    Full body workout

This gym is the real deal. Whether you're just starting out or already fighting at a high level, this place meets you where you're at, and pushes you to grow. The environment is serious but welcoming, and there's zero ego here. Just genuine people, great energy, and a strong community vibe. The trainers aren't just skilled and they actually care. They promote growth, grit, and mental toughness, and it shows in the way they coach. You'll get real boxing knowledge, not just a flashy workout. On top of that, the facility is top-tier. Clean and fully equipped with treadmills, stairmasters, saunas, private and group sessions. Everything you need under one roof. If you're looking for a space that supports your goals and surrounds you with people who take fitness and boxing seriously; this is it. No fluff, just results. Highly recommend.

She quickly progressed to the Team Impact MMA class and in 2024, after building confidence with the help of her coaches and teammates, she finally tried BJJ! She now competes and has multiple medals under her belt. Coach Kaitlynn, Coach Byron, Coach Reggie and Coach Junior are all amazing in their instruction in keeping it focused and fun! Their dedication of countless hours with the kids, especially on competition days, does not go unnoticed. The community we have found have become family. With three classes a week, the value is incredible and the confidence boost I've seen in him has been huge. The coaches are amazing. Coach Jr brings this high energy that keeps the kids excited and engaged, while Coach Kaitlynn is very focused on teaching proper technique. They balance each other perfectly, and even in a group setting it truly feels like your child is getting one-on-one attention. If you're looking for a place where your kid can build confidence, burn energy, learn discipline, and have fun, I definitely recommend Point of Impact MMA for every kid.

The moment you meet him, you can feel his passion for the art and for his students. He's created an atmosphere where both beginners and advanced practitioners can thrive, learn, and feel at home. Ready to level up and even fight in Thailand? Mr. Carrillo will guide you every step of the way. I've trained here for years on and off, and I hold all of Jean's assistant coaches in equally high regard. Having trained Muay Thai in many places for many years--from coast to coast--I can confidently recommend this gym. The head…read morecoach, Jean Carrillo, is clearly an expert and the quality of the training sessions is excellent--you really get the authentic Muay Thai experience you're looking for. However, the facility's cleanliness is a major issue. The locker rooms and changing areas are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, during my last visit, we actually saw a rat running through the gym. It's a shame because the coaching is some of the best in Orange, but the lack of hygiene is a serious health concern that needs to be addressed immediately. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in a deep clean and pest control, as it currently detracts from an otherwise great training environment.

He read my body language and customize the training just for me! I've tried multiple trainers and none were able to impress me. I definitely recommend him to someone who's never trained before to someone that's even an experienced gym body.... - great at holding pads (boxing) definitely a highlight!!! - customizes a plan just for you - educates you about how to lift properly - super personable - knows how to motivate properly - super versatile with each client (he trained my daughter and it was totally different then my session and she loved it!)

Paul definitely knows his stuff when it comes to fitness. He pays a lot of attention to detail and form, and pushes you like no other. He works with your strengths, as well as taking your injuries and weaknesses into account. He is very in depth on how he trains you. I have never had a bad training session with Paul. I know a few people who have trained with him, from older to beginners, and they all love him. Unlike a lot of trainers who are looking around and not paying attention to you, Paul spends his time paying attention to you to make sure you have the right form and to motivate you to get those last few reps in. If you are looking for a personal trainer who not only knows his stuff but knows how to seriously motivate and push you, you gotta try Paul.
