I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My girlfriend and I signed up for a trial at the beginning of last week. Since then, I have been to class on a daily basis. I am blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. F45 is what my training was missing; I just didn't know it yet! Deion is incredible and I've enjoyed meeting other members who share my relentless pursuit of excellence. Do yourself a favor and give F45 a try; you won't regret it!

I felt like I had to get a solid month in before I left a review for this place. This place is five stars all the way from the clean facility, ample of class times and genuinely caring trainers it's hard to give it anything less! My friend convinced me to try this place out on a 7 day free pass and of course 5 days in I am signing up for a month to month membership. Hard to not fall in love with the place. What really sealed the deal for me was the coaches! They all have so much heart and truly push you to succeed! Coach Viviana's energy is contagious and has the best eye on correcting and demoing form. I honestly signed up because of her! Then a week later they welcome coach Deion and Jayda who are just as energetic and bring a whole new dynamic to the workouts. The post stretching is a god send! Coach Bailey, John and Jayde are equally as memorable, energetic and genuine! As for the workouts--whew, they are not easy and seriously but kicking! I like how they break up the cardio days Monday, Wednesday, Friday with strength days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Love strength days coming from CrossFit but your girl honestly needs the cardio post pandemic fluffiness. Overall, its all in all a win if you go five days a week and can definitely validate getting my money's worth. Sure you can find cheaper gym memberships but the f45 community is welcoming, supportive and nonetheless CHALLENGING! I recommend by all means! Tip--sign up on the website to get a free 7 day trial. They also have body scans which is an awesome benefit of this gym, take advantage of it to see your progress!

This place has been my second home for the past three years.is so much more than just a gym. You think you're signing up for just some group training classes but it turned out to be so much more. The training sessions are truly challenging, comprehensive and fun. The trainers really listen to you and take the time to actually train you and help you take your fitness to that next level. Along with that, the community is welcoming and there's always something happening. Whether it be a fitness challenge to help us reach our goals, pop-up events to connect us to local Wellness companies or even a late night comedy show, this F45 team knows the value of creating a true fitness family."

F45 isn't just a GYM it's a real true gym family Here you aren't just another member/ another number on the roster. The coaches here really care about you and any goals that you may have set for yourself. Not only do they care but they constantly check in on you to ensure your hitting your goals and of your not they give you the extra push and motivation you'll need. I started at F45 in May of 2021 I was gym hopping at the time looking for a gym that gave me a little of everything/ Cycling Row machine Cardio Weights They have it all The coaches are all fire with an energy that keeps you going beast mode during your workout I also love that they have challenges thru out the year that we are all able to participate- cheer each other on etc Not to mention the amazing app that not only has workout but easy to follow recipeS If your looking for a new home gym I promise you this is it!

My wife and I ended up getting the Groupon for a couple for one month of unlimited work outs and honestly it has been the best experience ever. Since starting my wife and I have gone 5-6 days a week and love the workouts. One of my favorite things about F45 is the workout is ALWAYS different and you, yourself does not have to plan your workout for the day - it's done for you. The workouts are high intensity and I always leave feeling accomplished. The trainers are also another great part of the experience. Vivi, Todd, Jayde, Ivonne, Courtney, Moe, etc. are amazing and always push you to go further. They also help you if your form is incorrect which it something I struggle with. If you really want a burner try going on a Saturday - the workout is an hour instead of 45 minutes and focuses on both strength and cardio. F45 isn't just a gym, it's a community. The trainers get to know you and you get to know people there as you continue to schedule more workouts. F45 has its own app where you are able to schedule classes from the comfort of your own home. I've never had an issue of a class being over booked. They have 2 showers and 2 bathrooms (including bathroom amenities like body wash, lotion, etc.). They also have lockers for your personal items. They have water available if you forget your bottle. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are cardio. Tuesday and Thursday are strength. Saturday is a mixture of both. Sunday is strength I believe. My only feedback would be to have a 730a class - because we swap (we have two children under two) and my work starting hours.

F45 has changed my life!! I have to admit that I was never one for high intensity functional training, but the F45 team here in Irvine completely changed my mind! No longer are the days of putting my headphones on and zoning out in a weight room for 2+ hours. Coming from a sports background, I can really appreciate the camaraderie and accountability from not only the training staff, but the owners and other members as well! I have already lost 30 POUNDS in just 5 months!! Thank you, F45 family! You continue to surpass expectations every day. #TeamTraining #LifeChanging

Made it to my 100th class thanks to these awesome coaches!

