Thank you Ark Fit for the sweaty workout! I was visiting Tustin for work and was looking for a gym that offered a hassle free day pass. Ark Fit is perfect. The gym is very well laid out and has all the equipment you could need. Tons of machines, a large free weight area with benches, a few heavy duty squat racks, cardio machines and a nice turf area. They also offer fitnesses classes, and apparently even have a sauna and a cold tub, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The gym is very clean, including the change rooms. The change room has a shower and lockers with built in locks. The front desk staff were super lovely. I'd recommend checking this place out as a visiter or for a regular membership! read more

Ark Fit has truly changed my life. As someone who has always felt insecure in gym environments and struggled with being consistent, I can say this is different. I've tried everything--from traditional gyms to ClassPass and CrossFit, until my sister introduced me to Ark Fit. The facility has all the equipment you could need, but what truly sets this place apart are the coaches + staff. They have created a warm, welcoming environment and built a supportive community. Open gym is always a vibe and kept so clean. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be, and coaches meet you where you're at. Every coach brings the same positive energy, understanding, and kindness to each class. Regardless of your fitness level, you'll never feel lost or left behind. If you're looking for a gym that combines expert coaching, an incredible community, and a truly welcoming atmosphere, Ark Fit is the place to be. read more

ArkFit is such an amazing gym. They offer super fun group classes, run club, fancy gym equipment, and a recovery room! The staff are all friendly, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress and goals. They have built an incredible community of staff and members who not only encourage, support, and workout together, but also hang out together outside of the gym! read more

I'm so glad I decided to give this gym a shot! The coaches are amazing--they truly meet you where you are in your fitness journey and consistently encourage you to do your best without making you feel pressured or intimidated. Few of my favorite things are the group classes to build community and the open gym access. It's never overly crowded, which makes it easy to focus on your workout and feel comfortable in the space. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. If you're looking for a gym with knowledgeable coaches, a positive community, and plenty of room to work out, I highly recommend checking this place out! read more

I've been coming here for almost a year so I've had plenty of time to experience all this gym has to offer. What makes this place the best is the trainers who genuinely care about each member. I tried Ark Fit because of a good friend's recommendation. I've been there almost every day since. The coaches are extremely friendly and more than anything knowledgeable AND approachable. This isn't a dirty or intimidating gym. This is by far one of the best high performance athletic facilities you can find in OC. Everyone including the people who workout there are mindful of the equipment and cleaning etiquette (biggest pet peeve since I am a sweaty guy and always need to make sure I wipe everything a million times). The open gym 10/10, classes 10/10, staff 10/10, I just wish it was cross the street from my house. Either way 20/10 would lift here again! read more

This gym has it all, the vibes, awesome trainers, intelligently programmed classes and most of all, really kind people who belong to and work at this gym. Everyone here is respectful and is focusing on their health, which allows for such a safe place to be. The classes are top notch and having two coaches in a class really does make a difference. It's really the only place where they actually correct your form and sometimes they make the exercises harder so you're getting the most out of every workout. I've been her for about two months and haven't had a mediocre experience yet, it's ALWAYS a great class! I've been to most of the popular studios (Nike, OTF, F45, Rumble and etc.), so I have a lot to compare it to. Just come and try it you'll love it! read more

Been going to Ark Fit for about 2 years and can't recommend it enough. Both the open gym and group classes are very welcoming to people of all fitness levels. I actually look forward to going to the gym now -- which says a lot! Highly recommend checking it out if you want a positive and motivating place to work out. read more

