The store closes early without notice, they run out of basic ingredients before the posted closing time, and the hours of operation feel completely inconsistent. It's hard to rely on a place when you don't know if they'll actually be open or able to serve what's on the menu. This isn't a product issue, it's a management issue. The place needs structure, accountability, and oversight. If that means bringing in more experienced staff to run the store properly, then that's what needs to happen.
