Swig is not a coffee shop, by the way. Its a cool place that thrives on mixing cokes and fizzy drinks, with extra flavors. I'm not sure if theres anything they haven't mixed- total science of mixology. Good, friendly, and fast service. Clean drive-thru. Its fun and exciting to dry the different flavors. I only went through the drive-thru, so I didn't spend a lot of time discussing the options. I went with a diet Arnold Palmer. It was pretty good, but they seem to have an affinity for coconut that I don't share: most items on the menu contain it. read more

Why have a regular soda if you can have a dirty one? Ever since leaving the magical world of Potter land at Universal I have been hooked on butter beer and this is my go to drink when I come to swig. I have had a few other sips but butter beer never lets me down. Today I added a little nip to my drink which only made it that much better and will be how I enjoy t it from her one out but seriously, I've never left a swig and though "this is horrible and I just wasted my money!" So if you are thirsty, swing through. I will say this just for the record, I have tried the pretzel bites at a few different locations and I always am disappointed so I've stopped ordering them. The perfect place if you're in need of a fizzy pick-me-up! I stopped by Swig because I desperately needed a cold and sugary drink on a hot day. I'm not much of a soda drinker, but I figured I'd try it out anyway! I ordered the Naughty & Nice - Dr. Pepper + English Toffee + Half & Half. It was like a Dr. Pepper root beer float with a caramel touch. So delicious! The drive-thru line was very quick and efficient. The attendant was also very friendly. I will note that the menu on the drive thru did not include all of the options that are on the website. I hope they get a chance to update that soon! Overall - definitely worth a try! read more

When I first found this place, I admit going daily for like 2 weeks. At least I've finally stopped drinking their biggest size. And I'm not even a soda drinker. They have a bigger menu online, so try to take a look for yourself first. I like the Spring Fling, I get it in Diet Dr. Pepper. It has strawberry and coconut cream flavors. They have good miniature little cookies--they're cold and taste like cookie dough-- As if they forget to cook them, but not in an unpleasant way. My son's favorite is the watermelon sugar. My daughter likes the Buttery Beer (rootbeer and butterscotch-- no diet option for this one, but the sips I've had from hers were awesome). They also enjoy the pretzel bites. They come out piping hot, so I keep the lid off. Otherwise, they're soaked by the time I get home in 15 mins. They have a good white cheddar too. If you're overwhelmed, there's always a super nice staff member standing outside to help (unless it's raining really hard)! read more

Swig is an "upscale" soda joint with a few extras. My first two visits during their Grand opening days went really well and we enjoyed the soda & sparkling water option they had, which was free during those days. Plus they handed out free cookies. The cookies remind me of chewy chips ahoy, but better quality. I don't think I would get them if they hadn't been gifted as part of the grand opening day though, but can see there being a market for it. Unfortunately, now we've given it a bit and came during a more regular time ... line management wasn't as good. A 16oz drink can easily rack up to the $4-5 mark depending on what you would like to add. $2 for the base drink, .40 per flavor, .70 for things like pearls or creams. My 8 year ordered a small sparkling water with two shots of flavor, strawberry pearls & gummy sharks and it came out to just over $5 after we added a tip. His drink came out wrong, and when they fixed it he didn't get many pearls and only one gummy shark that they just stuck on top of his lid. Luckily, they had a promo for another free order of cookies that helped soften the blow of the cost/mishaps. I think it would help for them to take mobile orders or let us do walk in orders like other locations. Though it's not 100% when they will switch from the drive thru only. After, this visit we may just stick to other places for our drink stops because there is more affordable places to go, at minimum ones that offer specials that make it more affordable. read more

Drinks and service are always amazing. However, STOP MAKING EMPLOYEES GO OUTSIDE WHEN ITS BELOW FREEZING!!!!!!!! We went yesterday when that arctic front was blowing in with the wet drizzle, and I just think that's ridiculous. It doesn't take long to make a drink! It's way too cold for that in my opinion and not necessary. Put a speaker in the drive thru if you need to I felt so bad for the sweet girl who is always there and always helps us out in the freezing wet cold trying to use a wet screen!!!!!!! read more

I usually do my Swig run on Friday mornings, typically first in line once they open. I always order a sugar cookie when I go because they are pretty good, but lately they've been tasting like cleaning products. I'm not sure if they are spraying cleaning products too closely to them or what's going on, but the cookies I had Friday, March 8th tasted just like cleaning solution so I didn't eat them. I don't live close enough to have taken them back so I just threw them out. I went yesterday (March 11th) and that cookie tasted like it normally does, and I was able to eat it. I think they should be more careful about sanitizing around the food items. Other than that issue, I enjoy my experiences there and the Friday morning staff is nice. read more

A friend brought some back from the drive through to a house party and they tasted great! There are very unique flavors.

The line to get a free 24oz drink looked daunting, but went fast thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. By the time I got up to the window, my drink was instantly ready. I got the Hula Girl drink and it was very yummy! I can't wait to come back to continue trying all the drinks. read more

Hurst location-there were the 3 sweetest girls there today, 12/5, that helped me. This was my first visit and I enjoyed meeting them and talking about the drinks. I have 1 complaint...it's cold outside and they are standing outside in the drive thru in the cold and wind. I did not like that they had to do that. It's flu season!!!! Come on. Let's start off with the good! Super nice people there. Fast lines even tho every time I go it's packed. The drinks are great. But the price is so expensive. I'll take it. It's a special drink place. Can't afford to go all the time. Only special occasions. Now let's get to this food. First I tired their cookies. Which was a cup of freezing cold cookies that were mushy. Then I tried the pretzels. Which I took one bite and was horrified. Worst pretzels I've ever had. Looks like they just heated them up from the freezer. Not soft. Tough dough to even bite though. And don't get me started on the dip they give out. It's literally the size of my finger nail. Couldn't even finish one pretzel bite with it. Why don't they have regular cheese as an option? Why is it only strawberry cream cheese. Overall seems like the company is trying too hard. I'll stick to their drinks. But never their snacks. read more