They meet you where you are and help you become stronger than you ever thought possible. The community here is unmatched -- it's more than a gym, it's family. The positive energy, encouragement, and accountability keep me coming back. The classes are hands down my favorite part. They're intense, fun, and push you to your limits in the best way possible. Been a part of Ark Fit for 3 years now and it truly is life changing. Doesn't feel like an ordinary gym, this one makes you feel seen and welcomed and cared for. If you're looking for a new gym home in Orange County, this place is easily in a league of its own. The facility is huge and filled with high-end equipment, yet it's never uncomfortably crowded, so you never have to wait for a machine. What really stands out is the cleanliness; the staff is constantly wiping things down and vacuuming, which is rare for a gym of this size. The HIIT classes are a total game-changer, incredibly efficient and done in less than 45 minutes. A huge differentiator is that they have two instructors in every class to ensure your form is perfect and to keep you motivated. All of the instructors are highly skilled and genuinely kind, and you can tell the owners are actively involved and truly invested in your results. I love the flexibility of having organized, world-class training combined with an open gym where you can put in "extra credit" work before or after your session. The pricing is very fair and competitive for the area, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. It's definitely one of the best fitness spots in OC! read more

At first I wasn't sure about ArkFit mainly because I was used to more of an intense style with the classes. But ArkFit grew on me and I love it here. If you guys are looking for a great gym with a more relaxed environment with people very outgoing come check out them out. Most importantly they are Christian based! Shout out to Jasmine and Steph whom are my favorite trainers there. read more

I can't say enough good things about this gym! The energy in every class is simply incredible!!! Thank you for the motivation!!!

I've been consistently going here for over a year at their new location. I mainly do the group classes. Before joining Ark fit I was literally the Queen of Cardio doing OTF for 6 years. I didn't take really take doing weights seriously and now I love it! I feel myself stronger when I do weights. I love the energy, the coaches, and everyone is so friendly here. I really never felt like that at any other gyms I've been to in the past. The coaches really do care and push you. If you are looking or considering trying a new gym I highly recommend you coming to the Ark Family. read more

This review is for the open gym only. This is it. This is the one. For years, I had been looking for a gym where I could reliably get my squat / bench / deadlift done, even at peak hours after work. It also needed to have decent enough access to common accessory machines (cables, leg extension, etc.). For years, I thought that I was chasing a unicorn. During that time, I'd been to most every gym in the Irvine/Tustin/Costa Mesa area. Lifetime, Equinox, and ClubSport all had a plethora of squat racks, but the crowds were so overwhelming at peak hours that I always had to modify at least 25% of my routine. And let's not get started on the parking with those gyms. Smaller boutique gyms like Elev8 were better, but had either much older or sub-par equipment. Often times, I'd be working out with mismatched D-handles or on a machine where the padding was so worn I could feel the metal pressing into me. Ark Fit is something else entirely. I workout at 5:00pm 3 days a week and never have any issues getting my workouts through. Although there are only 3 squat racks, most people seem to know what they are doing and get through their movements efficiently. People are respectful and rack their weights. But where Ark Fit really shines is with its machines. This is as close to a bodybuilder's dream as you can get. The Atlantis equipment is all new (as of 2024) and well maintained. Everything has fine increment adjustments and multiple ergonomic adjustments. This level of equipment is something you only see in the highest quality gyms and at professional sports facilities. I mean hell... PENDULUM SQUAT. Need I say more? read more

I have so much love for Ark! First and foremost, the gym is stunning and the darker interior creates a safe, calm, and intimate vibe. I love all of the machines and equipment they offer and the bathrooms are perfectly lit and always clean. The group classes are very fun and challenging. The format is easy to follow and they have coaches walking around the room to ensure our form is good. Each workout can be modified so don't be intimidated if you're a beginner! The workouts are innovative and effective. Make sure to always sign up when they have a challenge workout! It will humble you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Love every single one of them and they are always so helpful when I need assistance. They're also fun to talk to and they love it when we loiter at the front desk ;) The biggest takeaway is that Ark helped me overcome gym anxiety and limiting beliefs. With regular gym memberships, I would go in and work out with my AirPods and leave. At Ark, I get to meet awesome people so it feels more like a community. The group classes are transformative and educative because the coaches help me with my form and they challenge me to add more weight or reps because they know I have the capacity to do so. I'm excited for the future of Ark! read more

