if it's because it's been so long, but I usually get the same drink and since I started coming here again they don't taste the same as before. Aside from that I've noticed that the lines aren't that long anymore when I go in on a busy weekend and my drinks come out a lot faster which is a definite plus. I hope Sharetea starts to include coffee jelly as one of their toppings bc I love the taste of coffee in my milk tea when it's not as overbearing as just getting a coffee milk tea. read more

I've been here a few times and each experience has just been OK. It's in a nice strip right next to Daiso in a developing area of Keller. Plenty of parking and easy access. The establishment itself is very clean and has a nice welcoming atmosphere. I like milk teas so I always go with Matcha Milk or Taro with boba. The boba here has a harder texture than what I'm used to. I like my boba soft, that's just me. The drinks here are a bit pricey than your normal boba shop. From my experience, I've definitely had better in the DFW area. I'm not saying I wouldn't ever come back here, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Finally a good boba place in the Keller area! I ordered the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly and I was very pleasantly surprised by the refreshing, fruity taste and size of the drink. I was also happy to see that they have aiyu, as I grew up on it but rarely see it available. They also have lychee jelly, another favorite of mine. Boba was good i got a plain milk tea with boba. It was soft and chewy and the tea was smooth and soft. However, service was bad to mediocre at best. I came in and was the only one there, so there is no reason that I should not be greeted when there were 3 workers. I've never had boba before so this was a first for me. The cashier helped me decide on something I would like and she was spot on. I'm a huge coffee drinker so I got the Classic Coffee with pearls-- regular ice and slightly sweet. I love that you can adjust the amount of ice and sweeteners in your drink so it's what you enjoy. Fast and efficient. The decor is very simple and modern. The staff was knowledgeable. Very few tables to sit at, so don't plan on hanging around for too long in there. The mango green tea with lychee topping was spot on and delicious. The BF had milk tea with black tea and grass jelly. He thought it was "okay" but preffered the one at Boba Tea House. Hooked on the milk tea with boba!!!! So good. The staff have our health and safety in mind. Right now, due to COVID, they don't have indoor seating. They require a mask and only allow ten people in at a time. They clean the counters frequently where people pick up their drinks and they also wipe down the cup after your drink is sealed and ready. Very bad customer service, I gave them a 1 star review on google a year ago because my wife dropped the tea in their store trying to open their heavy door, they wouldn't give her another one and she had to pay for her drink twice. We started going to other places in the area. Today we thought to give them another chance, the drink came not like we wanted it, we asked them to add milk, they said they can't do that and they have to make another new drink and charge us again. Finally!! A Sharetea location closer to home and it's actually only 8 minutes away!! I love the Carrollton and the Arlington location so when I heard about one opening in Fort Worth I was excited. It's located in a shopping area across from Alliance Town Center which is across I35. It's behind Target right next to Daiso. The inside of the place is very cozy and welcoming. As expected the service was A+ and the drinks were even better. I've tried everything on the menu and my favorite has to be the Okinawa milk tea or the QQ. Wow! I randomly decided to stop in here after going to Daiso nearby and I loved it! At first I was a little intimidated by how many people were outside and inside the store, but I figured it was a good sign. I got the Hokkaido pearl milk tea and it was delicious.
