I purchased a too good to go that had a $15 value. I got one gallon of tea valued at $6.95. That was a huge disappointment

Great customer service and drinks. I love how they encourage you to sample teas you haven't had.

While there, a lady came in with her mother, the owner of the establishment came out to greet her in a way a friend would greet another. When you're wanting something that feels genuine and from the heart, this will be a cafe I'd recommend. Everyone, knows someone, even if meeting as strangers over coffee or nibbles of sweet pastries. Heck, you can throw in some games to that, as well. As someone stated in a previous review, it seems as if everyone who works there, truly loves being there. It isn't a chore, it isn't about rushing to get to the next drink preparation, they're, there to make sure you have the best experience in the place they nurture for others to enjoy. I appreciate that. Blueberry Matcha: I'm a fan, but not a fan of matcha. To explain, not everyone knows how to balance the taste of matcha. It's either way too earthy/gritty or not sweet enough, it has been rare that someone knows how to balance that combination. I have never tried a blueberry matcha and was excited to see this was one of our options. This was superb. The blueberry wasn't in syrup form, it was a blueberry foam that added the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is something I'd get again, and again. Too many people ruin matcha's with syrup that swims on the bottom, here, not even. Seasonal: White Chocolate Rose Scone I'll admit, I'm not a scone person. The scones I've tried in the past, were hard and flaky and that's what turned me away from there. But this scone was soft and moist, I truly enjoyed every bite. I am now open to trying others, but only at this cafe. Cheddar Chive Biscuit: My favorite. Well, my favorite is their Pepper Jack Jalapeno Biscuit, so this will be my second. I warmed it up and added a touch of butter, OOOHHWEEEE, it more than hit the spot. I can't wait to have one again. With this latest visit, I learned they alternate their biscuits monthly and they have calendars available to remind their patrons. There are several I'd love to try and thankfully, they're being served on my days off. This is such a beautiful establishment, that's inside and out.

I ended up going with their Matcha Macaron Latte w/ oatmilk. The macaron foam gave this drink the accolades it deserved. The consistency is bad. Some days you get a great drink other days you get a mediocre drink they all make them different and I think they'd all rather stand around and joke with each other and play rather than work. We went to the location in Southlake and we happen to mention that we usually go to hurst and they asked us what we thought about the help there. So I guess the hurst crowd has its own reputation. But I've decided we're gonna give Hurst a rest. I mean, we really only go because our gym is in that general direction but we can go to other coffee shops. So the owner responds which I do appreciate that they read my review , but this link to some unknown site is nothing I'm ever going to click on. If you've anything to say to me, you can say to me right here in front of everybody on Yelp. These kind of messages from business owners are just a standard BS line they offer to look like they actually care about their customers. When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed how full it was. Once we walked in, there was a great amount of people sitting around, possibly having meetings and working. It was barely 11 am on a Tuesday. My coworkers and I were able to get coffee and charge our devices. There is an abundance of charging outlets all over. There is even a little seating area for children to sit and read or play. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered with ease. I like that there is plenty of seating areas inside, two different outside patios downstairs, seating on a second level and another huge patio area upstairs. To get upstairs, you can take the stairs or use the elevator. Besides beverages, you can purchase pastries and merchandise such as t-shirts. This is definitely one of those little shops to come, sit and work while you sip your tea or coffee. It's Uber cute and trendy. Check it out!!

At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. Instead, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. Although quite unassuming, the sandwich was incredibly delicious. The ciabatta bread offered just the right amount of toast and texture to hold everything. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. In the future, I'd love to try a one of their many drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic included!

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

This place leans more into the healthier eating and you can see the staff working right behind the open counter. Presentation for all of our food was good. We ordered Brussels sprouts to share. They felt a bit overcooked - more steamed and mushy vs. the stir-fried/air-fried Brussels that I enjoy. Didn't really have much flavor. Then I ordered the winter burger with potatoes. The burger was a decent size and the winter burger included a few apple slices on it. Sadly, the apple slices were the only things that gave this burger flavor since the burger patty itself lacked any seasoning. I enjoyed the baby potatoes but it, too, needed more salt. I ordered the olive oil cake to go for my husband. Again, good presentation but lacking in taste. It was closer to dry cornbread consistency rather than a moist cake (and I've made plenty of olive oil cakes before to know it can be moist!) Rating more for the service and ambience but would give it 2 stars for food. Overall, if I go back, I'll try something else like a salad or stick to the smoothies here.