I feel like I was looking for a unicorn of a gym- somewhere that felt comfortable, yet had the latest equipment. A place where people don't take themselves too seriously, but also has an atmosphere that promotes and supports challenging yourself and reaching your goals. A place where my husband could do his thing in the open gym, but I could take group classes. the perfect gym does not exi-...... it was ARK Fit. Since joining in Spring 2025, I am stronger than I have ever been, have learned better form with lifting and metabolic conditioning, and have had the most fun in the process. The coaches and staff are welcoming and judgment-free, and I love to see that you can be left alone and respected to focus on yourself in open gym if that's what you need, or spotted and cheered on by a friend. The people are wonderful, the vibes are excellent, and the programming is effective. Come visit if you're looking for a new gym- you'll find much more! read more

I've been a member of the Ark Fit for almost a year and ahalf now. By far the greatest asset in this community are their trainers. ALWAYS patient, ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS focused on your progress and ALWAYS keeping you motivated. Special shout out to Michelle Lockwood and Kevin Kerns who are the two coaches I work closest with. But really every one of them is amazing. For context I'm a 50 something yr old guy that up til a year ago hadn't worked out for a good 25 years. Naturally it was hard at first but thanks to this amazing community I once again feel confident and strong about my physical wellness. You can either sign up for 50 minute coached classes on a monthly membership. Or you can do open gym just like your average gym membership. As far as the coached classes go I can say with all confidence that ARK FITNESS is the best in Orange County. I did price and tried a few other places that offered cross fit and/or a combination of cardio/strength classess. But the coache's focus or their pricing didn't compare to ARK FITNESS. Joining Ark Fit has been by far one of the best decisions in my life. I also just finished one of their 4 week challenge. Pictures and more details to come. read more

I've been going to The Ark Fit for a little over a year and what makes me keep going is the intentionality. The passion and compassion they have for their clients is so refreshing! You can tell it's not just a job but they are truly serving their community. read more

Can't say enough about how much I love Ark Fit! This is the first gym I've ever been consistent with. From the moment you walk in, you notice their new location has a chic, modern interior design - black interior, arches mirrors, wooden slats, a marble concierge. It's very welcoming and the interior and equipment are all brand new and very clean. The other gym members are also respectful about using machines/equipment. The open gym has a large free weights section, and multiple cages/squat racks and open areas for functional training. It's also never feels overcrowded. What really sets this place apart from other gyms to me though are the awesome trainers. They not only give great instruction in a friendly way, but they also remember little things about you and your fitness which make the group classes feel personalized and guided. I love how the classes are set up. All you have to do is show up, and all the equipment, exercises, etc are already taken care of. The trainers can also help with choosing what weight you should start at, racking the bars, and fixing your form. read more

Pros: If you wanna work out at a gym where you have free weights and not waiting for an elliptical or a squat platform this is the best place to be. It's secluded. It's very much open space as well as friendly and has a great ambience. Great equipment with great employees Cons : from a Christian perspective, I would say that the music that does get played in this gym is a little bit inappropriate and offensive If you're looking for a Christian Gym, this gym is Christian in the communal sense maybe but when it comes to wanting an overall Christian based gym experience not so much also the mission statement of the gym is Christian based and the name has a cross but that's pretty much all that's Christian about it. Maybe it's because I haven't been there a long time so I'm probably biased but if you're looking for a Christian Gym with over Christian principles and values displayed then there are other alternatives. read more

