I've been going to Fit Defined for close to a year now, and I've had a great workout every time I come in. Training with Coach Anthony has been great and I love the energy that we get when training. Every workout has been fun, and I feel myself getting stronger and healthier every time. Coach Anthony teaches and keeps track of my movement to make sure I am safe and can really push myself without worrying about injuries. I look forward to more training sessions and highly recommend giving at the very least the orientation a try. read more

I've been working out with Coach Gibran for about 2 months now and I have no regrets!!! I have no experience with fitness at all and he is building me an amazing foundation!! He is so sweet, patient, and kind. He is very informative and knows everything about everything! He is very motivating as well and has a unique approach and mindset when it comes to fitness and I am very appreciative of him! I found this place earlier in the year and was very intimidated to reach out, but I don't regret it at all. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I was greeted by Victor, who was immediately so kind and welcoming! Everyone here, whether they are a trainer or trainee, is so kind! I was a bit embarrassed at first, but that quickly went away as I realized everyone is here for the same thing! This is a totally judgement free zone and I would not go anywhere else! read more

I workout at Fit Defined Personal Training with Coach Gibran, he is one of the best in the business. He is descriptive with each exercise. I love all the fitness equipment here that Victor brings in. The first day Gibran showed me around everyone was extremely friendly and energy level was unmatchable. I recently signed up for 8 sessions then upped to another 12 sessions with Coach Gibran, thanks Fit Defined! read more

Walking into Fit Defined feels like joining a team where nobody skips practice. Everyone around you is dedicated and putting in the work, and that energy rubs off on you. I've been training with Victor for 5 months now. His workouts are great, and he's always pushing you to get the most out of every session. He goes beyond the workout too, giving advice on life outside the gym like diet and supplementary exercise. If you're looking for a trainer who will push you and actually cares about your progress, I can't recommend Victor and Fit Defined enough. read more

A new year and a new annual package with Coach Victor. And it's always money well spent. Coach Victor is always a good time to talk to about anything while keeping me focused on the goals. The gym is always a safe environment and I don't have to worry about being injured when lifting heavy. Training three times a week keeps me in solid shape. I just came back from a 2 week cruise and I was already shedding that buffet weight during my first week back. Working with Coach Victor makes it easy to indulge and I don't have to put myself on strict diets before big events like weddings. The consistent training and eating healthy on the weekdays allows me to focus my energy on other life stuff like work and family. Coach Brian, Coach Anthony and the other clientele are always fun to talk to and there's something new or interesting every day. Here's to another year of health and good times. read more

FitDefined has helped me reach my health goals over the last 3 months! Starting out, I had limited knowledge about strength training and proper form, and I was nervous about hurting myself. I'm so glad I had Anthony as my trainer! He has been so positive, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire process. He always has a smile on his face and makes every workout feel comfortable and motivating. Thanks to his guidance, I've been able to establish a solid foundation and feel more confident continuing on my own. FitDefined is also well-equipped, clean, and never overly crowded, which makes it a comfortable place to work out. I highly recommend!! read more

I worked with Victor for about a month and it was a great experience. I was new to strength training and wanted to get more comfortable using the machines, improve my form, and build a good foundation before starting residency. Victor was great at explaining everything thoroughly, making sure I understood the purpose behind each exercise, and correcting my form. He definitely pushes you and makes you work hard, but in a way that feels productive and encouraging. Over the course of working together, I feel a lot more confident in the gym and much more comfortable continuing on my own. He also helped me create a realistic plan that fits my schedule so I can keep making progress even with a busy residency schedule coming up. Overall, I really enjoyed working with him and felt like it was a great investment. Highly recommend Victor if you're looking to get stronger, improve your form, or just feel more confident in the gym! read more

I just wrapped up my first six weeks at Fit Defined Personal Training and I cannot recommend them enough. As someone who is always short on time and working crazy hours, I have not prioritized my health for a LONG time. I am truly starting from square one again in all ways - endurance, strength, knowledge. It had the potential to be really frustrating, embarrassing and intimidating. It wasn't, because of Fit Defined. I emailed with Victor, who was warm and welcoming from the first message. I was matched with Coach Gibran for a trial session, and felt comfortable with him immediately. He has a thoughtful, positive, non-judgmental energy that makes it easy to be vulnerable and push myself to try new things. His extensive knowledge and intuition allows him to tailor our workouts and to pivot based on my individual strengths and weaknesses. He is able to push me while still being patient with my limitations, educate me in ways that I understand, and with his guidance I leave feeling more confident and accomplished each time. Baby steps! From the moment you walk in, the environment is incredibly positive and welcoming. I was afraid of that competitive, toxic "gym bro" attitude, and there isn't an ounce of that here. All of the coaches make a point to greet me with a genuine smile every time I arrive, and you see clients of all fitness levels working out without judgement. I was comforted to see other total beginners, and inspired by the experts. Overall, I feel that I have gained so much knowledge and made much more progress than I thought I could in such a short time. I am so grateful to Coach Gibran and the whole team for taking something I was really afraid of and making it such a positive experience. Thank you! read more

I found this personal training gym through yelp so thought i return the favor and leave a review for anyone considering this place. I reached out to them through instagram and Victor responded very quickly. They offer a free first session/walk through of the gym so I took advantage of that and enjoyed the workout so I signed up for a 12 session package. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering you are getting a private gym so no crowd and no waiting for equipment. I just finished my 12th session and can say I saw significant improvement in my fitness and stamina. Victor keeps me accountable and pushes me to my limit but quickly modify the move as needed if I am feeling pain. He's worked with me to improve my ankle stability and form. I usually get severe lower back pain when lifting weights but I was able to do deadlifts and hip thrusts as I progress through the sessions. I also appreciate that Victor worked with my schedule as I travel a lot so there are times I am out of town for a month or more but can quickly get back to it. If you are considering this gym, don't hesitate to give it a try! read more

