Walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. Not bad at all. A very nice, older lady took care of me, and I liked how quickly/painless she threaded my eyebrows. Usii is THE BEST- she is the ONLY person I feel comfortable enough with to let her do my eyebrows! I have had a lot of hack jobs both from waxing and threading, and as a result am now extremely picky about who I will allow to touch my brows. Usii makes sure they are on point, every single time. She is also very good with brow makeup, filling in any sparse areas to make sure your brows have that lush, full look that's in right now, but subtle enough that no one knows you're wearing makeup. I had another girl thread my brows before because it was an eyebrow emergency and she was unfriendly, didn't do a good job at all, overall BAD. I've been coming here since 2010. I always tell them to keep them thick and just clean them up but over the past couple years they have been making them VERY THIN and I have to fill them in at home to make them full the way I like. They also have been making one eyebrow significantly thinner for so long that the hair is hardly growing back. I permanently have uneven brows because of getting them threaded uneven for so long. My hair normally grows back very fast, but I have been trying to grow them out for months and here's a picture of how uneven and thin one of my eyebrows is now (4 months of growth) I really don't know why I continued going here for so long. When I first started coming here they came out nice, but the 2 lady's that currently work here have destroyed my eyebrows over the past 2 years. I hope that my eyebrow will eventually grow back thick like the other one. read more

Im really annoyed, my first time coming here I was satisfied with my eyebrows.. The second time I came they were "closed" but the door was unlocked & their open sign was on. We walked in & they told us they couldnt take us but we told them their signs on & it doesnt even say on the door what time they close.. So finally they took us in and serviced us. The lady who threaded my brows was being rough & was also being rude. She was going to town with the thread & I now have scars on of the places she made me bleed!!!! I went there for the first time and it was horrible I asked the girl to not touch my eyebrows just to clean up around because someone was fixing my eyebrows alreadyI went there because she just wasn't available that day . There was a lady next to me taking her time and the girl who messed up my eyebrows took less than 5 mins she took a chunk off my eyebrow off. When I lived here a couple years ago I came here all the time and never had an issue, my eyebrows always came out well. That was not the case today. Another girl did them, my left eyebrow came out way too thin, and my right side looked only half way done. I didn't notice before I left there because I have light blonde hair. I told Sarah before she threaded my eyebrows I just wanted a clean up because I liked how my eyebrows were and didn't want them messed with. More often then not, my eyebrows were uneven and too thin. A have had them nick the skin below the brow leaving a scar. I also have a scar on my upper lip after being nicked. Their restroom and back storage area are filthy. I'm sure it's a health violation. Money is their main priority, not quality or sanitary environment. I won't be going back. Ever. read more

Awful service and awful job. The lady wasn't friendly whatsoever. She didn't ask how I wanted my brows, rushed the whole time, and probably only said 3 words to me. I'm actually not sure if she spoke good english, that might be because she didn't really speak! Very bad experience. My brows did not look good, she missed so many hairs in so many places and was SO rude. She definitely hated her job and didn't want to be there. The young lady who attended us, was very nice. She was the only on in the shop and I can see why she would need to be in a hurry. She was extremely fast on doing our eyebrows. Which worried us, when we got a closer look at our brows. We saw that our eyebrows were very different. My friend had an eyebrow that started at a lower point then the other one. Mine was arched at two different sports & I had a hole. I'm not sure if it was because she was in a hurry, but we are not happy with the results. read more

I'm new to the area and look on yelp to see if there was a brow bar like the one I used to go to in Alaska. This place popped up so I gave it a try. It was 10 am when I went so there so was no one there. I haven't done my eyebrows in a month because of traveling. The lady was very friendly and knew that I wanted to just get a clean cause I'm trying grow them back. I asked to do threading since I haven't done that in a long time. She was quick and when I asked her to stop for a moment to catch my breath cause of how it felt! Lol she had no problem. I was in and out of there no more than 10 mins. On top of it with price $12 an tip I spent less than $20! I will definatley come back and bring my husband and mother. read more

I will never come back here again. The lady who did my eyebrows was on the phone the WHOLE time she was threading my eyebrows..like can you not put down the phone and focus on your customer?! (Rude!) Anyway before we started I asked her to please just do a clean-up and to not make my eyebrows thin because I don't like thin eyebrows and it's taken me forever to get the shape that I want. Anyway..This stupid lady did the exact opposite of what I asked. Not only was she blabbing on the phone in another language during the whole time she was destroying my eyebrows... but when I told her I didn't like the way my eyebrows came out she freaking gives me attitude. After reading the 1 review that yelp said mattered and the other reviews, I decided to give them a try. My eyebrows have not been waxed in 2 full months, so I had a blank canvas. I requested for them to be threaded because I wanted an arch. She cleaned them up, just like the nail shops, no shape. I requested an arch, she said she would have to thin them up to arch them after I said I didn't want them too thin. I've had my eyebrows arched and they still remain full. Needless to say my eyebrows do not match, and one is thinner than the other. So, instead of going through more pain for nothing, I just said fine they're fine. I will get them fixed as they grow in, as I do not like thin brows. In Illinois, not a problem...why is it not possible in Killeen. If you are a brow bar, you should know how to shape. If you can't do it, don't say you can when you can't. There was no wait though, and she was quick, but did not work out as planned. read more

For the longest time I had been going to the kiosk in the mall and after growing tired of the long lines and painful threadings I decided to give Shape Ur Brows a shot. I will never return to the mall!! These ladies and their shop are amazing. Speed is key to easing the pain of threading and they were fast and perfect. I called and made an appointment to take my daughter and her friend to get henna tattoos at this establishment because I was told you had to have an appointment for anything other than for brows. We get there early and when they finally call our name we are told that they can't do the tattoos because they were too busy. I told them I had an appointment to have this done only to find out the lady who I talked to never wrote it down. So I make an appointment again for tomorrow which I just called to tell we wouldn't make and to cancel it and the lady I talked to kept back tracking and changing her story. One minute you need appointments but only on certain days, then you only need appointments for certain things but it doesn't matter the day, and on and on. This business has left a very sour taste in my mouth and we won't be coming here. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows was in such a rush that she did not even bother to ask how thin I wanted them (it had been months since I've done anything to them). Also, she wasn't even done with me yet and she was already attending to the next customer. I understand she was the only employee around but I still found that a tad rude.
