The fresh fruit is my favorite after the Nutella. I ordered through the app and they had my order on time. I waited two minutes only because I was on time. Worth location near our house and we absolutely got ripped off. The smoothies from this location must be half ice. They are very watery tasting and have very little detectable fruit fiber. The smoothies we purchased today were not sweet, but a little sour. So if you want a bland slushy, I guess this is the right place for you. If you want a real smoothie bursting with flavor that leaves you feeling healthy and happy- go to the Grapevine location. We will not be patronizing the Ft. Worth location again. I even paid extra for add-in fruit and vitamins. I'm so disappointed.

On top of that, the customer service was poor -- the staff didn't seem helpful or apologetic. I've ordered Wintermelon Tea many times at this location and other Sharetea spots, but today I was told they "never sell it" and only have Wintermelon Lemonade. This was confusing and frustrating, since I know I've had Wintermelon Tea here before. Overall, slow service, incorrect order, and lack of customer care made this a frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues because this location usually does better.

That's the frustrating part, because the experience around it doesn't match the product. The customer service at this location is dismal. The store closes early without notice, they run out of basic ingredients before the posted closing time, and the hours of operation feel completely inconsistent. It's hard to rely on a place when you don't know if they'll actually be open or able to serve what's on the menu. This isn't a product issue, it's a management issue. The place needs structure, accountability, and oversight. If that means bringing in more experienced staff to run the store properly, then that's what needs to happen. Right now, the execution is hurting what could otherwise be a great spot.

The only thing I don't really like is that last week I came and I ask for abit creamy because sometimes the drink tastes a little watered down, they charge an extra $0.50-$0.70 for the extra creamer. I feel like that's a bit much, especially when the drink already isn't as creamy as I'd like.

Recently they changed their pricing structure and I'm really glad about it because you could wind up with a really pricey bowl quickly. The new pricing structure has set prices and is a better value. Let's face it you are essentially getting the same volume of food, so why be penalized for wanting more variety? Glad Nautical Bowls fixed this. My favorite combo is a custom bowl with Acai, Blue Majik, Coconut and Pitaya with Strawberries, Blueberries, Hempseeds, Granola and Honey. It's DELICIOUS! There is also a great loyalty program as well, so be sure to sign up for that. The service is always friendly and fast, so no complaints here whatsoever. There's a few tables and some games like Connect Four, so even though it's a small space, it still feels inviting. Definitely give Nautical Bowls a try. The product is great and it's a fast option if you want something different.

I'm obsessed with the Hazelnut Truffle Hot Mocha. This drink is chefs kiss. I live everything about it. Second, the employees have the drive thru line down to a science. Yes the lines are long at peak times, but they move so well. Third, employees are very friendly. Sometimes, too much LOL. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review, is the additional pressure to tip. When going through a drive thru or ordering at a window, I just don't want the additional pressure to tip. This comes back to companies paying their employees a living wage so it doesn't trickle down to the customers responsibly.