I use to train with Vic in 2013 in his garage. He's come a long way. AC compared to outdoors is something overlooked! This gym has everything you need. They bring in machines from different countries I haven't seen before. My favorite is the Gymleco machines, the bicep preacher curl and incline press kick my ass every time. Not to mention my nemesis the BOOTYBUILDER. We tell him to get rid of that machine every time but he doesn't listen lol. Personal training keeps me accountable, I work from home with very long hours and honestly days when I don't feel like showing up afterwards always feel better. Show up for yourselves, we all need to exercise for our own mental health. read more

I found FIT Defined Gym right after I moved to Anaheim since it's just one block away from my new place. At first I was actually scared to go back to training. It had been a while since I last worked out, and even though I had years of experience before, I had also been injured in the past. So when I thought about returning, my first thought was: I don't want to get hurt again. I reached out on Instagram and Victor replied right away. I went the gym and told him about my schedule and what I was looking for, and he paired me with my coach, Anthony, saying that Anthony would be a good match for both my needs and my availability. After a few sessions with Anthony, I started to really enjoy coming to the gym again. From the very beginning he put my goals and concerns as the top priority. He always pays attention to my form, corrects me when needed, and encourages me to push myself the right way. More than just teaching me proper training, he motivates me and gives me the confidence to start again. Every session I leave feeling like I can improve and that I'm on the right path. For anyone who wants to restart their fitness journey, whether it's for endurance, strength, or weight loss, I think this is such a great place. The price is fair compared to big corporate gyms, but the coaching is so much more personal. I would definitely recommend Coach Anthony. He's professional, attentive, and truly supportive. Most importantly, he gave me the confidence to come back to the gym and believe that I can get better. read more

I came back to Fit Defined Personal Training after having my second child, and once again, this has been my go-to place for getting back in shape. After completing 6 months of training with my coach Brian, I lost 26 pounds and 6.6% body fat, reaching the goals we set from the very beginning. I feel strong, healthy, and lean. While the training here is excellent, results also come from staying consistent with nutrition and an active lifestyle, and the supportive coaches and flexible scheduling make it realistic as a busy mom. Anytime I need help staying in shape or getting back in shape, Fit Defined is where I go! read more

I've never been big about giving reviews, negative or positive, so when I do it's kind of a big deal. At the end of July/beginning of August it will be my two year anniversary of coming to Fit Defined. In that time I've lost about 60lbs. The first year I focused just on getting a rhythm and staying consistent with working out. The second I added nutrition into the mix. Brian has been my coach the entire time and has been great to work with. He pushes me when I need it but also gives me space to have easier days. It's been fun getting stronger and even more fun to be able to shop and feel totally comfortable. Moving into this next year I want to focus less on the scale and more on getting toned. Glad I took that first step and checked them out. PS not a fan of having my face floating around the internet but that's the same shirt! Before is Jan 2023 and after is June 2025. read more

I was living a sedentary lifestyle and I became extremely obese, in October 2024 I was a little over 300 pounds. Earlier this year I started to lose weight through a caloric deficit, but I decided that I wanted to do strength training as well to help with body recomposition. As a complete novice to weight lifting I knew I'd have to seek out professional help. That's when I started my training here in late June with Coach Bobby. Starting out was super simple, I reached out to Fit Defined via the contact form on their website. Later that day I got a call with Victor and he set me up with a free orientation session with Bobby. The orientation session is to help get a benchmark of what you're capable of doing in the gym. I really recommend being prepared for it with proper gym attire, water bottle, and towel. After the session is finished that's when you can decide if you want to continue with one of the different packages offered to meet your personal goals. I went with the package that includes 12 sessions, each session is 50 minutes long. Because it's a private gym you literally never have to wait for any machines and you'll bounce between circuits to maximize your time there. Fit Defined's gym is really nice, when you see it in person you realize how big the facility actually is. I go on Tuesday's and Thursdays in the afternoon and it's typically just 3-6 of us in the entire gym at a time. Parking is never an issue and the entire staff is incredibly nice, even the other coaches know and greet me by name. At this point I've had 28 training sessions with Coach Bobby. He's very knowledgeable and is able to give feedback that helps with my form and execution of various exercises. He is always tracking my various workouts to help progressively overloading my muscles. Having a coach that sets up all of the weights and machines properly is a massive help. Every once in a while there is an exercise that I really struggle with, but he'll make adjustments to the routine so I'm able to do a variation of it. Bobby does an amazing job of encouraging me without pushing me beyond my limits. Having a personal trainer has certainly helped me with keeping myself accountable. I'm down 50lbs so far and I have about another 80 to go for my goal weight. If anyone is out there considering Fit Defined for their fitness journey I definitely recommend giving them a chance. read more

I have been training at Fit Defined since August 2025, specifically with Anthony. Since my first visit, this place has been so welcoming. The moment I walk in the door I'm greeted with a smile by all the trainers. The place is always clean and has an extensive amount of workout machines, some I had never seen or tried before (looking at you booty builder ). Anthony, my trainer, is always so encouraging in all of my workouts. I have a medical condition that sometimes limits my ability to do some stuff and he is always willing to adjust to my needs and what I can do. He always asks me about my nutrition as well, but never judges when I admit to not making the best choices I feel so much stronger with less inflammation and I can't thank Anthony and Fit Defined enough for that! read more
