I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. We won't be using Larissa's ever again.

However, I arrived at the store shortly before 7a, a man waiting in his car said he'd been outside since 6:45am. The owner (who does not speak english) and a worker arrived at 7:37am! It took them another 5 minutes to get the computers up and running, 2 minutes to find my clothes, but it took them no time to charge me! When I stated "you really expect for me to pay for this you're almost an hour late opening?" He replied in a foreign language the worker looked at me and said "$9 please." I called the "contact us" number on the webpage only to find this is a franchise the non-english speaking person is the owner.......NEVER AGAIN.
