I started my fitness journey at F45 Tustin a little over a year ago in 2025, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. Found F45 through my classpass membership. Classes vary throughout the week, from cardio to strength training etc in small group setting. Instructors are nice and helpful. I like that they switch it up every day with the exercises. If you're a first timer here, there are about 12 stations, 40 seconds for one set of exercises, 3 sets at each station with 20 seconds of rest in between. Timers are visible on the walls along with screens demonstrating the different exercises. Bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. They also have towels for you at the counter. I do wish the classes are a little smaller or add another instructor or lower the points in classpass. read more

F45 workouts are the best part of my day! My usual gym is in Irvine which I LOVE! But I have been wanting to try the Tustin branch out for a while now. They have many class options but they do seem to get busy because they're waitlisted on the app. I managed to passport one Saturday morning. I liked the trainers, the vibe and the music. The DJ arrived for the class after mine so I missed out on that but I still liked the music. I noticed the gym was air conditioned which was different to mine. The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. So you could have an easy workout by doing body weight exercises or you could lift heavy. Easy parking in the lot up front. read more

I was disappointed by my experience today at a Hollywood class. It was all thanks to one person at the station in front of me who refused to move to the next station. In order for these classes to flow well, each person should move to the next station quickly and prepare for the next task. Great idea but when you are directly behind a person, who wants to repeatedly not move stations, it can be quite disruptive to you and the people following you. Unfortunately both instructors were aware of what was going on and did nothing to correct this person but instead enabled their poor behavior by telling me to move to another station. I voiced my problem with it but was ignored. Decided to leave and not continue dealing with this rude person. read more

My home F45 studio - I'm signed up for unlimited classes which comes with passport access (where you can visit other participating F45 studios when traveling and not miss a day!) Love it here! Used to attend a different location and made the jump to Tustin when I was pregnant (even though it's farther from my house from the other location) because the space here is clean, professional, friendly, and did I mention clean!! The equipment and studio is kept orderly and the bathrooms are fantastic! Bathrooms are spacious and enough room to shower and get ready for your day without rubbing elbows with others. Coaches are friendly and parking can get tight at certain class times but there's street parking too! read more

