I am so thankful for F45 Irvine!!! This place has completely changed the way I view my body, my capabilities, and my fitness. The community is everything, and makes working out that much more fun! I was invited to try 1 week for free by a good friend of mine who trains here, and after attending this gym, I was hooked. I took full advantage and trained 6 days in a row at the 6:30am class that 1st week and the atmosphere is uplifting, intense, and so full of life! Yes, even in the early mornings! Todd, the owner, is an incredible person who takes pride in his work and helping others achieve their highest goals. He knows each and every one of his clients, he treats them so well, he is a true role model and advocate for personal empowerment and health. He will work with you on whatever goals you have and encourage you each step of the way. Each trainer at this location (Jeremy & Vivi especially) is dedicated to helping every individual in their workout; they are continuous encouragement, they hold you accountable and remind you of your capabilities, they help with corrections and modifications to ensure your entire workout is with good form and proper training, and hands down - they are AMAZING. F45 Irvine. What can I say.... I've been working out for the past 15 years and have done traditional gym, Crossfit, home training etc. F45 is by by the best use of an hour of my time to get in the workout I need. Enough strength training and cardio mixed with a community that makes you want to come back for more. The owner Todd has years of fitness experience of his own and has created a group of coaches that all make you feel at home. Couldn't recommend enough. read more

Summary points : - So welcoming! I am part of a community here. - Basically getting high quality personal training in a group setting. - Turned my boredom of the gym into craving going to all the classes. - I have seen crazy tangible results in my body and fitness in the first few weeks and continue to see results after being a member for 5 months now. One of the biggest things I value about F45 is that I truly am part of the community there. Todd and the other trainers (Jeremy, Vivi, Ivonne) are not only so highly qualified in the fitness industry, they get to know each and every one of their clients. They encourage you and push you when you need to be pushed. They know how to help you modify certain exercises so you don't injure yourself and they know when to hand you that extra weight ;) Not only do I feel like I am literally getting personal training at the F45 classes, but they have also turned my boredom of gyms into craving and enjoying going to the workouts. I grew up playing sports, so the friendly team atmosphere is perfect. I have made some really close friends with quality people here, which makes the experience so much more amazing. I have accountability to keep coming back and keep pushing myself to be the best version of myself I can be. Before F45, I had only paid for gyms like 24 Hour Fitness, but investing in F45 has literally been life changing for me. I am getting so much value by being a member here and the improvements in my life, health, mood, energy, and body have been priceless. I wouldn't recommend this gym more. If you come visit and see me, please say hi!! I could go on and on. read more

Have always had an amazing experience at this F45 location. Hands down the top location I've been too and I've been to multiple around the country. The facility is super clean and they do a really good job with switching up the types of workouts. There are both weight and cardio days and everything is HIIT so you are leaving the place with a great sweat and feeling accomplished. I love the fact that their instructors take the time to show you the proper technique and are truly passionate about motivating you to earn your workout and hit your goals. I think that is crucial in any work out facility and this location has hands down built a great team. If you are a beginner or even experienced with working out I can guarantee this workout will meet your expectations. Every one who goes here makes you feel like you're part of a community with high fives and good vibes all around... even at 5:30AM! Thank you to the entire team here, really appreciate you all! read more

I love this gym! I Tried the first week deal, and I was not expecting to like it as much as I do! In fact, I was not in the market for a new gym having just left my old gym to take a break. The classes are 45 to 60 minutes long (weekdays are 45 min, perfect for lunch break or pre/post work. Also a good length of time for the days when you don't want to go.. it's *only* 45 min!). Each day is a different workout, each class I burn no less than 500 cal! The gym community is welcoming and comforting - all ages, all shapes and sizes, all skill levels - and everyone is getting in a killer workout. Lastly the staff is incredible. Many of them know almost everyone's names! What! How! Again, speaks to the community feel of the gym. Try it out! You won't regret it. read more

One of the only not-pretentios studios I've been to! F45 Irivne has a family/community vibe complete with bad ass trainers and a very structure, organized fitness regimen. Always a good workout and great for beginners as well. Shout out to Todd, Vivi, Jayde and John! read more

Love this gym! Great community, amazing trainers, and a fun enthusiastic atmosphere. So glad I finally decided to join!

I have never experienced such a sense of community and such positive energy until I came here! The instructors are extremely welcoming, but so are the members! Everyone is super encouraging and there to have fun and sweat it out. The workout is only 45 minutes but it's hard work the entire time. The whole operation is so seamless since everything is timed and I love the video screens showing you the exercise in case you need a refresher. The gym is clean and organized. They have showers as well, which are nice read more

Great place to workout. The coaches are all terrific and everyone makes you feel so welcome.

If you are looking for effective, engaging + results driven workouts, search no more. F45 is the gym for YOU! I came to F45 this past January after a friend invited me-- and I can honestly say, from day one, I fell in love. I got a free weeks pass (anyone can if it's their first time), and ended up coming every single day that week. I had never been to a gym like this one. F45 Irvine is amazing! The community and encouragement you'll receive is unmatchable, it's like you're getting personal training every single time you go to a class. The trainers are so encouraging and really push you exactly when you need it. The workouts are fun and go by quickly, some don't even feel like they're 45 minutes! Whether you've been going to the gym for years or gyms make you feel like a fish out of water, I can promise you that you'll feel like you belong to the F45 family when you workout with us. Sure, the results you'll see will amaze you, but more importantly, you'll be surrounded with like-minded, inspiring and committed people who will push you to be your best self.