100/10 would recommend The Ark Fit if you are looking for an encouraging, welcoming, and motivating place to start your fitness journey. As someone who took Marching band in highschool instead of PE, I came into the Ark Fit knowing close to nothing about fitness. I have pretty bad gym/ social anxiety, so when my coworker referred me to the Ark Fit, I was honestly hesitant and scared, but now I am beyond happy that she encouraged me to give it a try. From the first day I walked in the door, I was greeted by a welcoming, professional, and informative staff. Not only that, but all of the gym members are so kind, and took time to talk to me even when I was super nervous and shy. What I love about this gym is that they focus a lot on teaching you the fundamentals of building a healthy fitness lifestyle, and not just numbers on the scale. Through the transformation program, they provided me with meal plans, weekly full body scan weigh ins, and 1 personal training session per week. On top of that you are set up with an accountability coach, who you can contact with any questions or advice you might need. My trainer was Marbella, and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, motivating, and incredibly informative. She even offered as one of the training sessions to go to the grocery store to teach me how to shop for nutritious foods and read nutrition labels. I'm now at my goal weight, and feel the best physically and mentally then I have in a while. I want to thank Marbella, Donald, Stephanie, and Michelle for all their hard work and patience, you can tell they all love what they do and are dedicated to helping all of their members achieve their fitness goals. read more

I can't even begin to describe how much I love Ark Fit. I've been a member for over 6 months. The group classes have made an incredible positive impact on my health, fitness level, and mental/emotional well-being. I love all the rotations in the group classes. Best gym in Orange County, hands down! The equipment is better than any commercial (Big Box) gym anywhere and the atmosphere is welcoming, although the best part has to be the people. They are some of the most kind and genuine people I know, and have the expertise to help you reach any fitness goal you might have. Wow! What can I say about this amazing gym! I was hesitant to join due to the amount but it's definitely worth it. All the trainers and staff are motivating and friendly. Donald, Elizabeth, Erik, Jeiel, Kevin, Michele, Stephanie and Tobias. -Donald's approach to his training is where everyone can do it. -Elizabeth I only met a few times but she helped me with the recovery room. -Erick is at the front desk usually greets me or saying bye as I leave. -Jeiel's approach is quiet but gets the job done. -Kevin's approach is friendly and inviting. -Michele's approach is sweet and fun. -Stephanie's approach is genuine and fun. -Tobias's approach is gentle and motivating. All the trainers and coaches motivates you; whether you like it or not! Haha sometimes I don't mind and other times I don't really want it but glad they did! Lol I have been going to the classes and gym for about almost a month now. I took the free two classes and one open gym. You do get a free recovery once you sign up. There are monthly memberships but also packages if you don't come regularly. The recovery room is extra but I think it's worth it. You can just use the open gym and/or add classes (13) a month or unlimited. The gym is never crowded, never dirty and my favorite people actually clean their station and put the weights back. The gym also dimmed if you like it that way. I'm waiting for when there is more options in weights as 8,12/12.5,17.5/18 lbs etc. I feel this gym helped me to continue to go regularly and to take care of my physical and mental health. There are lockers with four digit codes you can create. Plenty of parking as well. The recovery room is optional but it's private so you can use it for the 30-45 min window. For classes and (recovery room if you purchase) have to be booked on the app once you sign up. For those who are Christian it's a great gym if you can want to do praise and worship once a month. If you aren't a Christian you aren't forced but everyone is welcome. I was able to meet the owner and his wife and family. Very lovely people. I wasn't sure to write a review because I don't want the gym to be packed! Lol But I am glad I did so others can be motivated as well. I'm looking forward to see how progress is made in the months to come. Thank you so much to all the staff at Ark Fit. Also to the owner and his family. God bless! read more

You're paying for a community and a gym that's not overcrowded. This is definitely more of a luxury than name brand gyms but there's a culture that's not as stuffy as the boutique gyms. They offer HIIT classes that are basically sessions with a personal trainer. Ive had other personal trainers quote me one session at half the price of the monthly premium. My wife and I wanted to start working out after our first kid and this has been the best transition. Other gyms are so salesy, crowded, and the equipment is not well maintained. At Ark Fit the atmosphere is clean, quiet and modern. The staff is very nice and welcoming. My wife and I were worried about getting into the groove of working out, this experience has seamlessly become apart of our daily routine. We can't wait for the work out class and do a nightly debrief about the stations. There was no shame about where we're at and if you fall on your butt in the middle of the class it's not a scene, I've done it a handful of times, I know. I'd recommend giving a couple classes a try and see if it's a fit for you. read more
