Check-in at the front desk was quick and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. That one-on-one intro made a big difference, she was patient, made me feel confident, and even gave me the option to wear shoes or socks (I went with socks). The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain! Everyone there, instructor and fellow clients alike, was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the reformer classes next!

I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. You offer appointments through ClassPass, I…read morepurchased credits specifically to book this service, and I scheduled my day around the confirmed reservation. To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

I've been missing the gym since covid decided to pay us a visit, and when I heard about FITIQUE…read morefrom a friend, I knew I had to check it out. I'd trained with Kevin once before at my former gym, and felt he understood what I needed and how to push me the right way. Additionally, I'd heard that the covid requirements were strict at FITIQUE, which made me even more comfortable with going. With a hopeful mindset, I set up a training session, and went to check things out. I'm happy to report that FITIQUE is everything I wanted it to be - clean, great variety of equipment, and (as the name implies), an awesome boutique gym experience. Is it on the smaller side? Yes, but that's part of the appeal. Does it still have everything you need? Heck yeah. And for the money, I think it's totally worth it. I signed up for weekly sessions (wherein Kevin kicks my butt), and I can go to the gym whenever I want. Yes, you have to schedule time to go, but that makes me feel even safer there. Speaking of, in regards to covid, the safety practices are aces - sanitizing wipes readily available, hand sanitizer, constant wipe downs of the equipment, scheduled visits and limited visitors at any given time, and of course, masks required. TLDR; Kevin is awesome and this gym is just what I needed. Check it out if you want a different kind of gym experience than the large corporate joints.

They have a large variety of equipment so almost every need can be accomplished. The classes are super popular and always full when I'm there. It can also get very crowded, but I always been to find a machine that I want to use. I assume that's why they took the gym out and replaced it with more weights, as demand was probably exceeding what they could provide in the main room downstairs. The staff is hit or miss on their knowledge. They seem very segmented, only certain people with special training can help with certain things. This can make it frustrating when you just want a simple answer. The machines are clean, and there's a mix of (now) older and newer machines. I wish all the cardio machines could link to your smartwatch to track your workout. And while they have several TV's and are more than happy to change the channel for you, you're not able to listen to any of them, so you're stuck reading the closed captioning. They aren't inexpensive if just walk in off the street, but they do offer an occasional special which can be a really good deal. Finally, people have had their cars broken into, so make sure you don't leave anything valuable in your car!

They've always been friendly and I've never had any issues with them. I've also been able to get in my workouts. Despite there being the typical rush that happens at nearly all major gyms, I've never really had a problem getting to the equipment I wanted to use or substituting it for something else. However, this review is regarding my most recent experience signing up my fiancée. She needed a gym to just get her walking and cardio in so I went in a few weeks ago before a workout and Chris helped me get her signed up with zero issues at all. I tend to ask a lot of questions when going through any process and at no point in me asking did he seem annoyed, pestered or like I was bothering him. He was so helpful in explaining the terms of the contract, cost and making sure everything was totally clear before moving forward. I appreciate that so much and it's obvious Chris cares about helping newcomers trying to get signed up. Super pleasant which makes the environment one that someone can feel comfortable training in and calling this their home gym. If you're considering stopping by even just to take a tour and see what's offered, Chris will take care of you without a doubt. Thanks again! It's super appreciated!