BEST GYM EXPERIENCE EVER! I was definitely one of the F45 skeptics 8 months ago. That being said, my mind was completely changed just from doing the free trial when I first started. Not only do I now feel stronger and healthier, but I feel like I have a solid workout community and new friends that I get to see every day. :) In the past, I was a member of LA Fitness, but had a hard time feeling and staying motivated to go on a regular basis. I didn't like that I needed to come up with a plan of what to do to get a good workout (especially after using all my brain power at work all day, lol). I also felt like I could walk in and out without talking to anyone else at the gym. This made me even less motivated to workout, and I would leave feeling minimally challenged. Well, I can confidently and whole heartedly say that this F45 gym is the opposite of all that! I love that each day switches off from cardio to strength training throughout the week. The workouts always feel new and different to me, so I have yet to get bored! I also love that while the workouts are usually only 45 minutes, I leave feeling sweaty yet energized. Another thing that I love about this gym is the community aspect. You get to know the regulars that go to the same time slots as you, and have the opportunity to develop close friendships. The workouts are also a fun bonding experience for you to do with current roomies or friends (3 of my house mates do F45 too!). Finally, I can't say enough about our awesome fitness coaches! I usually do the workouts that are led by Jayde, Vivi, and Ivonne. Each of these coaches brings something different and awesome to the workouts... Ivonne makes each workout fun, while pushing clients to dig deeper and work harder. Jayde is great at empowering you with encouraging words, while challenging you to step up your fitness game. Vivi is small, but packs a big punch! You can tell that she cares deeply about each client as she coaches each person through the stations and takes the time to chat with people after the workout to make sure they are using correct form. I get excited to work out with Vivi, because she sees the potential that I have, but I myself have yet to see, and I know she will challenge me in places where I need to be challenged. Even if you're skeptical about the cost or being able to keep up with the workouts, just come check this gym out and chat with the coaches. Try out the free trial they offer! You may just be stepping into an awesome new season of health and community!

Decided to SHIFT and do a HIIT workout at F-45 in Irvine. Upon walking in I got my BF% measured (the accuracy is debatable ) and then stepped into the circuit room. Depending on which class you sign up for, there's over 20 different exercise stations ranging anywhere from box jumps to incline dumbbell presses to even pushing a sled! The tempo is JUST right as we rotated between stations in 40 second intervals with 15 second breaks in between. I love the challenge in getting through each workout but my FAVORITE part about this gym are the people. Everyone is on a first name basis and they encourage one another to excel through the circuits. Even for someone who doesn't regularly workout here, I immediately felt that I was part of the F-45 family. If you're looking for a change of pace or just want to incorporate HIIT into your routine, I HIGHLY recommend coming to F-45 and trying one of the circuit classes!

I started with this gym through a Groupon for a month to get ready for our family trip to Hawaii, little did I know I was going to fall in love with the community and workouts! The trainers are awesome. They take time to really help you with form and once your form is down they push you to really get your blood pumping and body moving! I am not a morning person one but but I wake up bright and early almost every day of the week to get in my F45 workout! Can not recommend this gym enough! My husband and I love the Lionheart as well! It gives us the chance to push each other even though we can't not do the same class with two little ones at home! This has been so great for living a healthy marriage and setting great examples for our kids!

It was a "Strength" class with Joey and we were working on our upper body for the day. As with all first times visiting a studio, I arrived 10-15 minute early to sign waivers and settle in. Liz at front desk was super friendly and helpful. This studio is very thoughtful and well equipped. In the lobby there are lockers with a number pad for you to set your number code and merchandise for sale. As I entered the studio area, there is a water fountain for you to refill your water bottle. They have plenty of equipment and stations, so you don't need to bring anything. Just wear some comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. The work out area has many screens for information. I appreciate the visuals! Before class started, Joey came around to greet everyone. For the first timers to this studio, he asked about our injuries or areas of concerns. For the day of my class we had a warmup, 6 different stations, and a stretch/warmdown. Station 1: Seated Tricep Extensions Station 2: Kettlebell Bent Over Row Alternative Station 3: Military Press Station 4: Bench Press Narrow Grip Station 5: Floor Press Station 6: Incline Row The screens had visuals and helped us keep track of which rep we are on. Joey came around to check on our form and provided feedback so we could make the most out of our work out. I really liked how encouraging and motivational Joey was. An instructor with good energy like Joey is so important for my mental state during work outs. I really felt like I was being my best self during this work out. These classes change up every week and it'll be different each time you come. I only mentioned the above as an example. I really like changing things up from my usual work out because it really challenged my body to do better. Looking forward to trying more of the classes here at BFT. I'll be keeping an eye out for Joey on their schedule. I enjoyed this class enough to want to add BFT to my permanent workout routine.

During my first class, the instructor, Raymond Elie, made a comment to me while I was putting my belongings away and happened to yawn. Throughout the class, he repeatedly singled me out in front of everyone, criticizing my energy and commenting on me not smiling. As a first-time visitor, this felt unnecessary and embarrassing, especially when trying out a new gym is often intimidating. Because of that experience, I didn't return for months. I chose not to leave a review at the time and simply moved on. Recently, I decided to give BFT another try. Unfortunately, the same instructor was teaching. As soon as I walked in, he immediately commented on my facial expression, asking why I wasn't smiling and (attempting to) joke about it with another staff member as if I wasn't right there. It made me feel uncomfortable right away, particularly since I noticed he did not make those comments towards any of the older women or men who walked in with a neutral expression. A few minutes into the workout, while correcting my form during a side plank, he made another remark - "I can tell you don't give out a lot of hugs" - after I misunderstood his instruction to "hug" the bench with my foot. At that point, I felt discouraged and honestly uncomfortable. It was the first time in all my HIIT experience that I genuinely considered leaving a class midway through. I have no issue with instructors correcting form. However, demeaning comments about my face or character are not constructive and very belittling. Again, I noticed he did not make these comments towards any of the men in the room or older women. In the 3 years I've been taking group fitness classes, no instructor has ever commented on my facial expression or tried to purposefully embarrass me in front of other class members. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and relays it to the instructor. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.
