Starting my journey I was hesitant not knowing what I was getting myself into. I found out about drew from my sister and heard all great things. From my previous experience with trainers he has been the only one to make me feel comfortable with being honest about personal concerns, and not feel judged. Drew has not only helped me with achieving my goals physically but also provided a lot of guidance and knowledge to one day continue on my own. Personally I really recommend Drew if you are serious about achieving your goals! #mightyaesthetics #noexcuses read more

Where do I even start?! I think it's best to preface that I was the girl who got bullied because of her weight and ended up developing bad/ borderline dangerous eating habits that definitely got the weight off, but was incredibly weak (i.e., I couldn't even walk up the stairs without being winded). Because it wasn't sustainable, my weight shot back up and just stayed up. For years I've struggled immensely with my weight, nutrition, and self-esteem, so finding a personal trainer was a necessary step to better myself and start my healing process. I met Drew through a friend whose strength and body changed drastically. I watched her become stronger and more confident in herself. It was inspiring. I knew I wanted that for myself and the rest is history! Drew was not only my personal trainer, but truly became a friend. He was an inspiration and motivator throughout the 6 months l've known him. I've grown to be more loving and patient with myself and now have a better relationship with food and my body. He helped me push my body farther than I could have imagined in the short time I spent with him and tapped into this potential I didn't know I had. I've never felt as confident or as strong as I do today. I appreciate Drew for his continuous patience and support especially during the days that I was coming in dragging my feet. I have learned that my health is important and I AM WORTH THE INVESTMENT. I'm still learning to trust the process and I can't thank Drew enough for teaching me the skills I need to continue on my fitness journey. I hope whoever reads this resonates with me and my story and takes the leap of faith to give Drew a chance! Much love to you, Drew! read more

I never had any experience with training or gymming until I found out about Drew and JP's training program. I can honestly say that anyone can do it! JP was my trainer and he took me under his wing for 6 months! Super great, knowledgeable trainer who is super easy to talk to. We would discuss different gym myths and the science behind it! I learned so much and definitely saw a lot of results! There is no magic workout or diet to lose weight that is sustainable. It is a process and a lifestyle that JP made me realize and I really appreciate it. Now I can say that we are great friends! He's taught me about all the different workout regimes and how to properly eat. Everyone is super approachable and easy-going; you are able to make great connections. I was very shy and nervous for the first couple of weeks but being around the great vibes, I got comfortable fast. I was one of the very first few guy trainees actually and I am glad that I stuck with it! I definitely recommend you guys to reach out even if you are on edge. After meeting with the guys and seeing the facility, you'll be hooked! Plus the gym is located in a good area with lots of great food! (Poke, shabu, sushi, chicken) Their goal is to turn you into a healthier individual and they definitely did that for me! read more

Drew is by far the best personal trainer in OC. Having worked with multiple trainers in the past, I can confidently say that Drew stands out. He has helped me regain lost confidence and pushes me beyond my limits while motivating me in every workout. His training program and meal prep suggestions have kept me accountable and on track with my goals. Drew's dedication to helping me succeed is unmatched, and I am extremely appreciative. I started working with JP a couple of months ago and have had a really positive experience. When I started, my confidence was quite low as I wouldn't go to the gym as often and my eating habits were not it. JP put me at ease immediately and he explained to me about calorie deficit and would remind me everyday to send him a picture of my meal! He encouraged me to increase my weights in between sets because he knew I could do it Within a few weeks I was feeling the difference in my mindset and my body! Also, he's really sound and chats away so I barely notice the time passing! Would highly recommend having JP as a trainer ! read more

If you are looking for a sign to train with Mighty, this is it!!! One of the best investments towards my overall health has been personal training with Andrew. Prior to my time with Mighty Aesthetics, the idea of going to the gym was so overwhelming because I had no idea what to do. I would have too much anxiety to even go near the free weight section. I finally decided to invest in a personal trainer and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. Though there are many personal trainers out there, it is not easy to find one who is as attentive, knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft as Andrew is. With years of experience in the industry, he is able to create personalized nutrition guidelines and workout plans for each of his clients of all levels and can ensure that they reach their goals safely through correct techniques. On top of that, Andrew has such a welcoming personality and has made each session something I genuinely looked forward to. I am thankful to have found a personal trainer who truly cared to see me succeed and challenged me. Though I still have so much to learn, I can attest that Mighty Aesthetics has played a big role in my newfound love for working out. I have gone from barely being able to walk into a public gym to now being able to work out on my own. Not only have I gained so much knowledge and confidence, but I can say that I've also gained a friend. Thanks, Mighty! read more

