I have a medical condition now and I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last 2 weeks with their company(Paramount acceptance) Too many e-mails back and forth. I provided 2 letters from my doctor they still did not accept it. They caused me too much anxiety. I worked with Kevin since March 2018. It bothered me that he kept trying to push his protein and supplement line, even though he was well aware I couldn't afford it. He was frequently late or sometimes trained more than one person at a time. This resulted in a lack of proper spotting and attention to his clients. When he was trying to get more clients, he placed me with one of his trainers. The trainer was great, and I felt like I was getting results, something I never felt with Kevin. When my contract ended, Kevin threatened me that I could no longer come in the gym unless I stayed with him! My contract was over, yet he thought he "owned" me. I let Kevin know I preferred to stay with the trainer he had assigned me to. Kevin did not like that. He lied to me and told me my trainer had signed a deal with him to not take any of his former clients. The trainer said he never signed anything. Kevin was too "hyper" for me. I lost a great trainer(Sergio), due to this situation. Don't waste your money here unless you have spare cash to play with. Kevin is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. If he keeps treating people like this, his business is doomed to fail. You are better off going elsewhere, so that your trainer gets all the money you put out and half of it doesn't end up in Kevin's hands. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Been training with Kevin for a month now. My body fat percentage, weight and body measurements have all gone down within the month. This is an excellent training studio! They have a nice assortment of tools that they have on hand that I haven't seen other studios use. For instance, they use a cool app called Fitness Builder to track your workouts, so you can keep track of your progress and your exercise routines for the future. They also do a good job of keeping track of nutrition and body stats. One thing that makes this studio unique is its use of Egosque, a posture correction program. I've noticed that I have less pain in my back and neck with this exercise program. They also have cool connections to alternative therapies like Cyrotherapy and Herbalife, which I haven't seen before in other studios. I train with Taylor. Taylor is really on top of his game and does his best to go above and beyond for his clients. He's always got a positive attitude, and he's very down to earth. He never hesitates to stay overtime to address my questions and go over all my nutrition and Egosque questions. He also works with my schedule and plans nutrition and workout routines that fit nicely into my everyday life. He really knows how to motivate and push me to my very best. I've known Kevin for a couple years and trained with him for a few months. He is a high character individual and I've enjoyed training at his facility. They have a lot of modern equipment and a number of good trainers. I like the fact that Kevin pushes me but also knows when to back off. Even though I'm not overweight, I've managed to drop 7 pounds in the past three months of training. My energy and enthusiasm for training has increased. I would like to give a shout out to shape2tone, for their knowledge and friendly trainers, all the trainers there are really motivated and they take the time explaining and showing you each exercise, I've personally have had the pleasure workout with 3 trainers at shape2tone, Kevin Weston, Jacob Lopez and Taylor Roark, all 3 of these guys are very knowledgeable, and they all have their unique style of training but they will all make sure to motivated you to do more weight that you can handle or complete your sets for each exercise. Anytime you have questions you can just ask them and they will answer, on top of all the strength training they also provide you the nutrition information and will help you get on the right path there and continue to work with you if something is not working, I've personally been with shape2tone for 1 month now, and I'm very happy with my results after just one month, and I will continue to visit shape2tone until I get my goal, and thereafter to achieve any other goals I may have. Some other things Kevin will get you setup on a fitness app, that he can share workouts, with you if you choose to work out on your own on other days you are not with the personal trainer, once you complete the workout it will automatically send your result to him. The person I was in contact with was Kevin who found me through Thumbtack. He was very agressive in his selling asking, "Are you really serious about losing weight?" I told him yes, so we set an appointment. To be fair and state all, he did leave me a message the night before confirming the appointment, I had a long day, and in my world if you don't call back it means you plan to keep your appointment. I was running a few minutes behind; so I called and asked him if it was going to be ok and he told me, "yes, to still come." When I arrived, he was not there. I waited about 15 minutes and the manager asked who my appointment was with, I told him, and about 5 minutes later he came back and told me that Kevin was on his way. In the meantime, I strolled the complex and about 15 minutes later I get a call from Kevin saying that he was not coming and asked again was I "serious about losing weight?" I said that I was here which means I am serious. He told me that he was not coming because it was going to put him back for some other appointments, but why couldn't he have said that when I spoke with him about my being a little late? He also brought up the fact that I did not call him back to confirm the appointment, which if that were an issue, he should have came back with that when I contacted him about my being late for the appointment. I have been training with Kevin Weston for almost 4 months and I have seen INCREDIBLE results. Walking in my first day I was skeptical of what was to come, but I was put to ease when I saw how personable Kevin was. Whenever we train together he pushes me beyond my physical and mental limits. Most trainers seem to focus on just one or two things -- build up your strength and/or your endurance. Not a good strategy if you have a bad back or a trick knee. Kevin Weston focuses on no less than four things -- 1st: Posture ; 2nd: Endurance; 3rd: Strength and 4th: Nutrition. After almost a year of training with Kevin, I've been the most impressed with his focus on posture. From the very beginning, Kevin recognized that my feet were pointed in the wrong direction and that one shoulder was lower than another. That affected my ability to properly begin any type of strength training. So, he did an analysis of my posture and then designed a series of stretching exercises that would bring my body back into alignment. It helped me feel better and enabled me to make better progress on the other aspects of his program. On more than one occasion, I've complained about this or that ache or pain and, every time, Kevin is able to diagnose the problem and pick exactly the right stretching exercise to erase my pain. This guy really knows his stuff!! But,please don't go and see him as the word is getting out and he's becoming way too popular.
