I showed up, got my order super quick. I ordered through the app and it was ready by the time I got there. I love it when that works out. The staff was very friendly and I was on my way quick as can be. My drink was amazing, I couldn't even stop drinking before taking the photo. read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. I went to the Dutch Bros on Beach Street in Fort Worth around 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 26th, and had one of the worst customer-service interactions I've ever had at a Dutch Bros. There were two lines, so I got into the second one on the right. I already had a pickup order, and while the employee was outside taking another customer's order, I pulled forward because I figured I could simply let her know I was there to pick up. She looked at me and made a hand gesture that basically came across as "WTF are you doing?" I rolled my window down and said, "I'm just picking up my order," and she responded with an attitude, "Well, I still gotta get you in line." I completely understand if that's the procedure. That was NOT the issue. The issue was her attitude and the way she handled it. She could have easily said, "Oh, ma'am, I still need to get you in the system first. I'll be with you in just a moment," and I would have said, "Okay, no problem," backed up, and waited. Instead, she continued staring me down so intensely that I literally had to keep staring back until she finally stopped and went back to dealing with the customer she was helping. This was all happening right in front of other customers. I ended up just driving to the front to pick up my order because I'm not going to stand there and be treated disrespectfully over something that could have been communicated politely. I've been to plenty of Dutch Bros locations and have never experienced an employee this rude. And of course, this is the one closest to my house. It was 8:30 in the morning. If you're going to have employees outside interacting directly with customers at least have basic customer service I won't be coming back to this location. read more

It's tough not to give them 4 stars. I love that they come out once there is a line. Most of the time the staff remembers you and are always kind. I like the coffee but the cleanliness is concerning. No gloves, I have yet to see any wash hands when moving to touching cash , to POS machines or touching others stuff and making your drink, placing the lid with their palm, the mouth and drinking rim is constantly in contact. I've never see them wash their hands after coming inside. I also wish they provided napkins, sometimes the coffees very hot. And when you do ask... they give you 1 or two. lol I just think even though it's coffee I would prefer over the top cleanliness with employee contact and cleanliness with their hands and lids. I enjoy the rewards and the app that supports freebies. I'm not sure they have dedicated milk containers for the alternatives for those with allergies. It's better than Starbucks but they could still improve a bit. read more

I pulled into the drive through and the first thing to greet me was Cameron, who, hearing it was my first time at Dutch coffee, took the time to walk me through the menu. He was knowledgeable, patient and engaging. So many times help can be impatient and just want to take your order. He was in it with me. So appreciate it and I'm a fan before I've even tasted the coffee. Btw, went golden eagle latte and it was delicious. read more

Came on a Friday morning so the line was not long. The person taking orders outside was really nice and they had our drinks out quick. Regular Cold Brew: 3/5 definitely better had she got a flavor. Caramelizar: sweet and delicious! Defiantly woke me up. However, the "large" size is LARGE! Bigger than my face but tasted so good! read more

This location opened up near my house so I've driven past it for what feels like forever and never took the time to try it. That changed today! I ordered a Blended Tiger's Blood (strawberry & coconut) Lemonade. I quite liked it. It is VERY tart so if that's not your thing, I would possibly steer clear from the Lemonades. I like the flavor combination so I would definitely get this one again. What confused me a bit was the line and how I'm supposed to order. Since this was my first time, I was a bit under prepared and didn't realize that you order at the window. It's nothing to fuss about, just something for others to know who have never been there before. When the line starts to get really long, a worker does come outside and take orders to speed up the process, which I can definitely appreciate. There are so many options so anyone can get just about whatever they want. I do enjoy the variety in types of drinks and the different flavors offered. There are a lot of other drinks I want to try there. So I will definitely be back! read more

I love this place and the crew is awesome. I go there to get my wife's coffee before she has to go to work. it's the same drink every time. It's to the point that when I pull up to the window, they ask me if it's for my wife. They know her by name! Such was the case today. so here's a shout out to Dutch Bros crew member Sophia! read more

I have noticed more drive thru coffee/tea places popping up. I have tried their Christmas morning which is delicious and wanted to try a new drink. I ordered their small (16 oz) iced golden eagle drink was delicious. The caramel drizzle mixed in the drink was a nice balance to the taste of coffee. The prices are on par with other coffee shops. The servers were quick and friendly which I appreciate. I will definitely be back, I've got my eye on the vanilla chai. read more