This is my first genuine attempt to jumpstart my physical fitness journey with a personal trainer, and I could not ask for a better experience with Drew! His engaging demeanor made the potentially intimidating process to be anything but. Drew continually proves his dedication and passion of helping others' fitness journey through his professionalism and good-nature amiability. During the initial consultation (which is free) we discussed my overall goals and how to overcome potential setbacks. Drew also provided recommended meal plans and protein supplementations to support muscle hypertrophy. I kickstarted my fitness journey with Andrew as my trainer back in 2021. I suffered a back injury due to a car accident and a third degree burn on my foot during the pandemic so I reached out to Andrew to get my body back into shape once everything was safer - not only for cosmetic purposes but also for rehabilitation reasons. I have not experienced any pain caused by my former injuries since I started training with him due to his expertise. He really focused and honed in on perfecting the fundamentals of lifting during my training which I take so much pride in now that I am working out by myself. I have gotten so many compliments on my progress and form - all thanks to Andrew and his ability to motivate and cater to specific goals. You'd never even think I was ever injured and even now, I forget that had them because of how much stronger I've gotten since then. Thank you, Drew, for being a great coach and friend! read more

Really loved working w both Andrew and JP. I found their page on Instagram and was holding off for a while bc I was scared of starting up my fitness journey again. Andrew set me up for a consultation and showed me what the process would be like for me. JP is my current trainer and he made this whole process so comfortable for me. He was very flexible and made himself available to any question I had. I can't say enough good things about Mighty Aesthetics, Drew, and Brian. I started my fitness journey with Brian and it changed my life. I have never thought about my fitness seriously. A girlfriend of mine referred me to Brian. I saw a transformation with her and I felt emotionally ready to take on this new commitment to myself and my fitness. I did an intake with Drew and he was so kind and personable. Really explained what this new world of personal training was going to look like and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease. Brian has been incredible. So patient with me and pushes me to keep doing my best and intensifying workouts as we go. My progress has been nothing short of incredible! I came to Drew in July '21 because I had a hip injury due to months of improper form and I wanted to fix it. I had been lifting for 2 years however I learned so much more in a couple weeks with Drew than I did in my 2 years of lifting. Thanks to him, my hip problem went away and I was able to lift a lot heavier. The quality of my workouts drastically improved. He motivated and pushed me to test my limits. Not only is Drew an amazing trainer, he is also a great person! I felt very comfortable, he was very patient, and he helped me feel more confident. I am so grateful I came to him, and I definitely recommend him to anyone who's either a beginner or even an experienced lifter. I still have much to learn from him. read more

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews but this was absolutely necessary. I've been with a couple trainers throughout the years and I can say with my trainer currently, JP at Mighty Aesthetics, I've never been more satisfied with my progress. Within a couple months, I've made insane progress. I feel like the difference between JP and other trainers I've worked with is the idea that with each session, I was seeing little by little progress in myself. I wanted to come back. I wanted to show up. Not only was progress made, but JP really puts passion and knowledge into his training where his encouragement and energy really pushes you to do your ultimate best in each session. I've been up and down with the body physique that I've been trying to achieve with myself and after all these years, I was never content with myself until JP. For the longest time, I've wanted to see a genuine difference, feel stronger, feel leaner, feel healthier, feel energetic, now I can say I've achieved those things. My body has fluctuated so much but for the first time in a long time, I'm content with my body. I'm still managing to stay consistent but I never thought I'd see my body transform to the way it is now. I genuinely didn't think it was possible bc I've been trying for so long. But with JP, he got me checking myself out all the time now. The definition, the shape, the muscle is all popping out. He really educated me with not only his training but with nutrition and I feel like the reason why my body was always fluctuating is because I wasn't educated on the right stuff. He put me on this fitness/nutrition journey that would work for my body goals. And it worked. It really worked. If you want to see the results that you desire and what works for your body goals, sign up with trainer JP at Mighty Aesthetics. you won't regret it. read more

In the 12 weeks I lost 15 lbs, but more importantly I feel stronger and healthier and actually have muscle definition again! Thank you JP and Mighty Aesthetics. read more

I trained with Andrew back in 2021, when I first started training with him I thought I knew what I was doing in the gym and I wasn't consistent. Drew really showed me there's a lot more to it than just picking up weights. He's the type of trainer to help you reach your fitness goals but also builds a relationship with his clients, he cares! Everything he taught me i still use today in the gym on my own, I really couldn't thank him enough for getting me where I needed to be in my fitness journey.
