We hired this company because we had some reconstruction due to pipes bursting after Valentine's Day weekend. Shamrock was absolutely great to do business with. I was having a big party and needed a deep cleaning after a long, nasty winter. Antonio is very nice, but over time (I used them for nearly 5 months) they really got on my nerves. There was a different crew every time, which meant there was not a consistent level of cleaning and strangers in my house every week. I had to repeat requests every time, which meant a lot of miscommunication, especially as Antonio is the only one of his crew who speaks English well enough. The most disgusting thing was that they used dusters and mops which were revoltingly dirty and had been used in other people's places. Even when I told them not to use those things and only to use mine, they used only two dusters for the entire 2000 square foot condo. No question that Antonio is nice, but I need consistency as well and decided that it will be better for me to find someone else. read more

They scrubbed everything down, from the walls to the insides of every cabinet, and completely transformed the place into a gleaming haven. So I wasn't going to say anything or do anything. But in fact i feel that my house was not cleaned properly at all. In fact I feel as if it was more of a mess then i left it I really feel I need to stress this fact. I trusted Antonio and his company to come out and clean . After 4 1/2 hours of them being in my home he said he was done. I paid them and on their way they went. I Then went upstairs to the bedrooms where my daughters bedroom was torn upside down , shoes were left on and pushed under her bed . Dust was still on places that were supposed to be cleaned. He said he does cabinets ,he does floors , walls , he does everything. Well I am the most disappointed person today. He also offered to give me my next cleaning for free which I politely declined because I was that disappointed with my first cleaning.
