    I came to this gym to try CrossFit for the first time just over a month ago and have had nothing but the best experiences! I did elements with Marissa and have since taken classes with Adam, Jason, & Mel! All the coaches are all so supportive and encouraging. They give great feedback on form and little adjustments here and there to become your best! Everyone has been super welcoming and nice. Other athletes are always willing to help out or lend a hand. It really feels like a family and I can't wait to keep coming back to this gym. If you're in the area and looking for a place to workout and push yourself, this is the place to be - 10 out of 10 experience

The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. They have many class options but they do seem to get busy because they're waitlisted on the app. I managed to passport one Saturday morning. I liked the trainers, the vibe and the music. The DJ arrived for the class after mine so I missed out on that but I still liked the music. I noticed the gym was air conditioned which was different to mine. The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. So you could have an easy workout by doing body weight exercises or you could lift heavy. Easy parking in the lot up front.

The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not. I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars though because I pay attention to little details. This studio had HAIR TIES and TAMPONS and even face wash in their bathrooms for us girlies and it's not much but so thoughtful!! Also there are earplugs inside the studio room for those who think its too loud!!! I get headaches when its too loud so I felt so seen and understood by the studio. Also at the end of class, a staff walks around passing out COLD WET TOWELS so you can cool down. These are all little extras that really make a studio stand out so kudos to this place!!

The place is spacious compared to other workout studios I've been to in the area. The format is mainly 5 stations with an A & B exercise. You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time. The workouts are strong, but that's not the differentiator. The community is. You see the same people consistently, and over time it becomes a tight, supportive group. It's rare to find a gym where you actually look forward to who's going to be there, not just what's programmed. Programming is thoughtful and well-balanced -- strength + high-intensity cardio -- and it never gets stale. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. There's also real connection beyond the floor. They organize occasional events -- I recently did a cooking class with ~20 women from the gym -- and it adds another layer to the experience.