Posting again THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO STEP UP they are the worst location between the 3 in my surrounding areas - been going since opened to this spot - I drink Dutch bros basically daily from different locations. 1) GUM: there was a pice of GUM on the lid of my drink like the lip where it heaps the cup, when the guy handed it to me and I didn't notice till I was home because I was tired and did not inspect my drink 2) RUDE - NOT Dutch Bros Attitudes!!!: the current manager or whoever that fare skin, dark hair girl with braces that usually wears a blue/black tie dye hoodie is RUDE and combative - she was rude separate times to both myself 4 times and my mother once me as a witness (when it happen to my mom she commented about her under her breath to the person at the window who relayed the question my mom asked him) 3) QUALITY: now I understand the large has a different ratio than the medium but when I get the same drink every time at various locations and don't have a problem till the tie-dye girl makes it THERES A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION TRAINING. I have barista experience so I totally understand it's hard to keep consistency but if you follow the guidelines exactly just like the rest of the Dutch Bros maybe I don't know but maybe you guys won't have a problem. 4) The Final Straw: This morning I came to get a Hazelnut Truffle Seasonal drink and to no surprise I am literally sipping syrup - it's disgusting - and yes I have tried it somewhere else and I got a medium - no I did not tell anyone because the girl who took my order was a different girl than the one who brought my drink to the window and I didn't want to look crazy because of previous times I did stick up for my purchase and the barista telling me they did what they were supposed to so now I have to drink this nasty version of coffee I tried to make it less gross but it's just a mess at this point I came here out of convenience alone because of Albertsons and but I will now be driving the additional distance to Ruff Snow location. I hope I am contacted regarding my experience's because I truly have been understanding and givin this location many many tries to show me they are not below par however they continue to disappoint. read more

What a mess, don't come here on Saturday and be in a rush. Expect to be stuck in a line for an hour. No one is outside taking orders when you got both lanes wrapped ablround almost to the street. They make you wait till you get to the window before taking your order. I watched a girl come out and take trash and just watched us all in line. The coffee is good but this will be my last time. Only reason I stick with Starbucks is they know how to get you in and out. read more

I had a fantastic experience here this morning and hope my review will help offset some of the negative ones! The line was a little long when I got there, but Samantha and Sammy were hustling to get the orders out. I think I was there 6 minutes or less, and ordered 3 drinks, which is pretty on par with wait at Starbucks or the DB on Rufe Snow. Samantha apologized and was so gracious, which was appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to come to this location. read more

The point of a drive through is to be in and out. No reason to wait 20 minutes for 1 person in front of you. The worker keeps passing the phone back and forth and it seems like she's the only one working. I don't blame her for the wait, I blame management. Do better. read more

Honestly I love it here because I used to go to Starbucks and ask for an iced coffee and I'd try to order extra sweet because I don't like the taste of coffee. When I got my Starbucks drink, it was either hit or miss, and most of the time it was a miss and tasted like swamp water. I started going to Dutch Bros recently though and they make the drink right the first time! Goodbye overpriced Starbucks! The baristas are friendly too. read more

The coffee was great! I love that the locations are popping up everywhere. Now on to the 4 vs 5 Star. While I don't expect it, I recognize business that support our military and first responders. Both Coffee 151 and Black Rifle Coffee give a 10% discount. I realize Dutch Bros is based out of liberal Oregon. But they need to support our military and first responders as well. I'll come back, but if I have a choice nearby. I'll support those who support us first. read more

To be fair, I've only been to this location one time. However I will likely not be back. There was 4 cars in front of me on a Thursday around 10am and it took thirty minutes for me to get my drink. Thirty. Minutes. Unreal. I'm not a huge Dutch bros fan, but I had a $2 off coupon. Not worth it. read more

Drive thru is an unorganized mess. If they expect to compete with Starbucks they need to step up their game.

I was excited to see this going up. I had never been to one but heard good things. There's really only one other option for coffee in this area so I was looking forward to having more choices close by. I was wholly unimpressed. One barista kept yelling questions out the window to a customer who had already ordered and was waiting at a table. Called the customer the wrong name multiple times despite the customer correcting her at least 3x The wait felt long because it's outdoors in the sun. It probably was 5-10 min but felt longer in the heat, so the drive thru is probably a better option Menu didn't really list much or give any explanation for unfamiliar customers. No mobile ordering available. Would be nice to at least see a list of milk options and syrup flavors Price was on par with others, at least for the drink I ordered. Not sure if there are up charges for modifications My drink was eh. Def not up to any hype. Super disappointed. I wanted to maybe give credit since it's new and maybe training is still an issue. I reached out to their support asking questions about the standard recipe for the item I ordered. I received a canned response asking for all kinds of info including my credit card #!!! This was from the contact email listed on their own website. So, after that you can prob see why I gave this 1 star and won't be back. read more
