It's tough not to give them 4 stars. I love that they come out once there is a line. Most of the time the staff remembers you and are always kind. I like the coffee but the cleanliness is concerning. No gloves, I have yet to see any wash hands when moving to touching cash , to POS machines or touching others stuff and making your drink, placing the lid with their palm, the mouth and drinking rim is constantly in contact. I've never see them wash their hands after coming inside. I also wish they provided napkins, sometimes the coffees very hot. And when you do ask... they give you 1 or two. lol I just think even though it's coffee I would prefer over the top cleanliness with employee contact and cleanliness with their hands and lids. I enjoy the rewards and the app that supports freebies. I'm not sure they have dedicated milk containers for the alternatives for those with allergies. I like the flavor combination so I would definitely get this one again. What confused me a bit was the line and how I'm supposed to order. Since this was my first time, I was a bit under prepared and didn't realize that you order at the window. It's nothing to fuss about, just something for others to know who have never been there before. When the line starts to get really long, a worker does come outside and take orders to speed up the process, which I can definitely appreciate. I ordered their small (16 oz) iced golden eagle drink was delicious. The caramel drizzle mixed in the drink was a nice balance to the taste of coffee. The prices are on par with other coffee shops. Posting again THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO STEP UP they are the worst location between the 3 in my surrounding areas - been going since opened to this spot - I drink Dutch bros basically daily from different locations. 1) GUM: there was a pice of GUM on the lid of my drink like the lip where it heaps the cup, when the guy handed it to me and I didn't notice till I was home because I was tired and did not inspect my drink 2) RUDE - NOT Dutch Bros Attitudes!!!: the current manager or whoever that fare skin, dark hair girl with braces that usually wears a blue/black tie dye hoodie is RUDE and combative - she was rude separate times to both myself 4 times and my mother once me as a witness (when it happen to my mom she commented about her under her breath to the person at the window who relayed the question my mom asked him) 3) QUALITY: now I understand the large has a different ratio than the medium but when I get the same drink every time at various locations and don't have a problem till the tie-dye girl makes it THERES A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION TRAINING. I have barista experience so I totally understand it's hard to keep consistency but if you follow the guidelines exactly just like the rest of the Dutch Bros maybe I don't know but maybe you guys won't have a problem. 4) The Final Straw: This morning I came to get a Hazelnut Truffle Seasonal drink and to no surprise I am literally sipping syrup - it's disgusting - and yes I have tried it somewhere else and I got a medium - no I did not tell anyone because the girl who took my order was a different girl than the one who brought my drink to the window and I didn't want to look crazy because of previous times I did stick up for my purchase and the barista telling me they did what they were supposed to so now I have to drink this nasty version of coffee I tried to make it less gross but it's just a mess at this point I came here out of convenience alone because of Albertsons and but I will now be driving the additional distance to Ruff Snow location. Honestly I love it here because I used to go to Starbucks and ask for an iced coffee and I'd try to order extra sweet because I don't like the taste of coffee. When I got my Starbucks drink, it was either hit or miss, and most of the time it was a miss and tasted like swamp water. Both Coffee 151 and Black Rifle Coffee give a 10% discount. I realize Dutch Bros is based out of liberal Oregon. But they need to support our military and first responders as well. One barista kept yelling questions out the window to a customer who had already ordered and was waiting at a table. Called the customer the wrong name multiple times despite the customer correcting her at least 3x The wait felt long because it's outdoors in the sun. It probably was 5-10 min but felt longer in the heat, so the drive thru is probably a better option Menu didn't really list much or give any explanation for unfamiliar customers. No mobile ordering available. Would be nice to at least see a list of milk options and syrup flavors Price was on par with others, at least for the drink I ordered. Not sure if there are up charges for modifications My drink was eh. Def not up to any hype. Super disappointed. I wanted to maybe give credit since it's new and maybe training is still an issue.