I've been mixing f45 into my workout routine and I must say it's a class I'm genuinely excited to get up in the morning for! All of the coaches are so welcoming and friendly (especially Lacey and Carrie) plus it's great having two coaches per class to help you with form corrections. Every class is different, and I especially enjoy the resistance focus classes as my goal is to build strength. I feel like this is a great gym for all fitness levels because they have all the weights of various sizes laid out and ready to go for you along with on screen and coach demonstrations, so it's easier to follow. I started at the gym back in March of this year. I was so scared of looking dumb but with some push from some friends I finally tried it. It was entirely different than what I was expecting. Everyone was so warm and kind and encouraging. I struggled with every exercise and most of the time did the exercise without the weights because the movement was enough of a workout. I'm so proud of myself and how far I've come. I'm still a ways away from my goals but this has helped me feel stronger than I've felt since I was in my 20's. You will feel exhausted and defeated some days but other days you'll hit a goal and feel like you wanna burst with excitement. Whatever gets your butt through the door to try it- do it. I've been a member here for about 4 months now. I'm someone who used to hate group workout classes. I've tried spin, CrossFit, orange theory, and each of them had their cons, but with f45, the workouts are varied and tough enough so that it doesn't get boring and you walk out feeling like you got your money's worth. All the f45s worldwide do the same workouts so reviews really comes down to studios, vibes, and trainers. the workout space, bathroom, and showers are always clean, which is all you can ask for here. The trainers are really helpful with making sure everyone has the correct form, and check in to make sure I was doing ok. Additionally, the workout are really fun as well as being a great workout. I ended up signing up for the unlimited membership almost a year ago. One of the things that stood out to me that made this gym stand out was even after I signed up to be a member the trainers still would check in on me, and were very friendly. I don't even know where to begin with this review. The trainers: From day one I was welcomed with a warm greeting and smile from the owner, Scott, and the trainers (Owen and Carrie were there on my first day). I love their enthusiasm and positive energy every day. They motivate you to keep going during the workout, and will push you to get to the next level. They walk around and make sure you're doing the movements correctly, which is super helpful. I usually go to the 12pm class with Owen, and he's awesome! I felt like a fool the first time I had to do lateral shoot throughs because I didn't understand how to do them. But Owen took the time to make sure I got the correct movement down, and I really appreciated that. Thanks, Owen! Bring on the lateral shoot throughs! I'm not scared of you anymore. The workouts: I personally enjoy the structure of F45 and how they split the week up between resistance, cardio, and hybrid days. I used to do CrossFit, and I think this is a great alternative if you want a hard workout without having to do Olympic weightlifting or gymnastics movements. I love how there are TV screens that show a demo of the movement for each station, and tell you when to start/stop/rest/hydrate/move to the next station. The trainer also demos each movement before the workout starts. During the warm-up, I like how the trainer assigns you a station to start at so everyone is distributed evenly (one less thing to think about!). There is always great music playing that helps you get through the workout. Every day there's a different combination of moves, so you'll never get bored! The facility: This place is so clean, and the equipment is in great shape. There are fresh, clean towels that you can use, and a filtered water machine to refill your bottle. Also, their bathroom area is probably the most luxurious gym bathroom area I've ever seen. It was surprisingly large with private stalls, huge showers (with shampoo/conditioner/soap), a locker area, and long mirrors. They even provide a hair dryer and various products for your convenience. They make it so easy to get ready if you're coming from work, or have somewhere to go to after. I was really impressed. The community: I love the people. Everyone is so nice, and there are no big egos. I feel very comfortable working out here, which is important to me. I like following their Instagram (f45_training_tustin) and watching their stories to get a preview of the workout of the day. No joke, I've literally tried out 9 other local gyms (half were a free trial, half I paid for a limited membership), and none of them compare as a whole to F45 Tustin. I've never paid for an unlimited gym membership until now because I was never motivated enough to go to the gym on a daily basis. He explained how the gym/classes work and offered me a complimentary 7 day trial. I'm writing this as I complete my 10th consecutive class and I couldn't be happier that I joined. I rate all the trainers "5" stars. The workouts- Again another "10" stars out "5". The unique thing about F45 gym system is that each workout changes by good amount every week. The workout routines at F45 is not the same all the time and there is variations on resistance and cardio workouts every week, so your body does not get used to same routine. Typical Monday, Wednesday, Friday are cardio based; Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday is resistance based; Saturday is a mixture of cardio and resistance . Workout at F45 require a mental FOCUS, dedication and attention and that is why each workout is so effective. By far this is the most AMAZING whole body workout place in Tustin, Irvine, Newport Beach area that I have tried. This place really does not have any downfall and besides the great workouts, the facility is clean, adequate and has nice bathrooms. Very welcoming staff and it was pretty cool as soon as we walked in on a Saturday we noticed a DJ playing awesome music to workout to. I've been going to F45 Tustin for about 6 months and I love it! The workouts are fun and intense, the music is amazing. It is always intimidating joining a new gym, but I was welcomed with opened arms and immediately felt like I was part of the community. They also notice when you haven't been to class, which makes you feel like you are not just a number but part of a family that wants to see you succeed in your fitness goals. The facility is clean and the equipment is nice and new. The bathrooms and showers are beautiful and spotless, and they also offer towel service so you don't have to worry about bringing a towel. I also love that you have the option to have your membership fee split up and deducted on a weekly basis instead of only 1x a month. What do I love about F45? Workouts are intense, class times are convenient, its easy to get in to most classes at the last minute, trainers are friendly and exercises can be modified. Did I mention that workouts are intense? I love these intense workouts that work for any level. There are always ways to make each exercise harder or easier as you have need. I have several injuries to accommodate for and there are always modifications for me that keep my heart rate up. The bottom line is, I love going hard in the gym but I would never go this hard on my own. It's nice to have friendly people to train with and someone way smarter than me to design my workout. Even if you're not an athlete and haven't been working out regularly, come. You can start slow and build up. You won't regret it. read more

F45 is an amazing workout. After 6 years of doing CrossFit, and dabbling in OrangeTheory, I have finally found something that makes my body and head happy. The workout is such a great concept: strength, cardio, balance, agility... you get it all. You can go 6 days in a row and never get bored. I have been attending F45 for 3 months and LOVE the results I am getting from the diverse workouts. Special thanks to Mallorie for helping me with my terrible form, Owen who keep me accountable for missing classes which crucial for the first few weeks and Allegra who always pushes me when she sees I am using lighter weights than usual lol . The community at F45 Tustin is very welcoming and supportive, It makes the work outs feel a lot less intimidating and it is a great support system. I attend morning classes about twice a week they consist of being welcomed with a big smile by Carrie & Scott who are amazing and probably the most "morning people" i've ever met, which is perfect because i'm usually still half asleep walking into class. I mostly also attend afternoon classes *4:30 is great, just saying* and even after a long day I still very much look forward to being motivated and encouraged to give 100% . I went from not working out for about two years to working out 6 days out of the week! My boyfriend started about 3-4 months before me and I thought how crazy and that it was definitely something I would never be able to do, now here i am about to start challenge 25.
